Great experience. They didn't have a van driver to the airport in the morning and ordered us a Lyft. So nice. Beds were nice and room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Convenient location to airport, short drive. Hotel does not have restaurant or bar. Several restaurants in area. At breakfast, coffee machine and juice machine were not working. Nice room, comfortable bed.

Spacious room, good bed, cotton sheets, lights were a little harsh over the vanity area. Full spectrum lighting would be easier on the eyes. Great staff.

We picked this hotel because we love crystal inn. We made a mistake. The breakfast was absolutely terrible all three days we stayed. Cold and hard “hash browns” with canned fruit and biscuits so hard you cannot eat them. The gravy wasn’t edible either. The coffee cups are small styrofoam and nothing feels homey about this place. The pool was amazing the first night but cold and mildew smelly the second. At check out we requested a receipt and they said they don’t print receipts. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. The room we stayed in had the worst shower head that sprayed the walls with a mist and power washed the back of your head at the same time. It’s also the first time we have ever ran out of hot water in a hotel.

The hot water was barely warm. On the first day the refrigerator was quite noisy. Told the front desk about it. They fixed it.

The room was very roomy, it looked like it had recently been remodeled. Bathroom was small but the double vanity outside the bathroom was large and very pretty. The breakfast was phenomenal. Excellent!! We will definitely stay there again.

Good reviews, Decent price, and Free Parking for the SLC Airport!!! For real! Shuttle is a Lyft they get for you if leaving early in the morning. Just remember to tell your significant other to put the West Valley location as there are two locations.

The Crystal Inn was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for us to attend an event at the Maverik Center. Our room was right by the elevator so it was a little noisy as people came up to the floor, but it wasn't noticeable enough to keep us up or anything. It's a hotel, you can always hear other people. The front desk associate was nice and we had no issues. The breakfast had good options - hot buffet and cereal, bagel, yogurt etc. There seemed to be a decent amount of people staying there that weekend and we had no trouble getting food and finding a place to sit for breakfast. We only stayed one night.

We have stayed here several times because it is a great hotel for cleanliness, service, price and has an awesome breakfast!! I love the quiet seemingly secluded location yet access to everything. The kids love the pool!!

Tub had hairs and a tissue that was used in it. Sticky bedside table, like something got spilled and hadnt been cleaned up. Pillow cases smelled like dirty laundry. Continual noise in hallways all through the night. Picture frames rattled through the night. Employee walked through the hallway with a walki talki at 7:00am.

Our stay was so-so due to a crying baby in the next room, noisy mini fridge, buzzing lights in our room and bathroom, and a sagging mattress on the side where the television is. Room was clean and exterior was quiet. It was a place to lay our heads for the night, but nothing special.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, room was pretty clean, and the breakfast was good. Cons: the lady at the front desk at check in was kinda dry and not very helpful, maybe just having a bad day, and the TV kept cutting out while trying to watch a show. FYI: the sinks for the bathroom are in the living area and not in the bathroom.

our stay was very nice. beds were very comfortable. the room was pretty clean (107). i did notice in the bathroom wall close to the door there was black stuff on the wall, probably from the humidity in the bathroom after a shower. its easy to overlook things so high up when your cleaning. when sitting on the toilet its another story. the 7am-11pm pool curfew is very nice. especially where we checked in late. our family was able to still have adequate time for swimming. it was a good price. Breakfast was nice. mostly fresh fruits of all variety which our family loved. i look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful update! The hot tub in the room was perfect and very nice. The bed was very comfy! My husband wanted to buy pillows like theirs! We very much enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was also great.

Easy parking and plentiful dining options within walking distance. It's an easy walk to the Maverick center. Diwnside, this was supposed to be a VIP stay but we recieved no perks.

It’s great place to stay. Indoor pool and spa open till 11pm, good breakfast, convenient for dog to go out. I like it. Only thing is $50/dog, which is way more than average.

I give this hotel a 4 star rating because the mattress and pillows are probably the best I have slept on in quite some time while traveling. Guest service gentleman huffs and puffs and says "I will see what I can do" when asking for the linens for the roll out sofa/bed. Spilled water on the floor. Used a white towel to soak up water. See picture below. The breakfast is low quality. This location does have the best bed mattress though! I would stay again because that is what attracts me most

We always come here when we are in town. Many restaurants walking distance. the rooms need some updates but for the most part it was good. Staff has always been great. the mall is in walking distance so we go shop and see movies. We will always book here. thanks

My stay was good. The area was nice and had a good selection of restaurants to choose from. My room was clean and the heater worked great wich is a plus since I went during winter. The only thing I did not like was the hot breakfast they advertised. It was not hot at all even though they just put the food out. Multiple customers that were there complained about the same thing while we were eating. So I just ate across the street at the restaurant.Other than that my stay was good.

We have stayed at this Crystal many times over the years. It is reliably and consistently good; clean and comfortable bedding and pillows, good pool area No trash cans in the lobby area or by the elevators. The breakfast was ok but has gone downhill a little. All staff was great, and helpful.
