You get what you pay for. We booked this budget hotel because it was close to our event destination which began at 6AM so we could get there on time early morning. It also allowed dogs for an additional fee of $25 per night which is reasonable enough.
This property is in desperate need of renovation. The common areas are shabby and no amount of cleaning can freshen the hallway carpets better than "dingy".
In our room, the air conditioner did not work. We needed to open the windows to reduce the tempurature enough to sleep. However the windows only opened about six inches, not enough to allow decent airflow. One window wouldn't stay open, so we braced it with a shoe.
The shower needs an overhaul. More water came through the tub faucet than the shower head. The drain was slow and filled the tub.
The carpet is threadbare in the room. In fact, there was a bare spot with exposed carpet nails along the saddle between the kitchen and the bedroom. Of course these nails pierced my foot painfully.
Speaking of the kitchen, it was clean and all the appliances seemed to be in working order. However there was no cutlery, pans, glasses or coffee mugs to actually use the kitchen if you were intending to "Extended Stay".
The room was clean, but this property is dated and shouldn't be selling rooms at any price, even at a budget.

Checked in got wrong room. Saw baby roaches told me i couldnt move. Later that night found bug roaches on celling. Demand to get different room. Finally got a room and it was right above it. That one was infeasted too. 3rd time was a charm. Got room no bugs but very dirty. Had to buy my own cleaning supplies broom dustpan and mop. Stayed here alot before but now going down hill termendsly and staff are rude. There were roaches also outside front door and in lobby vc

I chose the place because of its location near an event I went to and for that it was fine. But the room was in terrible condition and the kitchen sink dripped incessantly--I put a towel in the sink to mask the noise but even that wasn't totally effective. Glad it was only a one-night stay.

In general, all rooms at this property are in disrepair. I’ve stayed here several times o last two weeks in different rooms. Lavatory sinks doesn’t drain, bath exhaust fans r loud, out of coffee cups for complimentary breakfast, other rooms leaving trash bags in hallway, etc. Front desk staff are nice, but check-in process/software took forever

I PrePAID for this hotel via Expedia web site about As the day came , Hotel staff called me and said they don't have the rooms and I need to call Expedia because they cancelled my rooms.

First hour I checked in, I found the bathroom sink very dirty, it looked like there were dried puke on the sink. Second day I was there, I found the bathroom flooded with water possibly coming from the room on top of us. The front desk person who dealt with me was blaming me for choosing an old building, saying that “well, this building is old, we have one in Irvine which is definitely new”. I did not like his response. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The building looks great but once you go inside it’s old, dingy and dark. The front desk agent, did not even a knowledge us while waiting for him to be off the computer screen, it looks like he didn’t want to be there, poor customer service

The property is rundown and dirty with unsavory characters hanging around. The "breakfast" area was dirty with no cups for coffee and a few small muffins out. This was typical during the entire breakfast period. The room had dirty stained carpeting, dirty windows, and the armchair upholstery had been slashed. Cleaning carts were left blocking the Welcome sign in the lobby when not in use. Also, curiously, the shower curtain was hung inside out with the easily replaceable half liner on the wrong side. I was very glad to check out!

This location is a half way home or shelter. The location had a mildew smoke odor throughout. The beds are springy, carpets are stained and torn, furniture is hold and tattered.

We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. The first room was filthy and had not been cleaned and the second room was the same. There was no way we could stay there and feel comfortable.

We get to the location and the ambulance and cops are surrounding the entrance. We check in and as we are walking to our room, we notice a horrible smell in the hallways. We get to our room and the room door and carpet are covered with dry vomit. We walk into the room and carpet is dirty, the lights are flickering. The restroom was dirty, the toilet looked like a gas station toilet and there was no toilet paper. We had to go down stairs to the front desk to pick up toilet paper. the bath tub had hair in it and the tub was wet and looked like someone had just shower in it. The kitchen has no cook ware, plates, cups or soap.the fridge was warm and didnt work. We were in the room for 1 hr calling hotels.com to ask for a refund since the room was not as discribed on the website. We left the property and booked a room at a hilton hotel down the street. This hotel has been the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I didnt even spend the night and the hotel manager didnt allow us to get refunded for a 2 night stay! I lost my money at a hotel i only used for 1 hr to call the hotels.com customer service phone line. DONT WAISTE YOUR MONEY!

The room was in poor condition, stains on walls & curtains. I went to use the washing machine and the dryer and there was a sign that said talk to hotel lobby for laundry soap, so I went to the concierge and they said that the soap is only for them and they did not provide any to me.

Rooms not ready at 3 pm for check in. Misleading to say breakfast when only coffee and cheap muffins served. Carpet in hallways dirty and smelly. Clerks very impersonal and simply rude. Homeless people coming in side doors. Unsafe for kids.

the first room i was given was very dirty and smelled like cigarettes. the front desk clerk was nice and checked the next room for me to make sure it was clean. however, i realized after the first day and i had bought groceries that the refrigerator didn't work, only the freezer. the hotel was all around dirty, and only 1 time in the 5 days was i able to even get a muffin/food item for breakfast. i also rarely saw staff at the counter when i needed someone.

It was a really bad experience to stay in this hotel, there is no cup, no cooking wears to use. The room looks like no one use it for a long time.

This hotel is in a great location, there food, gas stations, parks and more. But this hotel needs a lot of up keep. The staff need to pay attention to their rooms to make sure everything is in good working condition.

The room was tidy and sufficient for my needs. The kitchen sink dripped. The toilet seal did not work properly so every time it was flushed water came onto the floor. The bath room sink had a stream of water pouring onto the floor when used. Good thing the bathroom had a drain in the floor so a lot of the water could drain away but the floor was always wet. The door did not align with the dead bolt so it could not be used. Supplies were stacked up in the lobby when I arrived on Friday afternoon and still there when I left on Sunday - unsightly

They were out of breakfast supplies in the morning... No breakfast... No trash can in the room... Not enough mirrors for getting dressed up... No holder for toilet paper roll... Didn't had shower shampoo... Broken chest drawer...

The room had awful smell to it. It lead us to the trash bin under the sink pile of trash bags from previous stays of multiple restaurants. There were at least like 5 bags. The sheets were dirty and the tv didn’t have any signal.

After driving for 7 hours with 4 of my employees, we end up to to stay in this place, which it wasnt what i saw in pictures.
Room,and hallway carpets so dirty,all towels and sheets were so old.
No shampoo or body wash in the room(i had to go get it from front desk).
Never stay again .

The place was nice overall but i think it was our room that had issues. Door didnt close properly, no garbage can, the toilet started leaking and it was everywhere.
