For the purpose of this trip, the location was an excellent location as it was in the center of all the places we were dealing with. Staff were very professional especially when it was necessary for us to extend our stay an additional week.

Not worth the value

I don’t usually leave reviews but I will have to say that the general overall appearance of the place was less than satisfactory. We had broken furniture in the room. The beds are very rocky not stable. The swimming pool was green mold why not put a cover on it to block the nastiness and the breakfast in the morning was definitely not like the picture on the ad the only thing available was McMuffin sandwiches and an apple . Faults advertisement does no good.

Check in was no problem at all. Room was typical of older, under-maintained hotel rooms. Had a beautiful inner court area with water fountain, but too cold while I was there to appreciate. Bed was comfortable enough.

Staff was very cooperative. Only thing they need to work to improve their breakfast. Not up to mark.

Breakfast very poor, reception marginally helpful made me feel as it was a burden for us to be there.

We loved the 5 hot springs pools. The hotel could benefit from more staff. There were no luggage carts available to use by ourselves, so we had to wait a while for someone to help us. There was no wifi, no hand soap, only two robes for 3 people, no breakfast included, bedding was very old and sliding off the bed, carpets were quite old as well.

Hotel is on a bus line which makes it easy to get around without a car

Headline: "Nightmare Hotel Stay: Constant Key Failures and Threats from Staff"
During our recent visit to Vancouver, my wife and I had an appalling experience at a hotel, marked by key card failures and staff hostility. The room didn't match online pictures, but that was overshadowed by the recurring issue of key cards failing. Replacing keys eight times in four days, staff accused us of incompetence. On the eighth instance, a staff member entered our room forcibly, threatened to call the police, and suggested we leave if unhappy. Despite denial, they eventually offered a room change on the last night, coupled with a 20% discount promised at checkout. The morning after, the discount was contested, requiring a 25-minute dispute for a mere $50 reduction. The staff's behavior was appalling, making our stay an overall nightmare. Avoid this place to escape potential police threats and unprofessional conduct.

We stayed here for 4 nights. This is a great property in North Vancouver. Here are our detailed comments:
1. The check-in process was smooth
2. The room was ok. Could be a cleaner room for what we paid.
3. Had enough space for parking
4. Close to Sea to Sky and Capilano Bridge
5. Breakfast was disappointing. Very few options. Can definitely improve!
6. They gave us coupons for Capilano and Flyover Canada that helped us saved some $.
Overall great property but breakfast and cleanliness & quality of rooms could be improved.

Place was a little older, but did the trick for my 3-night stay. Liked it so much, decided to stay an extra night instead of staying in Seattle. Good location, too!

The location to Stanley Park & Park Royal shopping. Didn't like how they cut back on their breakfast offering.

Breakfast was not what they told us they would have and our room where we stayed next to us ot was so noise.

Very noisy... not from the traffic but from the room's next to us. You can hear them talking as well as their tv

Nothing to highlight - terrible stay

Good place to stay in Vancouver if you want to be close to downtown but still the trails north of Vancouver (by staying here you skip some of the rush hour going north).
Breakfast was more than we expected as it had some variation and different options than we thought. The room was nice and spacious, but the old beds were a little stiff.
Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming, however we had a BIG problem locking the safe that the front desk keeps since there is none in the room. The day we left they couldn't open our locker with passport and everything. The night staff was very unhelpful and wouldn't do anything, which we felt was a bit rude and not accommodating.

This Inn & Suites has 2 or 3 stories but no elevator for senior people. It's really inconvenient. Carpet is dirty, and toilet didn't flush well.

Our family of 6 stayed here and we were so happy with the size of the rooms and location. We never heard any noise from neighbors, the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Really great experience.

Everything in Vancouver downtown was so expensive so I stayed here instead. 5km from downtown over the bridge. I was pleasantly surprised. Quiet. Everything clean and everything worked. No complaints.
