I have stayed here one other time and was very pleased with the cleanliness, service and comfort. However this time not so much. To the point I may not stay again. In this visit I was given room 243. Upon entering I didn't see anything wrong but wasn't comfortable. I was cold because there was no blanket and the pillows were trash. The girl at the front desk was excellent as she quickly found a blanket and a brand new pillow for me. As I had a surgery appt. in the morning I wanted to get a good shower but found that the shower had no (none) water. This time I got a new room on 2nd floor and was satisfied. The staff was great. Because I had some valuables in my truck she said to see security. Wayne ( security) gave excellent service. He told me to park next to his RV and he would take care of it. Personal service was a 10. Condition and cleanliness was deplorable. House keeping was working after dark. she said she came in late. I asked for a bar of soap and she said (NO). All 10's to the service of on hand help and unsatisfactory to maintenance and house keeping.

We booked two queen beds and they gave us two doubles. The beds felt like sleeping on a box spring and the pillows felt like sleeping on a rolled up towel. All of this pales in comparison to how absolutely dirty it was. The bathroom floor looked like it was a hazmat scene, a woman was smoking crack in the parking lot, and there were stains on the bedding that I didn't want to know the origin of. If I could have left and slept literally anywhere else I would have.

The studio was very nice and had fridge microwave hot plate and kitchen sink .. shower was big and water was hot

It was just okay. Remote did not work. Toilet had problems.

Our room smelled like cigarettes the room was kind of gross and dirty on top of that there was crack heads all over

Motel was nice . Check in was easy. Cafe in the morning was Rude seemed very bothered by take out orders.

Room wasn’t available by 4pm. The front desk person was helpful but was calling frantically for housekeeping and made it a scene. She did waive the deposit which I appreciated. We had no towels and couldn’t get any when needed. Had to borrow a towel from another room we had to get ready for the event we were going to. When we got back later that night the towels were there but just a pile of them tossed on the bed. I’ve stayed here several times and had the same issue before that the room wasn’t ready. If check out time is 11… there should be plenty of time to get rooms clean and ready. I wasn’t impressed and I get it, you get what you pay for. But I’ve seen better than this there. Some guy was blasting music in the morning out front and no one bothered to make him stop.
