The rooms need to be cleaned. Everything was very dirty.

We were there for a medical emergency.

The staff here is EXCELLENT !! Anything I needed they assisted and any problems I had they was able to clear it up immediately ! I recommend this stay to anyone !!

The bathtub/shower doesn’t drain. It was reported and not repaired as of last shower. Besides that the hotel is good for me.

I expected as described, but the kitchen was dirty, the bathroom was normal, but what outraged me most was the COCKROACHES, from the first day they were everywhere in the room, I killed a lot of them, I can provide a photo. they were crawling around the kitchen, on the walls, on the bed, I couldn’t even sleep normally because of this, because they were crawling everywhere. I haven’t seen such horror for a long time, the hotel is not cheap. The price of the room does not correspond to the conditions, I would not even pay half for this experience.

One in the room, I stayed in had a kitchen and the faucet drips all night long. It was very noisy. I didn’t appreciate walking into the lobby and nobody at behind the desk. They were too busy in the back smoking pot because that’s what I smelled when I walked into the lobby, I’ll never stay there again

Awa at the front desk completed my stay on a positive note with her kindness and bright personality. I plan on staying there again. However the grab and go breakfast was very disappointing.

Basic, dusty rooms same high price

I saw 3 roches from the moment i opened the door into the room and walked into the bathroom. I go downstairs and told the guy who just checked me in. He laughed and said what did i expect? Had to fight them to change me into another room. Then the guy walls of and another lady had to help me. The guy left slamming doors and being loudly uoset about me not wanting to stay in a room with roaches. Then i was told to "make sure to remind the clerk to refund the deposit when i checked out" very disappointed

The room was in order and the hotel was close to where we wanted to go.

The room appeared to the eye to be clean upon check in, however a couple of days into my stay I noticed little bugs, that appear to be roaches, in the bathroom. I saw more and larger ones the longer into my stayed. Some of the lighting in the room was broken and the door to the room didn't close on it's own, it had to forcibly close. I reported these physical deficiencies about the room to the hotel staff and nothing was done. I went to purchase detergent for the washer, gave the clerk $5 for a $2.50 bag, the clerk never gave me change of my $5 and he charged my room for the $2 that I'm not sure as to why. I informed the night clerk, about 2am on Sunday Nov 20th, that I would be checking out a day early and ask if she could adjust the charge. She informs me that Hotels.com had already taken the money. When I called Hotels.com you pointed the finger at the vendor. Feels like some type of fraudulent practice me.

My stay was good after the receptionist unlock the door after the second trip downstairs because the key I had did not open the door.

Landscape unkempt , room smelled like bleach, coffee was gone in the morning , no utensils or dishes or cookware ,no ice and no way to make ice!

The property was comfortable and amenities were convenient. The stay was enjoyable.

Great stay. Couldnt find reservation at first. No ice machine. Other than that very quiet, clean. No issues at all.

Cool location

Online, this appress to be a nice property in a good area. Though pricy, it was the cheaper option for the area. That should have been a red flag. The room had human hair all over the shower walls, there was a time with no hot water, the doors slammed so hard that we were up all night. Loud music all over and no enforced quiet hours. The smell of pot was so strong all day AND night. No way the staff did not know it was being smoked inside. Numerous people living there (I know it says extended stay so that is to be expected) but they were frequently standing outside the front door in groups smoking cigaretts and other things that made me uncomfortable. The breakfast was minimal and when the coffee ran out, they refused to make more. It is apparently a one pot a morning set-up so do not expect to have it available to you. Staff was rude when asked. Pillows smelled really bad, sheets had pen stains and were pilled and very rough. If you are down on your luck and want to live in a hotel that will let you do whatever you want, this is your place. If you are looking for a clean, quite hotel with respectful staff, avoid this location.

Nice

No hanger’s, no hair dryer. Hair dryer was listed in amenities. Didn’t have one at desk to borrow. As for hangers????? Glad it was only one night. Short staffed, I guess half the time we went to front desk on one was there. Had to wait to check in.

the room was fine, but there was a short-circuit in the room and the power went out and there was nothing for the staff to do and my blind father who was staying in the room struggled to navigate the space in the dark

The property was in ok condition, there was glass in the parking lot and people sitting in cars at all hours of day and into night.

Love this hotel ! I’ve stayed 3 times, and every time it’s been pleasant. The location is conveniently located near Midtown/downtown (8-10miles), the hotel is in a nice area, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great booking if you’re looking for something affordable and close to the inner city.
