The room was fine, bed pretty comfortable but the bathroom was not very clean. There’s a difference between dated and clean…this was not clean.

Ms. Kimberly welcomed this travel-wearied couple with warmth and enthusiasm. We immediately felt at ease and grateful for the easy check-in after a long drive.
The room was clean but there was notable damage in the room - patches on the wall, broken shelves and a peeling ceiling. Moreover, the bed wasn’t what we’re accustomed to from previous Hampton Inn stays. It’s obvious this hotel needs a little TLC to be the haven Hampton Inn is known for.

Kim at the front desk was amazing! She felt like family, and was great to talk to. The breakfast was great! Parking very accessible. I’ve machine on 2nd floor was out. The beds and most of the bathroom was clean, but the phone had no dial tone, there was something like gum stuck on the carpet by the bed, the shelf under the dresser was broken, the fridge didn’t even feel like it was working. I was just concerned I might not get my deposit back, but I did- I guess they’re used to these minor things. Some of the metal fixtures were rusted. You could see light coming through the door jam, but the lock worked. Would I stay here again? Probably just bc it was a good deal and the breakfast was good.

The check in staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was clean , fresh and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was centrally located to where I wanted to be. Property was old and in need of renovation. The faucet in my sink wobbled back and forth every time I turned it on. There was a piece of baseboard on the floor next to the wall where it should have been. The electrical outlet next to the bed was coming out of the wall.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room could use a little maintenance and repairs. Overall it met our needs and the receptionist was amazing!

First time staying here. Noted the bathroom shower walls had a little mold that easily wiped off with a wash cloth. I guess they don't wipe down the walls very often. There was also a separation between the wall and the floor about 3/4" and other things that indicated lax maintenance and repair. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The hallways and elevator were not cleaned, and carpet were soiled. Furniture was old and hotel was smelly. Upon entering the room, the Tv did not work. A/c did not get cool properly. Itchy once got in bed.
Breakfast was not good. One person was handling the front desk and the food. I would not recommend this hotel. I never stayed in a Hampton Inn on this lever. It was over priced for this hotel.
A full refund should be granted.

Location was easy access from the highway which made it easy to minimize extra drive time for the long 2-day road trip. Room was very clean and conveniently located to an entrance which made it super easy since we had a dog with us. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay if you're in town to visit friends or family. Not too far from Scott, LA. Not many choices for food, nearby, but the food in the surrounding area is unique to the area.

There was no microwave and the bed was uncomfortable. But the room was clean and the ac worked well!

poor hot water circulation, place had badly discolored carpet. used soap in our tub, door squeaked, coffee was
not keep fresh in lobby. Hampton Inn has always been our
preferred, but certainly not the one in Scott. I cancelled our
return trip stay at this hotel. It needs a lot of help

An outdoor parking lot light was shinning directly into the room and into the face of anyone in the bed. The DRAPS COULD NOT BE CLOSED. THIS CONDITION WAS NOT EVIDENT UNTIL AFTER DARK.
Pillows were lumpy.

This property is in desperate need of a renovation. Room 212 had rusty light fixtures, putty on the wall, and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.

All good except for the $75 pet fee which is double of most every place else. No coffee available at breakfast (pot was broken) and on a cold morning that’s a sin. Otherwise, good front office staff at checkin and checkout. Noisy from the highway too.

I was disappointed that i had to pay extra to have my pet stay. This wasnt made clear when i made reservations on hotels.com. Also the elevater was not functioning so this made it very difficult to get all my luggage, etc to/from the 3rd floor.

No bathroom fan, rust on all room light fixtures, a barn door for a bathroom door (what?!), and the toilet was not fully connected to the floor (it wobbled and swiveled on one rusty bolt!). Overall I was disappointed in this stay, considering I typically have reliable experiences at Hampton Inn. The good: water was hot and strong. Bed was very warm and comfortable. Yet, with a few comparable hotels nearby, I should have stayed elsewhere.
