My daughter and I decided to stop in unexpectedly because we were too tired to continue our travels. This small hotel really surprised me! The front desk clerk was so nice and professional. Our room was small but everything we needed. It was very clean! It’s easy to get to off the interstate and close to many restaurants and shops.

Room large very comfortable beds. When trying to take shower got water running then handle twirled held handle to get warm water after quick shower couldn’t get knob to shut water off. Had to call for assistance. Water dribbled into tub. Tried to use hair dryer it wouldn’t work. Leaned over register on high to do hair. As we had to leave for concert we were told we were being moved to another room so when we get back move. Thankful we packed light. Ceilings are dirty black marks both rooms bathroom had rust showing light fixtures and ceiling. There was some marks at window seat for drug use??? I found a small piece of chicken/rib bone attached to my sweater gross we hadn’t eaten in the room..?? Price was good but sometimes better to pay a little more.

It was clean and in a large strip area, so multiple things to do and places to eat at.

Guy at check in was busy eating and watching tv when I came in to check in and was kind of rude. Only other issue was that mattress was absolutely awful, it was lumpy and I could feel the springs. Considering I was pretty much only there to sleep, it was not a great stay.

The staffs were courteous and kind. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom’s outdated but clean. Water pressure fluctuates. Breakfast is non existent. Coffee was awful.

Very friendly staff, clean room, safe area with restaurants close by. That’s all I want in a no frills hotel for one night to attend the Buckeyes game the next morning. People expect to pay for 1 star hotels and get 5 star accommodations. This place is great for what it is, so long as the price is right. $95 a night was a great deal. My only complaint is that it was advertised as a hot breakfast but was only continental with waffles. Other than that, I highly recommend so long as your expectations are not that of the Ritz-Calton.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. We ended up leaving ad going and finding something. The shower was rough. The floor moved and squeaked while standing on it. No water pressure.

From the very helpful and pleasant desk clerk, Anthony, to the comfort and quietness of the room it was an outstanding overnight stay. The room was “like new” and the bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be stronger coffee on the breakfast bar.

We've been travelling for a couple of week, and we liked this room the best. It was freshly decorated, and there was a large window seat to open our suitcases on. There were places to eat within walking distance.

My wife and I were in town Friday and Saturday night for the Morgan Wallen concert, we didn't want to stay right downtown and this location was perfect, it was about a 10 to 15 minute drive to Ohio Stadium. The location was just what we were looking for, it was right off highway 71, the were tons of great restaurants nearby. The hotel was great we had a room on the first floor they have a decent breakfast including waffles, fruit, cereal, juice. room was nice and clean and had everything we needed in it. The staff was really great. This was our first time staying in the Columbus area and we really liked it a lot, If we are ever back in the area we will for sure stay here again. Rates were not to bad after tax $137.07 a night. We felt very safe while there as well.

I was billed a day before I checked in and stayed 2 nights and billed for 3 days, $141 each night! Absolutely ridiculous and the toilet was broken, the sink was broken, the room was not cleaned nor did it have clean sheets and a freshly made bed! Very unhappy, i told the staff and said he would talk to his manager but nothing happened

Took a while to check in but that’s because the front desk was having a good conversation with the couple in-front of me which was okay. Only complaint would be that breakfast wasn’t restocked when I went down at 6:30 am. I only had the choice of 1 of 3 cereals or one type of muffins for the prepackaged breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was a great area. The staff was friendly. The property is not well maintained. Bathroom needs remodeling. Stains on ceiling from moisture, toilet seat discolored.

It was a great stay- only problem hallway smelled bad and then covered up by over powering cleaning product making it worse. Also elevator was really slow and the breakfast didn’t have much just cereal and waffle maker with no toppings
