Great looking property, great location, but it stops there Hot tub never works, this time it filled up with white foam from mishandling chemicals Elevator ALWAYS broken and “waiting for service tech” Breakfast is cold, coffee alway empty, trash cans overflowing outside every exit Furniture is nasty- you’ll ask for sheets to cover couch, mark my words It’s so conveniently located we tried one more time- never again

Good Overall. Stayed one night with my teenage son. Some cracked tiles in the bathroom and a stain on the bathroom mirror. Room was sizeable. Continental breakfast included was of good quality and variety. Adjacent pool and courtyard. Staff were helpful. Would stay again.

It was a pleasant stay for our overnights business trip. It appears to be an older building but renovations were in progress. Check in was fast & professional. Front desk was very accommodating when we had an issue with the tv, as well. He was very polite & addressed the issue.

Reserved a room with two double beds because I was with my girlfriend her mother. We show up at the hotel at 10:30 pm. Go to the room and there is one king bed. Go back to the hotel agent and she said too bad you used the third-party site and it was late at night we don't have a room. Tells me it doesn't matter what your form says or what you reserved. Lady beside her said I will help you and went and found a room with a pullout sofa and gave us a blanket and a pillow. Our counter lady actually argued with the other saying they weren't supposed to help or make changes. Needless to say after a 4-hour drive and $375 we won't stay here again. But thank you to the young blond lady who helped us.

We stayed 1 night andnit was fine. Pool was dirty and the bathroom door didn't close all the way. Breakfast was good and nice location. Court yard by pool was very nice to sit at.

One night stay on return from cruise. Hotel is very close to airport and right down the street from a shopping mall, food, etc. The hotel was clean. We enjoyed the pool area immensely (sat at the patio table as a family and enjoyed some nibbles). The pool area has several nice patio spaces for enjoying the outside. Rooms were up to date, clean and very spacious. 15 min ride to the airport. I'd stay here again.

Staff was great, room clean and big. Bed comfortable. Great location.We usually stay here when in Ft Lauderdale. About 7 times a year following our daughter playing softball for NSU Feb - May. Just wish they would fix that front elevator (over a year now down) and change their breakfast every now and then , instead of sausage and frozen cheese omelette every day.

We've stayed here several times .. significant renovation (still in progress) makes this an ever increasing pleasure to visit. The faulty elevator (front) is out of service and apparently to be replaced.

The front desk staff and kitchen staff were super helpful with our large party. The complimentary breakfast was limited but did the job to keep the young kids happy. They had cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausages and make your own waffles.

After checking in we left to have dinner. We left all of our belongings in the room, including tablets, jewelry, and a laptop computer. When we returned from dinner our room key was not working. The gentleman in the room next door came out and told us that we were going to need to go to the front desk to have our keys fixed because they checked him into our room. He reported to us that he entered the room and realized that it was already occupied so he went back to the front desk. When we went to speak with the front desk about the situation the employee lied to us about what happened and told us that nobody went into our room unattended. Very disappointed. We do not think anything is missing, but any of our belongings could have been stolen due to this error.

Let's start off with the Hotel is pet friendly and seemed clean walking in aside from heavy scented air freshener. The room and bed clean and comfortable. The big problem the whole bathroom faucet was totally lose and ran very weak pressure, comparative to a turkey baster! Immediately checked the shower, it ran well. Unfortunately it drained as slow as the faucet ran! Staying only one night We accepted the situation. Notifying them in the morning Management did offer another room but as I said it was acceptably clean and only one night.

Basic hotel in Plantation. Standard check in. Some of the public areas looked like they had been abandoned mid decoration, and lift was out of order. Basic breakfast with lots of non recyclables / plastic wrapped in plastic utensils could do with a review. Most annoying thing was deposit taken on credit card. This was not refunded for a week, when I enquired as to where this money had gone I got this curt reply from them: “Hello. Please contact your bank. Thank you” ….not the best customer service. Overall, would not book again when there is plenty of choice in this area.

It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There was a soccer tournament and kids were running the halls and screaming all night and nothing was being done by anyone to stop it. I want my money reimbursed

They put us in a room that we couldn't hook ip to wi-fi or internet and when I requested another room the lady at the front desk said that wasn't a good enough reason to change or get reimbursed for the 2nd night stay. It wasnt the nicest LaQuinta ive stayed at, especially for the price i was charged. I probably won't go back to that hotel again.

Our stay was excellent. Hotel is a little worn but under going renovations. I found everything to be clean and in working order. Our room had wood floors. The bed was comfortable. The woman in charge of the morning buffet was so nice! Very easy walk to Publix and restaurants.

Overall a great experience. But the parking lot needs repaving and the Elevator needs to be repaired. I t looks like the whole place is being renovated so I think they can bring these things up to the 5 star level like the rest of the place

Clean and bed comfortable. Shower was only lukewarm and elevators not working. We are older and carrying luggage up a flight of stairs is not back friendly for us. We won’t be staying again.

It started off bad. There elevator wasn’t working and I had to carry some heavy luggage to the 2nd floor. The room was very clean and we received fresh towels every day. Breakfast was pretty good. The only other problem was the smell of marijuana coming into the room from outside through the AC vent.
