The staff tried opening my room in the middle of the night because they put me in the wrong room. I thought someone was breaking in, very unprofessional. I feel like I should be refunded some or all payment from this trip

I did book for 2 queens but got full beds instead. Was too tired to say anything. Not really a breakfast. But over good for an emergency booking.

The room itself was ok. Clean, but shabby. The bathroom was very cramped.
The walls are paper thin, and we could hear everything happening upstairs, or outside our room, making it very hard to sleep.
I wouldn't recommend this place for even a quick shuteye.

The woman in the office was great and very accommodating. The property was pretty well maintained. The rooms could have been a little cleaner but we're doable. We had adjoining rooms to accommodate 6 people and were only given two towels and no washcloths. Fortunately we had brought our own. There were some very rowdy and loud neighbors all through both nights that we stayed. Aside from that though you kinda get what you pay for. So we would stay here again i think.

I used the bathroom in my room and it immediately overfilled the commode. I contacted the desk and they said that a prior customer dropped the plastic room key down the toilet. We were given room 111. It was a little better room. Breakfast was a disappointment. McDonald’s is but a few blocks away.

It is listed on your site and online other places as breakfast included but once you are there they have signs stating no breakfast or drinks are provided. After we checked in we were unable to get into our room because the keys didn’t work. They were reactivated and still failed to work so we were moved to a new room where we had the same problem. A worker finally had to bring us back to our original room and physically open the door with a master key for us. Luckily the staff was very kind and helpful but it did cause us to be late to our friends wedding. When we returned that night we were once again unable to enter the room and a worker had to let us in again. He himself was having a difficult time getting any key to activate and work on our door. On top of that our bed was broken so when ever we moved during the night it made loud noises and felt like it was about to fall apart which made it difficult to sleep.

The service desk was fine but the condition of the rooms were pretty awful. Everything was dirty/sticky and the local area was pretty horrible. The regular tenants made no secrets of their questionable and illegal lifestyles.

Very nice worker but need a lil more attention on house keeping found dirty clothes that were not ours in the lil dresser and floors really dirty and everything need a good wipe down need to wiped down

The keys would not work properly. It took many swipes to get doors open. Office said it was my fault initially. Lots of noise in facility. Hard to get work done or sleep
Bed was ok with lots of pillows. Needed more blankets for those that need it

The room smelled like pine cleaner clean with a dirty mop. A lot of room but there was no space between the bed and wall. The shower did not work. The water didn't work! We had a smoke free room, but the inside door that seperate rooms. That room was a smoking room and smoke smell came into our room.

The property was nice enough. No problems with parking or getting into the room. Did seem to have significant nocturnal activity.

Very convenient to the I-10. Lots of choices for eating around the hotel with a Dennys right next door. Parking is right outside the door that I love!! The room is clean and basic. Just what you need for a one night stop over.

For some reason they wont accept a credit card unless its under the same name as the reservation and has to be the same card you used to reserve. breakfast is granola bars. outside is unkept. would not recommend or stay here again.

Didnt get any sleep. People were walking outside our room being loud, arguing. Our phone in room wasnt working so i couldnt call the front desk and complain. I ended up leaving at 230am, couldn't sleep a wink there !

No bathroom counter, bedside table on one side only, ceiling light on all night. Stark ambience. All that said, it did have a fridge and microwave and we were grateful for a place to sleep.

Couldn’t take a shower, the shower head was broken water spraying everywhere, loud neighbors yelling arguing and fighting

Door was tricky to close and stay closed. It would open back up without a key card. Looks like this place needs to be fixed up. Woke up in morning and shower was filled with water and wouldn’t go down. Locks broken.

It was disgusting. Asked for a refund. I had to leave it was so gross. Very dirty , old, very uncomfortable. Do not recommended and very expensive. I left ..never again

I arrived very late, just after midnight and was greatest by a very polite attendant. When going to the bathroom discovered there was not any toilet paper in the room and had to retrieve some from the office. The glass desktop was dirty with cup rings and streaks from a dirty cleaning rag. The floor was also dirty.
One nice thing was the towels and wash clothes were brand new (with the store tags still on them).
The "Breakfast Included" was a serving bowl with granola bars in it and an orange juice machine, very disappointing but not surprising after everything else.
It appears the ownership/management is simply going through the motions without any concern for what customers really want or expect. This was not the worst hotel I have stayed in but I be coming back.

the room at at least 1 inch of dust on all the cabinrts desk mirror ,1 light did not work ,pillow cases had stains on them the serious disappointment the tub had stains in it and crud around the water control both mirrors had smug marks on them and only 3/4 cleaned the nastiest thing was after i got out of shower and took a big towel there were dirt stains and blood stains and looked like grease ,i am not reporting this to know one i did not complain to manager thats not me but do something about the cleaness i cant stay there again.dont submit this for others to see just managenent and fix it

Power went out at 1030pm turns out this place was full of low life kids were let out to play and scream parents didn't care just stood out side smoking and being loud themselves checked out at 1230am to find someplace to stay that was quiet!!! Front desk didn't care if there was a problem ans wouldn't issue a refund!!!
