After a very long drive I hoped to receive a warm welcome with a smile, instead I saw two individuals, heads down looking at their screens. No eye contact, smile, or warm greeting when one muttered they would be right with us. When finally assisted again I was hoping for smiles and warmth, but received neither. A person named Joan helped us. Joan assumed I didn't want the room and deposit charges on the same card which resulted in two charges to that card. Annoying. Now to the room...spacious, clean, full fridge with freezer, kitchenette with sink, stove, microwave...very nice! Leather recliner and table with office chair amongst the furniture offered. Once settled in, I called the front desk to request more towels. I ordered 4 bath, 2 hand, as well as the comfort package (dishes, utensils, etc) offered for the kitchenette. I spoke to Elizabeth, who was almost immediately rude when she asked, "are there no towels in your room?". I brushed it off stating there were but we would like extra, please. She told me I could come get everything myself at the front desk. I read to her from in-room advertisement that items were to be brought to room. She stated she was alone but I could wait until her partner returned from lunch. Joan brought ALMOST everything 15 minutes later but I was told I couldn't have all towels until I used some so they could launder them. I told Joan they were making things too difficult and I didn't feel welcome at all. Then closed the door.

The latest time to check in is at Midnight, but the lobby is closed at 11:00 P.M., which was not mentioned and someone has to open the door from the inside. I prefer carpet over hardwood floors in a room I am staying and bringing slippers are recommended because the ground is usually dirty. It is unfortunate they do not receive channel 4 on their television. They should have more options for breakfast besides the usual granola bars, muffins, and instant oatmeal. The heater and hot water are fully functional, unlike some places I have been in. I stay here when I have jobs assigned in the area and do not want to leave early the day before or I work the night before.

I had requested the 3rd floor when I made the reservation(week in advance). They gave me a handicap room on the second floor! After being keep up all night by rude/loud/ people, I asked to change rooms. Again, I requested the 3rd floor & was given a second!

The location of the property is very convenient. Good customer service, however the entrance to the property is locked after hours, I had a late check in and was waiting outside for a long time until I was finally let into the building as they have one overnight employee who was busy helping someone else. I understand it’s for security reasons, but it was somewhat frustrating. Once let in the employee was great, very welcoming, and apologetic. The room was comfortable and the bedding was clean, but the building in general can use some updating. Overall for a last minute one night stay it was fine.

The room by itself was way better than expected, the only issue was that call made too early, we all know that hotel room is due at eleven and have the reception call you a little after 9am to check on you with the excuse to know if you need something, two hours before check out.

From the well made bed, comfy chair, state of art TV to the wonderful kitchenett it made my stay fell like staying @ a friends.

The property was near a venue that we attended.
The elevator wasn't working so we had to climb the stairs with our luggage. When we go to our room, our room key didn't work so I had to go back downstairs to have my key activated.

The elevator was broken for the entirety of our stay. We were on the 3rd floor with our dog. They only clean the room every 2 weeks which is unacceptable with a pet. Otherwise everything was great.

Website showed 12 noon check out, but the reception stated check out was written 11 am on the paper I was given.
The not-so-friendly reception insisted on a $10 late check-out fee.

Staff was great, my room had a weird strong odor which was very unpleasant, it even left my clothes smelling like it. The bed was hard and not comfy. For the price it wasnt so bad just an ok stay

For a room that has a kitchenette, it was not equipped with anything but a dish towel, no dishes at all, not even cups! Also, nothing but soap in the bathroom although there was shampoo at the check-in counter. Aside from this, room was nice and clean and we received a great room rate through Expedia so all is good.

my stay here was not the greatest. I booked the room on Expedia and got in late. about 1130pm on a Wednesday night to be specific. I had some work to get done the next morning and wanted to do a late check out, 12pm to 1 pm at the latest if possible. immediately upon arrival and asking about late check out I was instantly shot down with a straight "NO" even if I paid a fee. after checking in and unpacking the room was fine. I was woken up very early the following day to loud banging over and over, seemed like maybe construction on the property starting around 5 am. I woke up and started working. figured I check in with the morning staff if I could get a late check out, now I can apparently. But it was $10 per hour. paid $10 for my extra hour, then before 11 o clock I still had room service looking to see if I was out of my room, then again at 1130 staff was knocking on my door looking for a roll away bed that apparently they misplaced. All in all, my stay here was not very peaceful or as convenient as I would have hoped. Staff was inconsistent and slightly rude at times, and the noise was disruptive. Would not stay here again.

Unfortunately our room was located in the first floor, and the guests from the room above us was quiet noisy.
We called the front desk so they could do something about it and though they were attentive to our request; they noise didn't stop until after midnight and started again around 6 am.
I wont stay in this property again.
Also, breakfast was a joke.

I choose this location whenever I have work in the area. Get a room on the first floor, if possible. Breakfast is very convenient, but they should have some fruit available.

The front desk staff and house cleaning staff were friendly, helpful,accommodating. The room was basic, clean, cooking supplies were available upon request. We reported other guests who were smoking marijuana in their rooms, smell permeating the hallways. Easy access to highway, stores, good coffee, we will stay again

The front desk receptionist was super kind and patient with me while traveling alone with my toddler. She was also very helpful with everything as far as check in, asked if my room was suitable and clean for my toddler and I, and made sure we had what we needed. I didn’t get her name but I wish I had

The property is quite standard for an ESA. What makes this place exceptionally awful is the rudeness of the staff. They have no apparent grasp of the “hospitality” concept. The place seems to be a haven for vagrants and meth addicts.

The room was nice, but unfortunately I received one without any carpeting. Bring a DVD player if traveling by car because they don't receive a lot of good channels on TV there. The couch was comfortable to eat and sleep on. Turn the temperature in the refrigerator to the highest level to keep food and drinks sufficiently cold.

This hotel is very bare bones basic. Room is decent. The A/C is loud. There are no rugs on the floor. TV is small. Staff was only available until 11pm. If you like a good economical stay, this is the place. If you are looking for anything else, it will be a bit of a let down.

The room was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with empty cabinets but a mini kitchen. There were no kitchen supplies/utensils in the room. Free coffee is only during Breakfast that ends at 9:30am. Some of the Front Desk personnel not friendly and this was also the first time a hotel has asked for every person staying in the room to present an ID. However, they did allow us to have a late check out which was greatly appreciated.

Uninformed clerk at check in I wanted a top floor room , but was told none available which I don’t believe is True. My impression was clerk didn’t want to check on it . This stay was not worth the money I paid. Last time I will book this. Hotel when in area.
