The hotel room was clean, but the toilet got backed up and I had to call someone to fix it. After fixing it, the employee had to go because he was managing both buildings, so it looked kind of gross from the stuff that had been sitting in there before he plunged it. I had a dirty toilet for two days out of my stay.

It was easy to get things I need in the area and just a great location for me to get back and forth to work, and staff was awesome

No real breakfast (only coffee and cereal bar), no equipment in the kitchen (plate, glasses,...) very rude staff, room smell marijuana,.....
The Expedia description do not match reality, we had the impression to being played!

Place was drab and smelled damp and some other smell.

friendly staff and clean room.

There are two hotels with the same name on the property. So, we went to the wrong one first and brought our bags in with us. Then, we needed to reload and drive the 800 feet to the other one.
Otherwise, it's rather low-frills. Calling these rooms "suites" is a stretch. Our room had had a small kitchen within a rather normal hotel room.
That said, the room was functional and did what we needed.

We were very close to the highway where we had to go. Also, plenty of places to pick from for eating. Shauna, our hotel lady was just absolutely amazing! she was so friendly and helpful. She made us feel right at home.

Unique property, have never stayed at this type of hotel but found it pleasant once I understood what it was like. Very friendly staff and very helpful, clean and nice rooms.

Staff was very friendly and accessible. Breakfast was grab and go but adequate. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean except the tub had hair in it so that was concerning. Otherwise good stay for the money.

Lost power in the room and because I booked through a third party could get my money back. I really don’t have a desire to stay in another property they own.

Very clean. Bed comfortable. Checked in late and staff was on duty, courteous, and efficient.

Flies or fleas in the bathroom floor drain.

Rooms were described as having pots, dishes, silverware, coffee makers. None of the three rooms rented had any of these items in the rooms. When we asked the desk clerk, he brought out several large tubs and then told my semi - disabled husband that he could use one of the valet carts to take the tubs up to the rooms. Desk clerk stated it wasn't his job to bring said items to the rooms.

The price was great but poor initial impression. The parking lot had cars on bricks and others with flat tires! Rooms were quiet and clean. Location is convenient to get onto belt line.

I absolutely love staying in this chain of hotel! The fact that there is a kitchen makes it always feel like I’ve never left home!

It was great for the price. WiFi extremely slow unless upgraded to enhanced which is not worth it unless you plan on streaming or heavy data usage.

It was just a nice and decent hotel nothing special about it, just mainly check and check out. There is nothing I didn’t like about it.

I liked the beds and the set up of the rooms either the kitchen. I didn’t like there was no ice machine available.

Really noting spectacular or anything to brag about. It was ok. When I asked the guy at the service desk for any free upgrades he reacted like I was a crazy person. My room was on the first floor right by check in desk which I didn’t really like. Average place nothing great about it. My view is for the money they charge should get more. Good deal would be $30 $35 bucks I feel many of these hotels over charge and even going on Expedia it’s pricey. You end up paying $65 and up to $80 for mediocre place. When sometimes you pay $85 $90 for great deal on fantastic place so it really makes no sense.

Got to room, was not cleaned. Bedding strewed all over. Room stunk. Called front desk. Had to go get new room. Continental breakfast was a grab and go. Had kitchenette but no utensils, cookware, dishes. Sign said to call front desk with what u needed and they would deliver. We ended up having to go get what we needed from front desk. Asked for napkins and man behind desk stated they didnt have any!

For it to be winter i would have perferred thicker blankets or extra blankets in the room to use if needed.

First of all, they advertise ‘continental breakfast’ when it was nothing more than a couple baskets with granola bars and gas station packaged muffins. There were packets of oatmeal but no bowls or spoons. Also, when you have a kitchenette, there is normally utensils and dishes and bowls to use. There was nothing in any of the cabinets. Third, there was no ice machine in the entire hotel. So the options given to me by the front desk were to use two ice trays (that were not in the room but I could come request from the front desk) or go to the gas station and buy a bag of ice. There was also only one small trash can in the bathroom but none in the kitchen or rest of the room. And if you’re in town for business and hoping to use the closet? Hope you brought your own hangers in your suitcase because there were no hangers in the closet, either. We were there for two days and no one cleaned the room or replaced towels. Definitely will find another place to stay next time I’m in Madison.

The staff has been incredibly helpful, and I have never felt so comfortable and at home in a hotel.

Granola bars and muffins are far from continental breakfast as advertised

No comment... Tried to just say that I had a nice clean room and there were nice staff but apparently the inconvenience of a survey to submit is not enough so I have to write more.

The room was clean but no basic amenities in the room such as cups, no ice machine on the premises, no pool or fitness room on the premises, and poor television reception. Breakfast consisted of muffins in cellophane and granola bars. This is my first time staying at this hotel, I was very disappointed.

good facility..had all the items necessary. would stay at this facility again.

Well, for an extended stay, two plastic glasses didn't do it. The "breakfast " was a snack bar or oatmeal, no fruit although a picture of fruit was posted on website.
The room was clean, but the bed was awfully soft. The queen bed was uncomfortable for two average size people as we kept rolling toward the center.

Average. A little dirty and also older. Not awful not great.
