The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The front desk was incredibly friendly but that was the only positive. The elevators, hallways, and rooms smelled like a mixture of pet urine and feces and weed. The carpets were stained and the kitchen was dirty. Other people’s old water bottles were in the fridge.
A friend was traveling with me and when she got to room and opened the door, there was already a family in there cooking dinner. When we went to the front desk, all we got was “oh there’s someone in there? There shouldn’t be?” She did end up getting a new room but we didn’t stay. Between that, the odor, and the roaches, it wasn’t worth it.
When another friend of ours went to complain about the roaches, there were other guests in the lobby complaining about the same thing.
Seriously, save your money and look elsewhere.

It was my worst experience in a hotel. The hallways were dirty. We were given a stuffy room smelling of cigarette smoke even though were told it is nonsmoking. The front desk refused to change room for me. Both of us ended up having s cold after leaving. A person on my floor walked his dog up and down the hallway many times each day (I have never seen anything like that) There was no breakfast even though it has been advertzed that breakfast is served. When we needed extra towels, we were told the towels were dirty and had to be washed first.

Upon entering hotel, no one was at the front desk, just a sign that said someone would be back shortly. Once the person showed up, we were put into a room with an unclean room with a nonworking toilet. Went back to front desk to let the person know and was given another room. This time, the room was clean, but had no pillows. We found the pillows in the closet, but they looked unclean, and had no pillowcases. On our way out, wanted to let the front desk know, but again, no one was there and the sign was up that said they'd be back shortly. Upon our return later that evening, sign still at the front desk and we waited for 30 minutes but no one ever returned. We went to our rooms and slept with no pillows.

Not only was it dirty. I’m pretty confident it was being used as a homeless shelter. There are groups of men gathered at the front door. There are groups of men gathered in the back. It felt awful. We left immediately and went to a different hotel.

Overall the hotel is ok. Isn't very well kept but decent. I stayed at the top floor. It was incredibly noisy in the hallway. Lots of Latinos staid there. I don't know who they are. Migrants? ...temporarily housed in the hotel. Perhaps the hotel rep can clarify that. Anyway, kids were running around in the hallway, playing, screaming, a few adults were sitting on the floor listening Latino music on their phones. It felt like in a village in a small town in Mexico. I talked to them. They responded politely. I also talked to the manager of the hotel but got no help.

We booked for 3, no extra set of bed covers provided - had to ask. Breakfast is oath meal and prepacked donuts.
I'd add a convenient location to nearby business park, casinos and shopping

This hotel was perfect for our dogs and us as we attended the National Dog Show. Hotels.com completely messed up our reservations! Even though the hotel was sold out, the hotel management staff spent an hour trying to get our reservations corrected. They did get us out rooms!

This hotel had bed bugs and fleas. Smelled terrible. I will never again book with hotels. Com if you allow these types of hotels on your sight. This is the second bad experience in one year.

We were staying for the weekend and we needed a place that liked dogs… we paid extra for dogs but didn’t realize that we didn’t get cleaning service or towels. Will be staying there next week and will give another review

Staff was amazing but it seems the facility is near lost to time. The only thing that is relatively modern and clean is the elevators. The staff were so kind,but they simply do not have enough people to clean every room enough. If you need somewhere to sleep for a night,this will do. I do not recommend staying here unless they pay their employees more for the hard work they do.

The check in was very unprofessional. Desk attendant very had a very unkept appearance. While checking us in talking loudly to someone behind her just out of the office. The room itself was not welcoming. stare smell. very dirty bathroom floor. opened the sofa and was greeted by chip bags, crumbs and lids. No linens. Never received ordered dish and pan set. Loud neighbors. Not enough fresh towels or wash cloths.

Took twenty minutes to get registered. Was being filmed but nobody came.
Two people in the room one wash cloth and one hand towel. Asked for both but only got hand towels. Next morning took the bag of towels down to get new. Asked for two of each, got
one wash cloth. Had to go back down and get one. Ironing board no iron. Had to go back down to get iron.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. The building was older, but maintained and the floors were immaculate.

The same trash can was in the hall when we arrived as when we left, as was the trash in the elevator.

The front dest staff, especially Amanda, were courteous, helpful, personable and good spirited. Amanda went out of her way to help and consistently made a difference in our stay.
The cigerette burns on the bathroom counter space were very unsightly and unpleasant to see each day. The counter should be replaced.

Very slow check-in, family rooms on completely different floors (had requested close to each other), soap missing, lighting poor, beds uncomfortable, no hangers, etc, etc.

My one night stay was clean and comfortable. There was some sketchy charterers around but no problems. Great location off the beaten path but close to everything I wanted to do.

The exterior appearance of the hotel is its best attribute. Check-in was painfully slow and was blamed on their technology.
The hotel hallways are dangerously dark; likely to hide the terribly dirty carpets. Housekeeping carts are parked in the hallway making it difficult for customers to get to the rooms.
One you get to your room, there is absolutely nothing to use in the kitchenette. A card on the counter indicates a range of items are available for use by contacting the front desk but frankly, the same folks that maintain the dirty premises are the same people that would wipe down your spoons and plates. The compact microwave did a great job making popcorn. The small-ish fridge ran non stop.
Thankfully, the room had vinyl flooring and dirty carpet was not a concern. I could feel individual springs in the mattress jabbing into me as though I was on a bed of nails. The aged AC/Heater did a good job maintaining the room temperature and had a constant fan setting that helped offset the drone of the fridge.
The shower worked just fine.
Bright spot- my fire stick connected to the WiFi and I dropped an extra $6 for the enhanced/faster service.
The grab and go breakfast was stale, pre-packaged off-brand muffins and a few chewy granola bars. Brewed coffee was available (but not good) and instant decaf and tea bags were provided.
The staff was very friendly and check out was easy.
If you just need some place to crash and can look past the ick, this is the hotel for you.

Called and notified hotel that we would be a late arrival. Arrived for check in and we were notified they were sold out. The had no room for us. I informed them we had a reservation and told them we called to let them know we would be a late arrival. “Sorry sir we are sold out”. Completely rude and uncalled for. We then had to find another hotel 20 miles away from our original stay.

I booked my hotel reservation and I paid for my accommodations on August 11th for my September 22nd reservation and when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room available for me. Others weee told the same thing many hours before me and after me since I sat in the lobby waiting until after 10/00 pm for my room. I spoke to others about their reservation. I did get a room late and it did not meet my expectation. The pillows were like a ball and I was very uncomfortable but after 10:00 pm, I had no other place to go in the dark Pennsylvania area. I would like a refund.

We had a reservation but would be arriving in the evening. I called to confirm test was okay and was assured that it was. When we arrived I was told they were “over booked “ and there could offer me a refund or I would have to wait an hour while the receptionist went up to clean an empty (dirty) room…..Unacceptable!

We left, the floor was dirty, the blankets had a terrible smell, the pillows were flat and old, and they waited until the two containers of coffee were empty to start making new coffee.

Terrible Service , Shower Curtin to short above the tub
When I went downstairs and asked, they handed me one and said try this you’ll have to put it up yourself, additionally no hangers in the closet When I asked about it the question was, do you need hangers? I was handed three hangers that are used for children’s clothing in plastic very small. This is all we have. (Supporting pictures are available.) Furthermore, the website, advertises, Fee breakfast. When I inquired the next morning, they said there’s no breakfast here there’s coffee or tea, and she pointed toward the coffee that was in a small room. I was not interested in coffee or tea as a breakfast. There was a woman behind me was told the same thing she went in for the coffee then asked for sugar since there was no sugar there I timed it took exactly 9 minutes to get to sugar. The couple of employees that I engaged in with the above absolutely had no sense of urgency. When I was checking out at 4:30 am in the morning there was no one at the front desk a sign that said call this number on the house, phone or a number that was hand written with green highlight that was scribbled over it very difficult to read. ( supporting photo for this also) someone did show up within a couple of minutes after me calling. I will never stay there again. It was a terrible experience.
