Front desk guy was awesome!

Very nice hotel. Nice room, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Small elevator, sort of hidden. Friendly staff, quick check-in and out.

Staff was very nice and accommodating, room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Only downside was the heat/ac unit was very noisy.

The beds were hard pillows were soso and the shower could use a new lift and more pressure

The hotel was meh for lack of other words. The room you could visabily see mold growth in the bathroom. The mirror on the vanity was broken. We went with family the room that they stayed innthe sink wouldn't drain. In the pool area one of the days you could see poop.on the ground in the community bathroom. The towles were never stocked in the pool area. The staff were mostly friendly, but seemed annoyed when we needed milk at the complimentary breakfast. The complimentary breakfast would be the best part. My kids actually found something they liked.

Nice hotel with very few amenities Ice machine didn't work and their in room coffee is horrible. But outside of that, it was an enjoyable stay.

We checked in late (8ish) We were there for a dance competition and stayed 2 nights. We had a whole bunch of bags we were carrying & were using the bell cart to bring all the rest. 1st very nice thing- The man at the front desk offered to help. We didnt need it but it was a nice gesture. The fridge in the room wasn't very cold. I needed some bags to put ice in for my cooler. 2nd nice thing-front desk gentleman gave me 3 bags to put ice in. I didn't say anything yet about the fridge not working. I was going give it overnight. By the morning the fridge still wasn't cold. 3rd nice thing-Told lady at front desk she immediatly came to the room and checked it with another worker. She said if it didn't get cold by the time we left for my girls to dance, let her know, and if they didnt have a replacement mini fridge she would put all our stuff in her own fridge at the front desk. When we rushed out the door to competion, she wasn't there. 4th nice thing-We got back late that night our all food and drinks were transferred to a different VERY cold fridge. It was a nice suprise they took it upon themselves to check it while we were gone and not wait for us to complain.

Dirty and not well maintained. The hallway had huge scuffs done the walls and missing pieces of drywall. Pool was dark and they hold unannounced swimming lessons that limit paying guest pool access. We had popcorn in our ac unit from the previous occupant, and when I called down to the front desk, they didn’t seem too surprised, but someone did come up to the room and remove some of the aforementioned popcorn. It didn’t get any better from there.
