There for medical care at Emory. Convenient, reasonably priced, attentive staff.

The stay wasn't anything remarkable - I came in, I stayed, I left. Check-in was quick, and the person at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were signs of decay and some stuff that looked like peanut butter stains. The fridge was making loud noises all night long. Aside from that - it was an okay stay.

Prefer setting to be cooler in the gym, or a fan over equipment. Otherwise a great stay.

No soap provided by bathroom sink, we had to reach in the shower for the soap on the wall. The soap in shower barely squirted out. Fan didn’t work on heat/ air conditioning . There was a small bottle of lotion beside the sink that I couldn’t shake or squeeze out.

I felt welcomed and appreciated by Joanne, the GM who was working the front desk when I arrived. She remembered me the next morning at breakfast and greeted me BY NAME. WOW. That never happens!!!
The hotel is so easy to find. Parking was a cinch. My room was spotless and comfortable. The window treatments allowed me to black out the light, or just filter it. Shower, shower curtain, toilet, sink and vanity all spotless. Mattress with 4 pillows (one was soft and perfect for me) was really comfortable. Sheets felt cool and crisp and I had no qualms about slipping in between them.
Microwave was clean and it worked. Fridge froze my lettuce but that’s ok.
Breakfast was GOOD. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, yogurt, muffins and bagels…. All the usual fare, and it was well-tended to, clean, and always a staff person there to clean up and answer questions. ATM in lobby and bathrooms near the dining area. It was great.
All in all, I received more than I expected and I would stay there again when I visit Atlanta again!

This was well above what I expected for the price I paid. I dont know anything about the area, but it seemed quiet the night we were there for a baseball game. Waffle House right next door for late supper and the breakfast at the hotel was great. Only issue I saw was the faucet in the tub dripped, but I just put a washcloth down to dampen the sound and couldnt hear it.

Front desk was reasonable and decent. Breakfast was fine except I made a request for hash browns since they were out and I didn’t get one. Staff said it takes 15 minutes to cook so they didn’t want to despite there being 45 minutes left of breakfast. When I asked politely I was told she would make more. After 20 minutes of watching and maybe 2-3 more people serving themselves I asked her how they were coming along and she claimed that she already served them and that they must be all eaten again. She is a complete liar.

There was a brown spot by the light switch in the bathroom that looked gross. the ceiling in the shower had some pink looking mold. Otherwise the room was fine and the breakfast was good

My stay was great. I was at the hotel for four days. The customer service was good. The room was decent. The bed was OK was a little uncomfortable for me. That was the only issue good customer service, friendly staff I would recommend.

Wanted somewhere near Brookhaven in order to visit family. Super friendly staff from check-in, check out to maid service. Place was extremely clean and has a fresh, modern look. Room very comfortable and designed well for travelers in mind. Didn't participate in breakfast so no comment. Highly recommend and will stay there during our travels to Atlanta.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. Antonio and Sabrina provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They were both very friendly, accommodating and simply put just very nice. They made our stay great!
