I believe I had the suite with king size bed. The room was really large in size! I had a king size bed, a sleeper sofa with a coffee table, a writing desk, mini fridge and microwave! Bathroom was a bit small, toilet and shower but the room made up for it!

The receptionist was rude when I first checked in. Later that night it rained and water was coming into my room from the top of the window. All the front desk told me was they could give me towels, he only gave me one towel and he didn’t even take down my room number or let the next person know what was going on. Pool was full of bugs, but other than that. My stay was decent. I think I should he accommodated but I doubt that that is gonna happen.

I had to keep goin to the front desk about my KEY no working. A couple of times while I was there….. room # 402.

I woke up with insect bites that were fresh. I felt like i was speaking to my 17 year old child when interacting with the lady at the counter, whom could not have cared less if i existed. Air conditioning is SUPER loud.

The most up to date area is the lobby. The outside of the hotel needs work. It looked sketchy upon my arrival. Men with coolers were sitting outside by a gate. The parking lot was trashy. The interior of the hotel needs improvement from the elevators to the hallways to the rooms. The setup of having the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom is weird but the mirror and sink were nice. Bathroom is small with just the toilet and outdated shower. The toilet was filthy inside. I requested someone come clean it & they offered to move me to another room that was worse— the smell was horrible. I chose to stay in my room as I had already begun sanitizing it. The bed was comfortable and TV was nice. Air unit worker well. Not worth the price. Would not recommend.

The stay was a b+...considering the price. The elevator was scarey but the rooms were spacious. The pull out bed was a F+ but the kind bed was nice & clean...

Good & safe location in a cute town. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. They only clean your room & provide fresh towels every 3 days.

Customer service was amazing. That was the best part of the stay. Had to request new sheets.Toilet wouldn't completely flush. Ac had to be put on 60 to even cool the room a little.

I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT ITS A NON SMOKUNG FACILITY YET MY ROOM SMELLED LIKE SOMDONE HAS JUST SMOKED A WHOLE PACK OF CIGGERETTES

Front office was rude, when asked a question he blew up like I was crazy. All I asked was if the room was inside or out so I can park accordingly.
Got 2 rooms we had to change rooms because it smelled like urine all over the floor. Stay out of room 107.
Stepped out my husband was sleeping when I came back my key didn’t work I had to go downstairs to let them know. Went upstairs and it still didn’t work. It was 2am I was trying to avoid waking my husband.

I got a king size bedroom, when I arrived my "room" was not available so I got upgraded is what i was told. Room 414 this was the most terrible experience evene in my life. The room absolutely reeked!!!! of animal urine and fieses.
It really ruin the experience and reputation of "la quinta"

When we started the heat on the air conditioner a sewage smell built up. We turned it to cool and I got better however the outside temperature was freezing point. So we had a cold night with some smell, not pleasant.

I left a piece of luggage behind when I checked out. The front desk staff and manager were very helpful in arranging for me to recover it.

Check in was easy, hotel looks good outside and most of the inside was in good shape. Heater took a while to work in the room. The biggest problem was breakfast, I always pick this hotel for the great breakfast. But this place only had bagels and eggs. Thats it. Very frustrating to plan a stop with breakfast, and not have it. They just said, we dont have it. Nothing was stated. Nothing was posted. It was frustrating.

For the most part it was fine; inside the facility was spic & span. The rooms windows were filthy on the outside, almost completely opaque. Because of the terrain of the landscaping and a recent rain, the parking lot was so muddy it was impossible not to get it in your car -that was a drag.

The price was reasonable. The hotel was a little run down. There was no toothpaste in the room, the buttons to the elevator were broken and the AC in our room wasn't cooling.

The property was average. For the most part it was clean in the lobby and the room. Hallways couple of used more cleaning. There was a very odd and not pleasant smell in the 4th floor hallway. Breakfast was your very basic average hotel breakfast. Nothing special.
