It was fast a quiet. Really like the staff at check-in, I asked if I could check out at noon because the funeral was at 1PM and we really didn't have any place to go before that, and he was very sympathetic to my request. Great Breakfast too. headed to El paso area soon and will look for another Best Western for that trip.

Room is okay for the price. The windows are old and let alot of noise through. The hotel is right up against the highway. Jake brakes, modified cars, emergency sirens, All would wake up a light sleeper.
Alot of staff was super helpful at all times. One guy however always had a "no" for everything. Everyone else is absolutely phenomenal. Beds are super comfy. Rooms are super clean. They aren't super but they'll do. Parking lot is small there was enough room for all the guests but. If you're traveling with a trailer I'd pick somewhere else.

The stay was ok. We weren't happy to have full size beds when I booked online the suites we're queen. For the price we paid for full beds nope my husband and I had to sleep separate to get comfortable to sleep.

We stayed here due to all other hotels not being available and they offered an indoor pool. However, the Hotel was not what we expected. Beds were stiff as a rock. Front desk didn’t want to give more than 2 towels for a room that had 5 people staying for two nights. Wouldn’t give anymore wash cloths. Breakfast was horrible. Hotel smelled musty and was hot. Elevator was so slow. Room was hot even with air down as low as it could go. After seeing the room and hotel we didn’t even attempt letting the kids enjoy the pool because we weren’t sure if it was actually cleaned properly, if it was warmed and they wouldn’t give us any extra towels. Will not be returning.

Breakfast was great. Beds were so/so for sleeping, definitely a hotel bed. Could have used more pillows. Only reason we stayed here was for the indoor pool that was stated as being a heated pool, it was not. Our kids were disappointed. For that, we won’t be back here.

Hotel was nice and clean. It was small - there isn't much space for anything in the area - but it was very convenient to food, shopping, etc.

Check-in was fast and friendly. They even gave us a room with a balcony which was nice.

Property done what it was supposed too. They have 1 elevator and it is slow 🐌. Staff was nice. High traffic area, right off the highway. Plus is it was close to everything I needed, Walmart less then 5 minutes down the road.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating to my request to have 3 rooms together on the same floor. It was also nice to have free breakfast included. There is only one issue. There is an odor on the first floor in the hallway that smells like gas or chemicals. Fortunately you don't smell it in the rooms.

When we first arrived, their website had said they had a hot tub that was available to all guests. we found out that it had been taken out and that was one of the main reasons that we had stayed there. After a bit of negotiation, and proving to them that it was still on the website, the staff agreed to give us a room that had a hot tub. they made all things right, so we were very pleased with our stay. I want to give a shout out, especially to Sandy at the front desk who is an amazing employee. She goes above and beyond and is full and wonderful to work with she should be recognized in a special way, thank you for our stay.

Property is easily accessible, however, there is no exit from the property in the back parking area. It’s difficult to safely exit onto the one-way I-30 access road going westward.

The property was not in good condition. Everything was old except the TV. The tub took forever to fill and water went everywhere.

Friendly staff clean properly. Front sliding doors were not working so they were left opened the entire time plus it was cold out. Breakfast was a 2 on a scale of 1-5. Very small dining area.

Every person I cam in contact with was so friendly and helpful!! LOVED the staff!!! The hotel had a funky smell in hallways but overall it was a good stay

Older but well maintained building. For a Best Western Plus rooms are small. It’s sandwiched between a car dealership and industrial building on noisy I-30. It would be worth $150 somewhere else. Breakfast was adequate but sausage was not good at all.

My husband said “ this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at”! So clean! Breakfast room clean with lots of choice s. Reception staff friendly and accommodating. Melissa was a breath of fresh air after driving all day. She even found us disposable silverware for the takeout food we had.

The only drawback I experienced was the difficulty with getting in and out of the parking lot.

Pros: The breakfast was pretty good. Staff were super nice and helpful. Parking was convenient. We traveled out at various times during our stay and returned in the evenings or mid afternoon and there was always parking not far from the door on the side of the building. Pretty quiet even though it was booked to capacity during the weekend we stayed.
Cons: Hallways often smelled of smoke, marijuana even. Carpet and floors in room were visibly clean but when we spilled something and had to wipe it up we quickly learned that they were disgustingly dirty. The towel was nearly black. The sofa in our room could stand to be replaced. It had some stains on it and the texture felt soiled.

Average hotel. Easy close parking, slow elevator. Spongy hall floors. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast left something to desire. cold, 1/2 cooked biscuits, frozen egg patties warmed up for sandwiches. 1/2 cooked sausage links. Attendant was very friendly though.

Not sure why this is named a Best Western Plus. Nothing about this property is a Plus. Elevator is old and slow and stinks musty. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable and pillows suck no other word to describe the pillows.

The facility and room were fine. They use liquid air fresheners that are plugged into the wall and emit a fragrance like candy, sweet and disgusting. These fragrances give me a headache and I was unable to sleep the first night. I finally found it plugged in behind the TV. I slept with the windows open and extra blankets. I would not stay here again and suggest that they take the chemicals out of their rooms.

Pics were deceiving and front desk person was not helpful all questions were answered as I don’t know … do u have security for parking? I don’t know?what is the earliest you have coffee in the lobby .. I don’t know 🙈pillows were skushy comforter was not soft, I could see cracks in the room and they had taped up spots? Cigarette bud in the balcony, could hear the highway traffic from closed windows… will NEVER stay here even if free!!

Honestly, I got the impression that the hotel is being used as a drug dropoff/pickup location. Also while my grandchildren were trying to swim a couple came into pool area, got in the water and proceeded to engage in very inappropriate activity. We had to leave.
