The accommodations were nice. It was great to have access to a kitchen to cook meals. The “owner’s lounge” game room could use some TLC.

Price is great. Carpet in the room may need update.

I bought a timeshare there 20 years ago, it looks like the same furniture was still there.
Its not a bad place, just outdated.

There were quite a few average or bad reviews. Due to the timing of many concerts going on the same weekend as my conference, choices were limited. I decided to give this a shot! PERFECT! I rented a car and traveled solo. I walked in to 5 people all eager to help me. They helped me get early access, as I had been up since 2am to catch my flight, and had meetings that night. Are the rooms dated in style, YES! Were they dirty, NO! Was mine well-maintained, YES! Did it have a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and sink, YES! Pool was great and not too crowded. Security keys to enter the hotel rooms made me feel a bit safer. I put up my sign to not clean my room each day - no issues whatsoever! No one knocked. No one bothered me. Check-out. Someone was at the desk at 2am to take my key.
If you want bougie and on the strip...this isn't the place! If you are looking for easy access to strip, restaurants, etc by either car or taxi, but still have some quiet time...perfect location!
ONLY DRAWBACK - walls are thin! I solved that issue by turning the fan from auto to on. Couldn't hear anything and kept my room at a constant temp I wanted. Slept like a baby!

We canceled but they would not refund because they said we booked it through expedia. I now see it was booked through hotels.com. Can I get a refund since i canceled the stay?

Hotel met our need for weekend accommodation, but no room maintenance so beds not made and towels etc not renewed. Long walks to vending or ice etc..
No restaurants close so you need the car. Reg

This was off the beaten path, but worth it! Nice quiet resort with free parking. A nice pool and Jacuzzi with Tennis Courts and some nice little hidden amenities.

This place is cool.

The property is slightly dated, but not too bad. The room was a good price for a Fri/Sat night in Vegas. I would stay here again if needed. We didn't interact with the staff more than checking in. We did not use the pool or other facilities. It was more of a Vegas vacation where we did not stay on the Strip due to cost. Didn't spend much time at the property other than to sleep.

Unfortunately, we experience a terrible disturbance. We will never stay here again.

Only issues were room needed updates, water pressure was very low and there were some people below my window late last night that kept me up.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. My son and I really enjoy the swimming pool. The Jacuzzi tube in our room and the washer and dryer made our stay even better. I would stay here again next time we are in town.

I like the layout and the location is close enough to the strip - but far enough away. There are enough restaurants and grocery stores nearby. TV is a bit small, but worked fine. We were traveling with family, so we booked the two bedroom suites - really inter-connected rooms which worked out fine.

Our weekend sisters' trip was a huge success staying at Club De Soleil! We arrived super late at night, but the front desk staff was able to assist us quickly and easily and we were settled into our room in no time. We loved the pool and hot tub, so relaxing, and our room was incredibly spacious. One seriously MAJOR benefit was the shuttle from the three different hotel locations to either the Mirage or Excalibur on the strip. After parking at the hotel for the first night, we did not have to drive at all until we were checking out. I mean... who wants to be designated anything in Vegas... :) Would definitely stay here again!

I was really happy with my stay at the Club De Soleil. The shuttle bus to the Mirage Casino was super convenient. My room was spacious and I was able to sleep well in the comfortable bed. I enjoyed swimming laps in the heated pool (I estimate the pool was a little for than 50 feet long, suitable for lap swimming).

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a friendly person in the front. Was asked how my day was and small details like those helped me feel a bit more welcomed. Really appreciate the staff. And the room was spotless and well taken care of. Definitely coming back here again.

Got during points sale from RCI so good deal. If not RCI- watch for fees - resort & cleaning add on! Close to Orleans where going for BB tournament (can take shuttle to Tahiti- get off there & walk). Shuttle also goes to grocery store & strip, very convenient even if have car since parking near strip is a nightmare. Was clean, nice pool & hot tub, great balconies for some rooms. Lots of traffic noise (on Tropicana). No business office to use computers or print if needed. Owners lounge still there (junk stacked everywhere in it) but no longer have continental breakfast. Have 2 very separate complexes (office/ chk in bld 2). Not sure if worth the regular point amount. Ate at Parsley (next to Tahiti by Starbucks) Black Bear Diner, & Tiabi waffles - all were great! Neat international market close also. Very comfy bed & pillows. High tub is hard to get in & out of - if elderly or physical issues consider ada accessible one or other location.

My husband and I booked a room Feb. 7th - Feb. 13th. Very nice updated room including warming fireplace, full kitchen with all amenities, large bathroom with spa bath and shower. It's now March 13th and we haven't received our $200 deposit back. I've called 8 times now, was left on hold 1 time for 25min until I finally hung up. I spoke to the manager 1 time and he gavw me a transaction number of when he released the funds to my bank which never happened. I called the bank they had nothing after 14 days. I've called 5 times more and can't get a call back from the manager when I've left multiple messages. $200 is nothing to me It's the fact that this hotel is faulty and fraudulent. So, being said I won't be getting my money back and won't ever stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay and plan to stay again when in Vegas for an event next month. The 1 bedroom suite was quite spacious and I really loved the large bathtub. I did not care for staying on the first floor though. The people above me seemed to have children and it sounded like they were letting them take turns jumping off the bed numerous time through the evening, even past midnight. Not the hotels fault, but I will make sure to request a suite on the 3rd floor to avoid the sound issue in the future. The kitchen had a normal size fridge, everything I would have needed to cook and I was glad to see the large water heater which meant the bath had plenty of hot water. The staff was very kind and helpful. I liked how secure and tucked away the rooms felt and appreciated the closed of vending area. I look forward to my next stay.

It was quiet, clean, and not stinky or dirty like other casino smoke filled places.
