There are no closets to hang up clothes. Breakfast offereing is getting more limited - no simple pastries, only fresh fruit were apples. Better to eliminate the "free" breakfast and lower the nightly hotel cost.

The Toilet Seat was loose, the TV had a very washed out picture and the "free" breakfast was not very good.

Pool/spa was out of service. Very disappointing. We hiked new river gorge National park. The pool/spa was the main reason I chose this location. Your website should tell customers when things are out of service.

It was an overnight stop on our way. Very convenient. There were multiple restaurants in walking distance. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was better than usual! I loved the pancake maker. There was some road noise and the pool wasn’t open. I would stay heee again in similar circumstances.

Very quiet, bathroom clean although a little shabby, like it could use a fresh coat of paint. Drain plug in bathtub didn't work, so couldn't take a bath (we had a jacuzzi tub).
Couldn't figure out how to use the tv--instructions would be helpful. Liked having separate bedroom with king bed! Staff very friendly, breakfast was ok--some hot food offered. Lamps could use brighter light bulbs. Our room faced the strip mall, so there were bright lights shining in our window all night, despite blackout curtains.

Our room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. the pool was nice. We did suggest that they let guests know prior to getting to the end of the hall that towels are available at the front desk, specially when mobility is an issue. The breakfast included in the stay was excellent. Definitely staying in a La Quinta hotel again.

The room was fine. Pillows not great but bed was ok. Sheets clean but okd ... a few small holes. Towels old, loose threads.
I was advised thr front door would be locked at night for security however the doors at the ends of the halls didn't lock at all so in fact no security. Breakfast was ok but tables should be cleaned more often . staff were fine.

Very friendly at check in. However, after checking my credit card statement for something else, I realized the hotel had charged me for the room even though it was already paid for through hotels.com. I brought this to the front staffs attention and she apologized repeatedly and showed me how it didn’t show up on her computer the way it usually does. She reversed the charge immediately but it took 6 days for it to go back on my card.
The room was clean and beds comfortable. It was also nice that the pool was open until 11 pm as we didn’t check in until after dinner and we were happy we could still go for a swim.

Next reservation we are going to request a room overlooking main parking lot. Had a room that overlooked main road and was up all night with roar of big trucks “Jake” breaking coming into town.

We had no hot water at all. One elevator was broke and the other took forever when called on.

Unfortunately, our room did not have hot water for showers, and my card was charged 3 times. I have been trying to sort it out since last night, but no manager was available on the premises for assistance.

We did not realize that LaQuinta now charges an extra $25 per pet per night. I don’t recall seeing that when making reservation.

Woke up during the night to find at least an inch of water on the floor and carpeting in hall saturated, extending to bed. My feet actually sunk into a squishy rug ugh

We have never stayed with La Quinta hotels before this stay. It was such a great experience. Great safe option with down to earth and welcoming employees. We will definitely be adding this hotel to our list of options on future trips!

Had trouble regulating the temperature in the room, hot then cold! The mattress was not good, not comfortable.
Otherwise, check in was good, staff was good, breakfast was great! The hotel was neat and clean.

I've stayed here a few times and it's a nice hotel with friendly staff. The road is a little loud, but for the easy access in and out it's worth it.

It wasn't the best. I stayed here once before and it used to be so good, and that's why I picked here. Last night's stay was not so good. The employees were super nice though. The bed was so uncomfortable, I woke up with my back hurting. The microwave didn't work at first but my husband was able to fix it to get it to work. The pool was so cold, it wasn't enjoyable. I've stayed previously in winter temps and the room and pool was heated. Maybe it was just a bad time to stay, but I was less than happy this time. The employees are still friendly and as helpful as they can be, so it's definitely not their fault.

We like stopping here on our drive from Canada to Florida. It is a good halfway point. An Applebees is close and opened later which is nice after a long drive. The property sits between the highway and a shopping center. The only problem with the rooms facing the parking lot is the street light shines right to the bed, and the curtain only closes halfway.
