Hotel served the purpose of my trip. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was provided with many carb choices of breads, cereal, oatmeal, and waffles. It was close to the interstate and near many restaurants. Convenient for my trip.

The room was a little small, but fine for the trip. But there was a noticeable dried food, vomit or ????? on the bed skirt, that was pretty disgusting. The shower was “clean,” but the drain/plug, was chipped and tattered. Assuming that the room was non-smoking, but there were clear signs that people had smoked in it (burn marks in bedding and carpet). My key card worked half of the time. Actually had to get it to-programmed at the front desk at least once. Woke up Sunday morning to an apparent church service going on in a conference room located on my floor, three doors down from my room. But again, the bed was comfortable and the room was suitable to sleep in and take a shower at.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and things were clean and efficient. Need a few things fixed like a tile just before carpet to the first floor rooms to 109-110 rooms, the faucet and pipes were loose and moving around in the shower in 110 and the bottom corner by the tub under the towel rack needs some work and the towel rack was loose and bent down like some one had hung on it or something .

First room wasn’t clean beds weren’t even made. Second room the cleaner was sooooo overwhelming and awful. Elevator was dirty the entire we were there.

Very noisy overnight from airport and or highway. Front desk staff very pleasant, breakfast limited. Could do with a coffee maker in the room.

Hotel has been completely renovated and they did a great job. Only negative is that the new toilet tank refilled every 15 minutes. I changed room and the same problem in new room. I suspect some of the new toilets were not installed correctly. But the newness and cleanliness were great!

The property does not pretend to be a luxury hotel. But it was clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. I don't need anything more, and would certainly stay here again if traveling this way.

My boyfriend left his wallet at the front desk by accident and someone stole money out of it. Employee at the time it happened told us cameras in the lobby didn't work due to the building being struck by lighting in July 2023. Checked with a different employee the next day and she said they work and would have the manager look through to see the footage to see who stole the money. No manager has contacted us and it has now been almost 4 days since the incident. Extremely disappointed with the service on this matter. Room was okay otherwise.

Not worth what i paid, no mini fridge, tried charging me a hidden fee of 61$ for nothing when i checked out, thankfully i put a card with no money and it declined, he told me it declined, i asked what it was trying to charge, and he couldn't tell me said it was a mistake in system and told me i was good to leave and would clear it with property owner

Booked my rooms literally a day before arriving and expected my 2 rooms when the lady does the check in she hands me one card and I said no I have 2 rooms she then told me yeah we canceled that one and I was okay with that but why couldn’t they notify me about this before arriving?!? I’m also still waiting on my refund that the lady said I was getting for my room.

Or problems started with checking in. The person at the desk tried checking us in under another name. I said it wasn’t us he said yes it was Once he got past that. He said you’re all set. Had to ask for room keys. Basically he was so high he could barely stand. He took 3 times up and down elevator to get a key that worked. The halls smelled heavily of smoke as did our Smokey smelling room.
