No microwave pool hasnt been in service for a long long time over 7 months the fridge wouldnt stay shut and we only had bottles of water 6 of them so it wasnt over full they did have hot showers but the shower head could use replaced lime build up for sure

I checked in my room at 245pm check was fine. When I came back to my room I went to turn tv on and no battery in remote. Called mgr on duty and he said no batteries no tv for the night. Very rude and inconsiderate. I went to cvs and bought batteries so I could watch tv. I have stayed here two other times and no problem. Will not come back

The room says non-smoking yet the beds smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns on the blanket. The door did not close very easily. I had to push pretty hard to get it to latch, and the deadbolt would not engage. The pool ( as always when I stay here) was closed for maintenance. The remote control would not change the channel on the TV, just controlled the volume and on/off feature. I went to the desk on the second day of my stay to see about getting it fixed. The person was new and didn't know how to help, but said he would consult a coworker who lived on the grounds. Neither person ever got back to me. The only plus is pets stay free. The beds are very hard and there was only soap offered for a shower. This was an emergency family trip for me so I did not pack shampoo so I was out of luck. I also put a bag of trash outside my door on the first day, and it was never collected, so I stuffed it into a garbage can outside the back door. The back door did not close all the way, so security is not that important to this establishment. No microwave or coffee maker in the room - there is a small microwave in the lobby.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was very easy to check in and out. We stayed for one night on our way to a bike event in Langley Illinois. It was a last minute decision and the staff was very accommodating. Thank you!

Homeless tweaker hanging out at the front entrance, suspicious characters lurking in the parking lot(drugs?), a surprise $20 room deposit supposedly refundable, and the pool was broken. Desk person at check-in was difficult to understand. Noises inside and out most of the night. Dirty pillowcases. Smelly pillows. Cigarette burn hole in the bed spread... Pitch a tent in the rain or whatever, but don't stay here!!!

Bed was great black out curtains awesome.shower hot. Bed was super comfy except for the plastic mattress cover. Sheets wouldn't stay on bed and I sweat from the plastic. I suggest they spend a little more for the waterproof mattress covers that are quilted . The mattress will be protected and sheets will stay on
I just took it off and sheets stayed on I was cool and slept great

The hotel looks much better online than reality. It is in really tough condition. The pool has a haze like it hasn’t been functional for a year. My room did not have any linens. The smoke detector beeped all night. There was a dead mouse on one of the wall ways outside that has been there for a long time, can’t believe no one got rid of it.

Doors don’t shut right, the door to use your card on to get back into building didn’t shut, we had a none smoking room the blanket had 2 burnt holes on them. No pictures on walls, no coffee maker, no shampoo or other bathing items , the pool was not working daughter was upset about that ,

The hotel smells of smoke and mildew, there are questionable people on the premises, in the halls and hanging out in the parking lot and lobby all hours. But the worst part is they have BED BUGS!!! My brother took several videos to show the manager. I also asked her to please come to the room so she could see them herself but she refused. I wanted a refund but she said that she does not have that authority and I would have to speak with the owner. After waiting for 45 minutes she finally got a hold of the Owner. He was extremely rude and informed me they do not have bed bugs and they would not refund my money. I had to argue with him for ten minutes to get corporate’s phone number !

When we walked in the whole front area smelled of smoke. Walking through it never got better
We had two rooms one og the rooms lights did not work and there were cigarette burns on the top blanket. The while room smelled an ashtray.

Noisy! Could hear every noise from the hallway to the parking lot. Closed pool due to maintenance but it looked as if nothing was wrong with the pool and this wasn’t a concern of the management.

Beds weren't very comfortable, no coffeemaker, microwave.. very few amenities.. lucky thete was an airpot with coffee on the morning and our light over sink bulb burnt out. Good location. An overnight stay was enough any longer not recommended!

The male daytime receptionist, slender, Indian-American gentleman was very rude. We asked for help on how to use the TV because the channel buttons didn't work you had to use different buttons and he took it upon himself to close our window and shut our curtains and then say you can't just be pressing all the buttons on a remote like we were uneducated on how to use a TV remote. He was also very unpleasant during check in, nothing unprofessional, but definitely did not seem happy to want to be there or help the guest.

While they did try to update the property corners we’re definitely cut. First room I was given I walked in and it smelled like sewage and the toilet was leaking and had flooded the bathroom. 2nd room was better. Also thought it was crap they charge a 20 dollar deposit for your room keys. The pool is down there’s no coffee and parking is awful. But you get what you pay for and it was a place to rest my head for a night.

Didn't shovel snow off all sidewalks. Cheap rate but I would pay a little more and stay somewhere with amenities and cleaner.

It was not the price they said it was online.i was quoted $50 for a room when I get there I ended up paying $97, and they didn't even give me my deposit back.never staying here again. Worst motel ever!!

Took forever to check in. Barely any pillows and blankets. Shower was broken and very loud.

The room I was in, the bathroom the toilet didn’t flush very well so it got clogged and no plunger, plus whenever anyone took a shower upstairs water leaked from the light. If your going to say free coffee have free coffee cause I got up at 6:30 and no coffee and by the time we left at 7:45 still no coffee so I will never stay at this one again or if I do bring my own coffee pot.

Property is ok for one night travel. Beds are not comfortable. Both staff that I had met were very nice. A domestic a few door down was reported, staff attended to the disturbance immediately.

For two years now during the Irish festival in Iowa their ice machine has been broken down and the pool was closed "for repairs."

This hotel is a complete DUMP! The TV didn't work, the remote control was held together with black electrical tape. The front desk person was wearing a dirty zip up hoodie with all kinds of sketchy logos and associations all over it and a black handkerchief with skulls and cross bones tied over her head. In the specific hotel room the metal fittings on the shower and tub were all broken or cracked, the window glass was held together with clear tape, other guests on the first floor were handing "things" such as money and small handheld size objects through the windows. The bedding had multiple burn holes, however it smelled clean, kinda? The floor was laminate thankfully but also had stains and burns on it. The side entrance that should have a key card lock on it for safety, had duck tape wrapped around the exit push bar, re-enforced by a washcloth knotted around it, allowing everyone in the world into the back door of the hotel.
If you are looking for a quick hook up spot or to make some sort of shady deal, this is your place. If you are expecting a decent but clean room without a huge price tag, you will not find that here. Spend the extra $50 and go to the Hampton across the street like we ended up doing. This place is an abomination and needs to be burned to the ground. Just gross and scary. DO NOT bring children of any age to this place!!

We cancelled our reservations upon check-in. The rooms smelled terribly of mildew. There were stains on the bedding. There was a leak in the ceiling in the hallway. With my grandson's and daughter's allergies, we couldn't take the chance of staying with the mildew and mold.

I liked that we were able to check in 10 mins early. What i didnt like was that 1. Bathroom did not look so had no privacy. 2. The shower rod was broken so water could have gotten everywhere. 3. The lights worked when they wanted to. 4. Where they put the extra towels ot was NOT cleaned. But other than that. I slept well. It was nice and quiet. I felt safe and had walmart not to far from where I was and staff was friendly.

The bed sheets had burns in them, the TV didn't work unless you had the light on (TV cables were connected to the light switch for some reason), cable didn't even work, musty smell. I loved the lady who helped us. It was her first day back from maternity leave, and she was right on task and helped us so many time!

Very dirty. First room reeked of smoke. Next room the ac didn’t even have a cover on it. The comforter had stains on it. The main lobby has no ac and the pool is not open. O and my bathroom light went out so had to shower in the dark.
