Very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Bed comfy. Not much of a view, but quiet away fro highway.

The location was convenient and the service was great. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our neighbors were really noisy but it was not worth addressing.

THIS WAS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY. BOOKED IT EARLY IN THE MORNING AND WE WERE ACTUALLY ABLE TO CHECK-IN EARLY WHICH WAS GREAT. EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND CLEAN. FOR US THE BED WAS A LITTLE HARD FOR OUR COMFORT BUT THAT WOULD NOT STOP US FOR RETURNING IF NEEDED.

We enjoyed our stay with the friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts, plentiful coffee, and clean room/hotel. Our only issue was the shower where the control was finicky (not working?) and on a couple busy mornings there was a lack of hot water.

Everything on the face was great but unfortunately, I found a giant dried booger on the headboard that housekeeping missed.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Easy reservation process through Hotels.com, wonderful price and great hotel. Very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Loved the free breakfast which had real food, not just pastries. We had some loud neighbors but that wasn't the fault of the hotel, just inconsiderate people. Overall it was a great visit.

I was surprised at the number of dogs at the hotel and how well the place is kept up. Have had a few bad experiences staying at pet friendly hotels ie (smells and stains) but definitely will stay here again. Everyone from front desk to breakfast staff were friendly.

We try to stay at Best Western properties whenever possible as the standards and branding are uniform no matter where you are. This property is above the rest in cleanliness, function, location and amenities. Worth the selection as it rises above the competition.

Second time I’ve stayed at this property. We needed a pet friendly hotel and this was perfect! Rooms are nice and comfortable will definitely stay here again and would reconnect especially if you have pets!

Great, pet friendly place to stay. Room and hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. Nice bathroom with a tall toilet that you don't feel like you're going to fall on the floor when you sit down like at other places, ha ha! Definitely staying here again next time I'm in town.

The reservation details didn’t come up on my reservation and went to the wrong location and couldn’t drive anymore and they had a room available and I got it and my reservation details came through when I got in the other location I previously booked and I called the original reservation to cancel and they told me to call the third party I made reservation through to cancel reservation at the other location to stay at the location for the reservation made previous and the reservation was canceled but not refunded! Paid for two rooms with the same hotel chain and I use all the time when traveling unless not available. I am very upset with that happening and I don’t know if I will use your hotel anymore because of it.

The rooms are adequate, but tight. Beds were good. The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee pot was empty. After several people requested, more was made and refilled.

Check in was very fast .... person at the front desk did a very good job ... room was clean ... older hotel BUT it did not seem that way ... everything in the room was clean ... the bed was a little soft and the pillows very soft ... good water pressure ... very close to many food areas BUT none walkable .. Breakfast was actually very good -- real food ... good coffee ... staff seemed very attentive to everything .,.. parking is easy -- large parking lot ... would stay here again ...
