It think the hotel is great and friendly staff
it need a bit of a update /remodel to make rooms feel brighter and modern to pull up some of the carpet has bit of a old smell. Outside of that it was clean and good breakfast and attentive staff

Good area to stay. The bed was good to sleep on. The only issue I had was the smell of smoking in the hall when walking to my room.

the hotel staff was nice, the place was clean and the rooms are in good condition. The reason I put a 3 star for the property was because 1/2 the tv channel didn't work, one elevator would not open the door when we would use it, we needed to wait and press several times the open button to get the elevator door to open. I mentioned it to the front desk but was told the TV channel its been an issue for a while and the elevator they were going to look into it but nothing was done during my stay.

Hotel location was great. I was surprised that parking was not free and that there was not enough for all guests. I am not sure I would have selected this hotel if that was clear from the beginning. Our room was nice, but there was a gap between the wall and the AC/heat unit and I could see daylight. Plus the cold air could get in. Otherwise the room was very nice.

This was an average no frills stay but it did the trick. We slept well and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Very very pleased with the service, room was super comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was health conscious and the location was exactly what I needed. Price was why I chose it, it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel's parking lot is poorly lit. The public parking garage next door is convenient and well lit, but the rims of the car parked next to mine were stolen overnight and the kiosk to pay was finicky. Both of my rooms were handicap accessible, turning the entire bathroom into a shower, which was undesirable.

This is my second stay here the staff, and everyone have been so great. They were very accommodating.

You got what you paid for , excellent stay and the location made my trip easier , The room was clean the beds where good , the building and facilities are pretty good maintained , staff are very welcoming and friendly ,I loved the Ethiopian culture in the area .
The breakfast is exceptional , buffet with a lot of fresh and great options , good stay for a busy family ,

Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I think they were a bit short-staffed during the holiday, but other than that, very professional and pleasant. Breakfast was subpar. Area it is in is a bit sketchy, but that's not their fault. Obviously an older facility, but recently renovated and well maintained. Good value for the price.

The staff was very accommodating to help us extend our stay. The wi-fi was fine for cell phone, but not strong enough to download a book on a Kindel device.

Found a bedbug in our room an hour after checking in. Staff was helpful and didn’t question our demanding a refund and changing hotels immediately.

I’ve been staying for this hotel many times. I never complaint about this hotel. Small with good service. God bless this hotel. I would definible coming back again. I always recommended this place to my friends. They agreed the same choosing this hotel as me.

We enjoyed our stay here. The only annoying thing was in the morning when I would bring my luggage and the kids luggage to the car, the main door was locked and I had to wait for the workers to open it for me. My key card did not work to open the door and I made multiple trips to the car due to the amount of luggage we had!

All those very short time period I did have a nice day. I have stayed there before and I remember the breakfast being impeccable. I couldn't get to breakfast this time because I had to leave early hopefully next time. I just don't like paying to park.

The staff that checked us in was impatient was standoffish. When i asked quesyions about how to put my credit card she heaved a deep sigh. Felt putting maam after everything would make up for that. Was impatient about me asking where to sign on the form. Was not the best person to see when you enter a facility. Otherwise the other staff were friendly and nice. Hood breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice soaps

Great stay. One exception was the heating unit kept making noises while running. Maintainable came up daily to check it but the noise returned after about an hour of use. Had to turn off at night

The hotel is run down, not the cleanest but convenient for what we needed. The downtown area about 5-10min away was very nice with many options for dining and activities.

The rooms appeared newly renovated and were clean and spacious. There was s a little street and patron noise, but nothing serious. The staff was helpful and most friendly. The breakfast had a wide range of both hot and cold offerings. And, the breakfast staff was constantly busy making sure there was plenty of food. I do wish they had not been so busy as being unable to wipe tables. The lobby and breakfast area were a little cramped, but it worked ok. All in all, I had a most pleasant experience.
