I never stay there because hotel was uncomfortable doors locked all days and small main door Lock all day you need waiting when some one open the door so i leaving and try get my refund moneny back but impossible for polises of the hotel

Housekeeping is good in the the room was very clean. However, in general, I am disappointed in what seems to be the rule these days in the reasonably priced motels. Namely The only evidence there are housekeepers is the good condition of the room when you check in. You will see and here them in the hallways but you will not see any evidence of them in your room after you check in. Ever since covid, more and more of the industry is going to we will clean your room before you check in and we will clean your room after you leave. You can ask us for more coffee ( if you are lucky enough to be at a place which even provides in room coffee, most don't, this one does) Honorable mentions, coffee but you have to go get more from the front desk after the first day. Clean, nice room bed, desk, large flat screen, comfortable and surprisingly quite. Also the mini fridge was slightly taller to include an actual separate freezer...it's own door and compartment! For the road warriors tired of eating/going out. Several grocery stores within a couple miles. And a major shopping area with a diversity of stores for anything you might want and nice restaurants within 1/2-2 miles All in all a very good value!

The carpet floors were disgusting in room #125 need to be replaced. Rest of room was fine

the night manager was very friendly and efficient.
the breakfast was non existant. two egg patties that were bad as they made my husband sick an hour later and for the rest of our 7 hour drive home.
In the bathroom there was tile missing at the front edge of the tub to the floor.

The people that are running Super 8 Motel they own it too are crooks.. They charge me two separate deposits When they was only supposed to charge one deposit.
And they accuse me of smoking. In the room and I don't smoke so super 8 technically woke me out of a $100 for nothing because they got the computer and can do it.

Checked in on Sunday, 24th, checked out Friday, 29th. NEVER saw a house keeping staff anywhere. The trash was never removed, sheets never changed, carpet never vacuumed, towels never replaced, ran out of toilet paper. I will never stay at this location again.

This is just a flop hotel its old dirty no real amenities no elevator so had to pack my luggage up stairs bed was awful like a old mattress floor was dirty walls had old holes that they did a bad patch job

Check In was hard because I was unaware of a deposit that wasn’t mention til after i went to check in instead of making it known when you reserve the room . Went to see the room toilet was dirty and the guy checking me in wanted me to use the bathroom dirty til 7 am I even said if you clean it I’ll still use the room he was unprofessional and just made the stay a lot worse … it was pubic hair on the toilet .. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone … a lot of locals staying on the property kinda gives you an unsafe feeling . I would have left and got a refund but that was even a tasked

I did not feel real safe, as I could constantly see people going to their cars and setting out in the parking lots with their lights on. While nothing happened to me, I had this eerie feeling.

Refrigerator was off when i got there. I turned it on and stuck a hot beer in the freezer and when i returned 2 hrs later that sob was frozen

Looks better on the outside than on the inside. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms might be clean…but look super dirty. Mattress was stained, sheets and blankets were stained and had numerous holes in them. The room was non smoking but smelled like smoke. Probably could use some good updating!

Room seemed recently remodeled and clean.
The only thing that I didn’t like is there was no closet, no hooks, nowhere to hang anything

For the price, you can't beat this hotel. Last minute availability was nice, the check-in clerk at 10:30 at night was very pleasant and friendly and even came and changed our smoke detector battery immediately upon finding it was running low. Check out was very easy, beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean as well.

Didnt have any trouble signing in they where ready for us... beds where comfortable very quiet.. slept good no noises... check out was easy everyone was friendly and pleasant... i would stay there again....

Could have been cleaner and food left in fridge from previous people. Not alot of attention to detail. But quiet and shower was great. Would i stay again no.

The Lady at the front desk was very kind to me. She was professional, efficient and really understands customer service. The room she put me in was perfect. 1st floor around the corner. The room was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Thank you

Passed on this hotel to for years on my trips to Lexington. Mistake! Very clean the room we stayed in. Friendly. Enterence was clean. Breakfast could been better. But even the little things were provided like shampoo. Will stay again.

The room was nice, but my parking wasn’t close to the door. I made several trips to the room with suitcases, cat food and other items. My last trip in was to bring in the cat box and bottles of coke. By the time I went to get them - a few minutes- someone had stolen the pop!

This hotel is in a nice location. Parking was good for the most part. The rooms were nice and it wasn't to expensive reach was a good thing seeing as the town I live in isn't far I just didn't feel like driving home so to find a decent hotel to stay in that wasn't to costly but still nice was a great thing. The hall ways were hot due to the AC unit in the hall wasn't on. Not sure why it wasn't though because it worked. But in the room I was able to turn the air on when I arrive and it cooled the room off pretty quick.

There was a peeping Tom looking inside my window when I stayed in room 101 … when I caught the man looking into my room I called the front staff who acted quickly and checked the property , but I still didn’t feel safe after that and I had no choice but to stay since the hotel told me I couldn’t get a refund after being there for 4 hours …. Wouldn’t recommend for a single mother and a single women . The area has a lot of homeless people in the area , drug users and the property overall needs some updates ..

There was nothing available to eat for breakfast during breakfast hours either day. I thought for sure there would be at least breakfast choices like bagels, toast, cereal, milk, apples, bananas, and oranges but there wasn’t anything.
Someone was in the hall at 3:20am talking loudly and slammed their hotel door which woke me up and I couldn’t fall back asleep again.
I didn’t sleep well either night because the pillows were all way overstuffed, I couldn’t get the temperature correct in the room to be consistent, and it was not dark enough. There was a bright light on the hair dryer, red light on tv, red numbers on the microwave and alarm clock, and the light coming in on both sides of the window curtains.

A nice enough place to stay. Hotel was nicely maintained and room had everything we needed. The only complaint was that the room smelled of smoke, even though the whole hotel is supposedly non-smoking.

It was an old building but remodeling made it nice. Plugins were loose on wall. Beds were fluffy and amazing!!
