BEWARE: elevators are out. If you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor its the stairs and your luggage. With a arthritic knee, it was a challenge. Front desk said there were no ground floor rooms available. Past posts said elevator was out.... How long does it take to get parts, repair the elevator??

It could have been bette if we werent on the third floor and the elevator as broken. It wss not mentioned on the web site or my the front desk til i asked for it. After chekcing in if i knownit was down my elderly parents and i would have changed hotels. Then the bathroom fan is noisy and about to give out so taking a shower was not a quiet experience. Then about two hours after checking in we smelt something bad or rotting in the room and found this smelly sock on the aide on the side of the bed. No one came up to get it and thr next day it was still yherr when we left so not a happy customer

I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay, which regrettably fell far below my expectations in several key areas. Firstly, the management's approach was less than professional, particularly concerning noise complaints that seemed unfairly directed at my party, despite the presence of other guests who contributed to a less than hospitable environment. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was alarmingly unsatisfactory. The linens and towels provided were not up to standard, which detracted significantly from the overall comfort and hygiene of my stay. I also experienced an unwelcome sense of haste from the front desk staff when utilizing the luggage cart, a stark contrast to the treatment received by other guests, which further added to my dissatisfaction. Given the price point of $44, I had expected a basic level of service and cleanliness that was unfortunately not met. I would advise potential guests to consider other options where the additional cost could translate to a more satisfactory experience and service level. This feedback is not given lightly; I believe in constructive criticism to improve service quality. I hope this will be taken as an opportunity for the hotel to address and rectify these significant shortcomings.

It was decently clean, better than most Super 8s I’ve been to. Much of the building is in need of repairs, the hot tub was broken, the pool was too cold, the room was fine but the other areas left much to be desired.

The sistem doesn’t work, I wait in the reception 1 hour and after they said I have to call Expedia and they can replace me at another hotel ! Was late night , cold outside and I was very tired , terrible !

Our room was dirty. Food was on the floor by the beds and fridge. Breakfast had very limited options. The pool deck floor was unsafe. All of us were hurt by falling and we were walking as slow as we could when it happened. I informed the staff when it happened and they did nothing to take care of the problem.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve EVER slept in. The breakfast was not good. The pool wasn’t working and the air conditioning/ heating unit had a funny smell and there was mold on the ceiling.

This property was clean and fairly well maintained. This ice machine on the third floor was broken but a backup on the first floor was operational and not a big bother. The breakfast did not have a large choice of items but what was there was tasty. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was adequate for my needs, price was excellent relatively speaking. Bathroom door was damaged, stuck to the floor, however the place was clean including the mattress. Basic appliances were in good working order despite being outdated. Mini fridge and microwave was convenient. The bed could have been more comfortable, expected more from a hotel/motel room. Location was great and quiet being a low volume area behind a dealership, but didn't feel shifty. Hotel staff were great and friendly. I would stay again but ask for a better bed, I got the single queen.

I loved that pets are allowed and that the room was big and clean. The pet deposit is just $15 per night. There is also free brekfast.

First room we were given stunk of smoke and a lot of items were broken. Room was changed to a slightly better room. Everything seemed broken - elevator, swimming pool, ice machine and stair hand rail. Will not be staying again and will think twice about staying in a super 8 again and my first experience (this stay) has not left me with a positive view of the chain
