This spacious room was a great value. It was clean, and all the staff seemed to care. The breakfast was simple, but good as continental breakfasts go. Convenient, too!

Quick one night stay for an event. Check in was a breeze, and the clerk was wonderful. I would stay here again if I needed a room.

We loves our stay at the Greystone. It was only 1 night while traveling to Texas, bit what a pleasure after a long day of driving! I had to work until noon and check out was at noon so that was awesome! Everything was comfortable. Reasonable price too!

First room we were put in had bed bugs and when we noticed and let them know they put us in another room that didnt have bedbugs... the staff is very friendly but because my experience the first night with bed bugs i refuse to give 5 stars... yes they made it right and yes they refunded me for my stay having to deal with that but it was such a hassle... overall the staff is great they even called to check on me bc of my long distance i wasnt able to get there until around 9pm so they wanted to make sure i was ok... that was sweet and they continually checked on us throughout our stay just wish i didnt have to deal with bed bugs....... thats just nasty! Breakfast was muffins bagels cereal oatmeal and frozen breakfast hot pocket.. not too bad!

The only thing we would like is Coca Cola Products. But besides that it’s a great location and we stop on our trips from Louisiana to Pigeon Forge. We always tell everyone it is the place to stay if you’re going to be near Birmingham or Tuscaloosa.

For the money, yes!

We were happily surprised by this hotel. It wasn't ultra-luxurious, but it was very clean, safe, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, too. I would definitely choose to stay here again, even over most hotels in Tuscaloosa.

The look of it was amazing until I showered and roaches were coming down the wall. The other stay had ants circling the sink. The 2nd to last stay I saw another roach in the “kitchen” area. However, this stay I said something, and the front desk moved me into another room that wasn’t what I paid for. I had to get me some sleep, so I couldn’t put up much of a fight there. Also, I understand that maybe all the ones I was in were taking. Anyways, every time I ask for a complimentary room for the next day seeing as to how I’m always booking there and have issues, it’s always no help. Therefore, I’m going to start going elsewhere. The staff is always on point. I remember they called an exterminator for the ants. The rooms be great: beds comfy, spacious rooms & etc, but it’s the “pests”.

Bugs along the windows appeared to be ants .. found the same type of bugs actually crawling in the bed. We were Overcharged for a day. Left numerous messages for the manager with no response.

Clean and safe hotel off the interstate. Excellent staff.

Room was spacious. They have complimentary soda, water, and crackers in the room which was a nice change. Breakfast was ok. Continental with microwaveable sausage pancake on a stick and hot-pocket egg-cheese. Wi-fi was weak on 2nd floor. Overall a good stay for our trip

I like that it’s right off the interstate. Has a well lit area.

Always enjoy staying here yearly. Staff are extremely friendly and polite. Facilities are good. Only issue was the a/c. Didn’t cool the room sufficiently.
2.0
A/c worked poorly, mold in bathtub around appliances, mattresses stained and hair on them. Other reviews quoted bedbugs so i stripped whole bed down and lysol. Thats when huge mattress stains and hair noted. Hallways smell like mildew and do not smell clean. Staff was wonderful

I booked this hotel having previously stayed here 2 other times. It’s an older hotel that’s fine . The mold in the corners of the shower wall is not okay and it was obvious that the furniture has not been dusted . Check-in was great but the condition of the room was not.

Great stop on the way from Texas to North Carolina. All good.

The staff was very friendly and they had several events set up for homecoming weekend. The hotel is older, but well maintained.

Even thought this property is slightly outdated, it was clean and comfortable. Just perfect for an overnight stay on a long trip, with a great price. Breakfast was adequate and the complimentary waters were nice for the road.

They stay was ok,over all the room was clean the bed was nice and comfortable. One thing I didn’t like was that the stand up water in the shower it was a slow drain out?

It was very quiet inside and no noise from the outside, friendly, very clean, spacious room easy on and easy off to the Interstate Highway. Sufficient personal toilet supplies were very adequate. And very nice snacks were waiting when I entered my room.

This is the 2nd time i have stayed here while i was in Tuscaloosa for a Bama football game. Both times i was very pleased and enjoyed my stay. Approximately 20 mins from the stadium and away from all the rowdy crowds. Very pleasant staff and very nice rooms.
