The front desk staff was not very friendly. Also, it looked as if maybe there was some water damage in the lobby at some point, because on one whole wall the wallpaper was missing. It was a turn off when first entering the building.

Older hotel that needs a revamp. Pool was closed and green. The hotel was not as clean as would have liked but we only stayed one night so it was fine.

We had a comfortable night. We were happy to have a restaurant in walking distance so we didn’t have to drive anywhere after a long day on the road.

Curtains did not close all the way and the lights from the hotel behind our kept us up late.

Hotel was in good shape but our bathroom in our room was horrible. The tile floor was all cracked up, uneven and broken. Shower head was bad as well.

Amber was amazing when we checked in. I wish she was working the overnight shift. The guy who came in after her did not care about our stay at all. We had 3 teenage boys wake us up by being loud in the hallway around 11:30PM. Then we had about 6- 20 something year old girls sitting in a circle outside our door at 2:45AM waking up my entire family. I tried calling the front desk and no answer so I called again and got a man working. He said he’d check on it but the girls all ran into their rooms. I asked when we checked out in the morning what came of it and he said “nothing I don’t know where they went”. Do not stay here if you want a quiet place to sleep! Will not be back to this La Quinta.

Room was much better than I expected. Modern updated vibe in room. Very clean. Bed super comfy; slept in. Suite was huge.

The room was ok but the noise at 5.00am was dreadfull other guests getting up at this time had no respect for other guests. The elevator floor was filthy with builders debris

The morning staff was amazing. There were only 2 women and the one that was in the kitchen was so busy due to the cheer comp going on and was still positive and kept the the food coming! There was another lady that was super friendly. The rooms were nice our door had a issue shutting so that was scary. We were charged 50$ for some reason after we left so I'm calling tomorrow about that. The pool was shut down i think that should of been on the app because that is one reason we booked there. Also my Husband thinks there should of been a couch also because there was so much room in the hotel.

The luggage carts duck. They seem to roll fine till uou put your luggage on and then they turn eith grest difficulty and are hatd to puch o. The carpet.

Rooms were very small. Bathrooms tiny! No counter space or hooks for towels. Basically outdated.
Breakfast was disappointing. No eggs! Orange juice was awful! Selection was very limited.
Had a horrible time finding the hotel! The directions on Expedia are not correct!
It was not your typical LaQuinta.

My room was extremely clean, including the bed and bathroom. The full breakfast was excellent. A quiet comfortable experience, which was just what I needed.

Staff seemed understaffed and bothered by our presence. We requested an early check in and you would have thought we asked them to sacrifice their firstborn children. We routinely would come to front desk and no one would be there. Hotel itself was fine minus pool being closed and gym water being broken

They told me on the phone on the morning of my reservation that I could cancel my reservation at no charge, and then they charged me anyway!

This is a great place to stay, staff was very nice and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. Super nice Inn we will be staying here again.

The carpets are old and stained in the hall. The elevator seems like it wants to breakdown any second. The lobby stinks the breakfast was poor. I’d stay in comfort suites instead.

For the price this should have been a cleaner hotel. In addition the mattress in the room had a large dip in the middle which prevented a good night's sleep. The faucet in the shower was not properly attached and pulled loose from the wall when the shower actuator was pulled.

There were several of us. 3 rooms total. Each room had roaches. There was a woman checking out complaining about bugs and mold. She asked for the owners name but was told to look up the number for Wyndham.

The common areas were kept very clean and nice. There was a smell in the elevator, hallways, and the room but the room smell mostly went away after running the ac on pretty cold for a while. The breakfast was a normal, good hotel buffet breakfast and the staff were all lovely.

The hotel was fine. Nice and clean. The staff for the most part was good. Until I went to check out and the charged me twice for my room, but couldn’t explain why the first charge didn’t count but according to my bank account the money came out both times. Then wanted to argue and tell me how she knew her job.

We had to move 3 times to get a room that was decent. First roomed smelled like mold. Second room had a different weird smell. Some rooms were missing smoke detectors, there was damage to walls, doors, carpet. Breakfast was good.

At night (10 pm) you could here children running back and forth and people in the halls were loud !! When walking back to our room from an outing the smell of marijuana was quite evident in the halls.

This hotel was so disgusting that we ended up leaving and traveling another hr to find a different hotel. It was rated a 3star and I would not even give it a 1star. The carpet was ripped and stained, the bedding was dirty, bugs in the room, and water was coming in as it was raining. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana. Staff member had children and dog in room across the hall from us and it was extremely noisy and the dog would not stop barking. I had to take pictures of our room however, nothing was done.

This La Quinta Inn & Suites is the nicest location I have stayed in over the past 2 years. I was so thankful for the comfortable bed that allowed me to rest peacefully after traveling all week. Our family will definitely be coming back as we travel North again to visit family! Thank you also to the professional & friendly staff that made us feel immediately welcomed during our stay. 5 STARS
