Our suite was clean and more than adequate. I would be glad to stay here if I was spending several days in the area. The kitchen was clean and had the necessities. There was a television in the living area and the bedroom.

Check-in went great! The suite was very nice but it was cold. The thermostat was set at 65 degrees and every time we reset it to 68 degrees it would go back to 65:(.

The hotel was clean and quiet but the pull out bed was broken, there were no extra sheets to make it, and there was old food in the fridge in our room. The bed side table would not turn on and there was no silverware in our room. I wouldn’t select this as a long stay. We stayed one night.

Really pleased with our stay and thought our room was comfortable. Great location! Will stay again. Breakfast was not much to shout about as things weren’t replenished as needed but it was okay! Will stay again

Checked in really late, staff member was nice. Went up to the room and the key card didn’t work. Staff member fixed the issue. The door didn’t shut all the way, looked as if it had been forced open before. The room was visibly dirty, the shower had someone else’s hair all over the shower walls.

Conveniently loose to downtown St. Cloud. Several good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the Old Brick House.

We really liked our suite. It had a little kitchen & living room. Everything was clean. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes & sausage patties.

I gave this a 4 star only because the breakfast was not what it usually is when we have stayed at this location. By the time we got down there the eggs were gone, the fridge where the milk and yogurt was located was locked and the apple juice had run out. The staff did unlock the fridge and filled the apple juice, but nothing was done about the eggs.
The hotel room was great, clean and quiet. We will stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Stayed because we had a college visit at University. Very nice room and St. Cloud offered lots of shopping and eating options in hotel area that we didn’t check out but definitely would have if wasn’t so cold out. Would definitely stay again

Very spacious and comfortable room. Enjoyed the hot tub and exercise room. The breakfast included yogurt and granola topping, hot waffles… and eggs, sausage, bacon. I will stay here every time I am in St. Cloud.

We enjoyed our time there. Both my wife and I were warm and cozy. We were there i January 2024. Love our room and the atmosphere was that of small town concerns.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Greeted by charming festive lobby. It made the hotel feel homey. Reasonable fees for our dog to stay with us. Nice size room with separate bedroom and living/dining/ kitchen area gave us room to breathe. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend cleaning the fan in the bathroom. Looked like it hadn't been touched in awhile.

The computer was down at check in and the property is old and needs renovation. The lights are also all LED and not inviting.

There was a basketball team staying here and they were running up and down the halls well into the evening. I know the hotel does not control this but it was very difficult to relax in any way for many hours because of this. Staff were pleasant to deal with. The room was satisfactory. I did notice the vents were all pretty dusty but otherwise felt comfortable.

We had a falling out with family and needed a place to stay quickly. We took a chance to stay at the Grandstays for the first time. Check it went smoothly and the front desk and the rest of the staff are just so friendly! Any issue we had (needing more towels/garbage bags/key cards being silly) they addressed quickly. The breakfast is decent, the kids love the waffles (and mom). The pool is small and not that deep, but great for kids. We really appreciated the access to washers and dryers, especially with young kids. I didn't really have a brand of hotel that I needed to stay at, but our stay here has definitely changed that! They kinda felt like family during this hard time.

Our stay at Grandstay was totally average. It was cheap and we were only staying for a night, so I wasn’t too picky in my choosing. Our room was a bit tired and dingy, the beds were too firm, and the pool was so chlorinated that our eyes burned. The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was decent for that level of hotel, and the common areas were clean and fairly updated. We liked that it was across from a Starbucks and close to our destination.

The property was nice, and the entrance was on a relatively quiet street. The surrounding area was not in the best location, but I did feel safe taking my grandchildren out for dinner in the evening. Price for value was excellent.

The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was about what you’d expect these days, no more or less. The pool was small but fine for my daughter. One of the TVs in our room didn’t work and when called, the desk didn’t have an answer. Flooring was chipping away in the kitchen area, and a vent in the bathroom was caked with dust/mold. It served our purpose for the night, but I don’t think I’d make a point to choose this hotel again.

It was blissfully quiet. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Full kitchen with working icemaker. The breakfast was good - eggs and bacon, cereal, make-your-own waffles, all manner of pastries, yogurt. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Starbucks, Chipotle, Noodles and other restaurants within walking distance.

The room layout was nice. Full refrigerator, kitchenette, living area with TV, bedroom with TV, medium sized bathroom. Maintenance was lacking. The toilet seat was very loose and I tightened it. The bathroom door handle was also so loose it was ready to fall off. I managed to tighten that up. A standing lamp had a burned out bulb. Only 1 remote to control both TVs. Also, not up to date with current outlets for personal devices (phones, laptops, etc).

Nice place, everthing was nice, except the bathtub drained slow, so stood in water tobtake a shower and the water pressure was weak! And the washers and dryers were not clean, had to scrap stuff off the inside off the dryer, which had sticky stuff all over it and I wasn't going to put my clothes in it, looking like that!! But everything else was very good!! Rooms were very nice for the cost!!
