Nice place to stay. Dupars is a good restaurant too

I would have liked to have coffee in the room versus dressing to go for a long walk to get one.
4.0
The hotel/casino was very clean but dated. There needed to be some room upgrades that would have been good. Also, no coffee pot or microwave in our room.
4.0
Very nice bed clean room the only negatives is no coffee maker in the room, the smoke in the casino and when the shower was on water still ran out of the faucet to the bathtub.

It was suggested by my niece as we were there to visit family. We did not use any of their extra stuff because we were on a family mission. We still got charged tor the “resort” fees.

The elevators to the rooms are on one side of the hotel so you need to carry all your luggage through the casino. Also, there is no parking near the hotel rooms so every time you leave or arrive you must go through the casino. Our room was large and clean. The fixtures in the bathroom were dated but functional and clean. There a mini fridge but no microwave.

This room is so antiquated and antique not even one USB charging port in the entire place. Any wall plug is so loose and Barely holds any type of plug if your plug has any little bit way to just fall out all of them need replaced pillows not comfortable bed not super comfortable. Lotta smoke in the casino. I wasn’t impressed.
I ate at At the local restaurant dupars
My food arrived undercooked I asked for my eggs, scrambled easy. They were hard as a rock like rubber. There was so much in the hashbrowns. It was still on the plate. The zucchini was not cooked through.
The service was wonderful. Ended up comping the meal and I gave the waitress $10. If they’re two people sitting at the table sometimes a robot brings the food that was kind of cool but all in all I just thought this hotel which is a beautiful area of town and right across from the JW Marriott is just, not up to any kind of standard for 2024

The staff was very helpful. We had an event to attend at the same time as check out and the were very nice to allow is an check in.

Great hotel!! Not the fanciest hotel or rooms but it was clean and perfect for our trip to Vegas. It was a quiet hotel with over 21 guests which was nice.
3.0
It compares favorably to the JW Marriott down the street at a significant cost savings. The restaurants were adequate and the parking free and convenient. We were visiting friends in West Las Vegas and we’re not gamblers. Aside from having to walk thru a smoky casino to get to our rooms, it was fine.

Quiet and comfortable! Repeat customers and we will return again! Eco Friendly is 4 because of smoke smell in the restaurants, otherwise a great place to stay in LV. Much more relaxed than any of the Strip locations!

Love the area but forget every time we stay how awful the beds and pillows are.
4.0
Nice place to stay if you want to avoid the strip. But it’s also not that far if you do wish to go there. Lots of nice shops and restaurants in the area and the restaurants and coffee shop in the hotel were very nice too! It’s an older hotel but is clean. When in Vegas again, we would definitely stay here.

My King bed room was huge, as well as the large bathroom.
The view of the pool, golf course and mountains was fabulous.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Oh and the connected movie theater was a bonus as well.

We enjoyed the one bedroom suite. Quiet floor, plenty of space, nice remodel.

We've been to Las Vegas 8 times over the past 20 years. Suncoast is by far one of the best casino resorts that we have stayed at. Sprung the extra money for the golf course view and it was well worth it. Pool area is beautiful and easily accessible from the guest tower, so you don't have to drip through the casino to get to your room. The district around the property is residential, so you don't get the same kind of trouble as in other parts of town.

Pros: Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, convenient location for Red Rocks, parking was good, service was good.
Cons: Having to walk through the smoky casino to get to hotel room, the hot tub was not working on one of the days, bathroom needs a nightlight

The hotel was amazing. We had lunch at the Bagel Cafe and it was good. Dinner was at William D. The food and the service was amazing. We had lunch at Dupras. The food was not good. It took a long time to get seats when their many empty tables and we waited 15 minutes to pay the check. I would never go there again.

Large comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast at Dupars is mediocre quality.

Room was 76 degrees when I checked in at night. Bedsheet didn’t cover the last foot of the bed. Shower water didn’t drain.

The bath tub has no safety bar to step in and out of tub. The tub is extremely slippery no no slip surface.

The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of space in our room, with small fridge and microwave. Everything we needed.

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable bed.

Housekeeping was poor. I had to change rooms. The second room was good, however the smoke smell was awful. 2 different times the hotel sent people up to remedy. The 2nd time it was a little better. This hotel has only non smoking rooms.
3.0
Mattress was a little worn and we met in the middle of the bed due to a slight hole in the middle and the sheets were a little rough and not extremely soft.
But, the pillows were excellent and everything else about the room was great! Even the water pressure in the shower was awesome!!

Monday night 2/26 into 2/26 center bar we were playing the keno at the bar top and were ignored by the two male bartenders constantly. They favored the other side of the bar majority and having convos with people over there. In order to get any drinks we had to flag them down espically the African American gentleman who clearly did not want to help us.
Overall stay was great and the front desk is awesome.

Many gaming options. Variety of good restaurants.

It’s noticeable beautiful from the outside. The rooms was big, roomy. Another then that I have nothing negative to say and would recommend to everyone with a family, or just you or a love/friend to stay there and experience it for yourself.
