The room was fine but being street side was VERY loud all through the night with construction at all hours. The bathroom shower was difficult to keep water from running out into the floor.

It was comfortable but so tiny for the price and vintage. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. My request were handled quickly.

The location of this Club Quarters Hotel is excellent. There are two great restaurants across the street, a Manhattan Cafe market and food court, great Irish Pubs and a Starbucks on the same block. Times Square is a short walk as is Grand Central and 5th Ave. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was incredibly small but most are in Manhattan, which we didn't mind but some may not like that. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Club Quarters offered a phenomenal stay. The room was cozy and exceptionally clean. It offered everything that we could have needed for a stay near Times Square at a very reasonable price.

We so enjoyed our stay at Club Quarters, Time Square. The location was PERFECT, the room was comfortable, and staff was kind. We look forward staying at CQ again in the near future!

I had always previously stayed at Club Quarters on 51st street until it closed and was delighted to find this very convenient location. I am just as impressed by the service and comfort that this property offers. Everyone is so friendly and efficient - you really do feel very welcome.

Ivory, Raquel and Joanne were amazing throughout the entire stay! The hotel is gorgeous and they store your luggage before check in and after check out. The area in which is located is simply perfect.

10/10. Great service. Easy walking to Times Square; just take a left and go up two blocks. Room was veryyyyy clean. Felt cozy. Staff is very nice. Lots of food options on strip and in surrounding area.

Great location. It's a block or two from times square but on a very quiet street. Our room was second floor front, on a holiday weekend and it was extremely quiet. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Parking is around the corner and reasonably priced (for NYC) with hotel validation. The garage is not self park though. You drive to the garage and leave your keys with them. 1 or 2 minute walk back to the hotel from the garage. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is showing some minor signs of age from the last renovation but it was very clean. The shower had fantastic water pressure and was nice and hot! Great towels. I was told room cleaning was only if requested, but they randomly showed up on our second day which I suppose was a pleasant surprise, though unexpected. Good hotel I would definitely visit again.

Very happy with our stay here. Overall it was an excellent experience. We were only in New York for a couple of nights and spent the majority of the day out so we only needed somewhere to sleep really. The room was very tiny but it was perfect for our needs. Everything was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, area was perfect for walking. Felt safe at all times in the hotel and in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Only complaint was the bathroom door. It's frosted glass.It illuminates the whole room at night if you happen to go in the bathroom and turn the light on .

The room was on darkness as it faced brick walls. I paid a high price the and room was only cleaned once in 6 days. Pretty poor for the money.

It was a good stay, not bad. Minor concerns like the duvet cover has a tear in it, the complimentary shampoo & conditioner is not pumping properly, the room smells like it was newly painted, bed is small double size for 2 people, comfy though and the pillows are comfy. The area is accesible to all, very close to Time's Square, so I felt unsafe, I saw a guy injecting drugs to himself on the street and lots of garbage and homeless people on the streets.

Great hotel, very clean, great service, fantastic price and location. Blow dryer included was my favorite feature. Sound proofing may be a little bad depending on who your neighbors are, but it was only bothersome for 1 night out of my 8 night stay. highly recommend!!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great - close to all the action. And the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. All in all, a great trip. I would definitely consider staying here in the future.

My stay at Club Quarters was lovely. I really appreciated the filtered water station that was very close to my room. It made it super easy to keep my water bottle full. The bar was cute and had great service. Perfect location to walk to a Broadway Show. I will certainly stay here again.

Rooms do t have microwaves and there are no microwaves in shared spaces. That’s the only downside

This New York hotel is one sparkling gem! Located just minutes from both Time Square and 5-th Avenue, with easy access to the entire mid Manhattan downtown and in a safe area it allows the traveler a lot of options. The hotel associates are awesome from Nicole, the manager to Joanne, Rachel and Ivory they make sure your questions are answered and needs met. There is no working restaurant but the lobby has free coffee and mineral water and a working bar with Happy hour. All in all a very good experience!!
