Our one-night stay was amazing. The hotel was clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and Elizabeth was very help and caring. She would come and make sure everything was good. She even offers to throw our plates away after we were done eating. Awesome customer service!

I booked this hotel based on high reviews but do not feel like it matched our experience. We found toenail clippings and other debris on the floor indicating that the carpet was never vacuumed between uses. The King bed and sleeper sofa room we booked was a bit dated and the TV was very small.

The room had some garbage left by someone else behind a table. A washcloth from someone else was on the floor under the sink. The carpet was worn and the couch was not clean.

Clean comfortable and quiet. Easy to get to off highways and good communication from front desk as well as local resources for teams coming from out of town.

Was a nice stay until the morning when we had to be checked out by 11am and its 9:40am and called housekeeping because we had no towels to be informed we would not be getting towels any time soon

The room and hotel was great. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was unheated (brrrrr) and I would have loved to see some weights at the gym.

Ive stayed at alot of hotels in my life and never have i Encountered such great customer service. The 2 woman at the front desk were ao over the top helpfull (not the fake type) im talking about truly so helpfull i would never stay at a differant hotel and i would tell every one about this hotel

I was disappointed that your free wifi was not working during our stay. Also our key cards did not work for the pool or exercise room. We had to have an attendant let us in the pool area.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but I did encounter one who wasn’t so pleasant and helpful. I stayed for days and had to request for trash cans to be changed, new towels, and for toiletries to be replenished. It was inconvenient for a family of four. I saw bugs near the breakfast area. Gross. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was very nice. I was very unhappy with my room however, as there was no hot water, and the deadbolt lock was broken. It was not up to the standards. I’ve always experienced at Holiday Inn express.

The check in staff were lovely and efficient. The room we booked was clean and spacious. Absolutely one of the better continental breakfasts we’ve had traveling. Super convenient location as well. We would highly recommend this property.

We were on the fourth floor and had luke warm water, hardly any pressure and the tub clogged. When you pay this amount of money you expect to have a decent shower!!!

When we checked in the desk clerk was wonderful. When we got to the room, we noticed the wallpaper tearing away from the wall, and there was mold underneath it. The desk clerk was very apologetic and moved us to another room. The new room was fine but the bed felt like I was sleeping on a board very uncomfortable.

Cleans rooms and grounds and good breakfast but ......... we had a double queen bed room and one of the bedframes were completely destroyed room 402. The bed sank into the middle and everytime i turned i thought it would just fall out. It was very late when we got in . Hopefully seeing this comment they will fix the bed. Hot water really wqant hot eaither but it was really cool to see dove products in the shower. Id stay again just not this room.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Room very clean. Staff super nice. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Went to providence water fires and stayed here. Breakfast was great. A absolute gem.
