We spend a full week as a group of 9 adults in Davide’s house, in the beginning of May. The space for us was the floor you reach when going up the outside stairs (above the ground floor) of the house, it is spacious and clean, large kitchen area and table that fitted all of us. As mentioned in other comments, the small downside is that there are no basics for cooking or cleaning in the house (salt, pepper, dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, clothespins…) so we had to buy everything. But other than that, the house is well equipped, large pots and pans matching the amount of people that the house can fit, washing machine is a plus, and having bedsheets and bath towels provided is really convenient when you only have a carry-on. We had 2 cars and having them inside the property, inside a gate that locks, is great. The view from the terrace is amazing, and the surroundings are quiets. Alcamo Marina is a great location and starting point to discover the north-east part of Sicily, the freeway is not far from the house. Davide showed up at the house (ground floor) a few times, but respected our privacy, we chatted briefly and he is very nice. He also was very responsive to messages, he arranged last minute our check-in earlier than originally planned, and he also came right away when we had a small technical issue with hot water. A large villa (in fact apartment on 1st floor) Best: large rooms, beds comfortable, sunny terrasse, outstanding sea and mountain views, great location with so many beautiful visits within 45min drive, next to the highway without any disturbance Watch out: can be noisy (opera practice on 2nd floor every evening, strong winds hitting windows), car strongly recommend

We have stayed on this villa for 10 days - it was a really perfect time. Villa has good location (about 5 minutes by car from the beach) and a perfect view on the see from one side and on mountains from the other. We stayed on the first floor with spacious kitchen and a lot of bedrooms. As we were 4, we had the opportunity to chose the bedrooms :) Villa also is situated not far from very pittoresque Castellamare del Golfo with local shopping and tasty restaurants. And there are a lot of monuments around this place (in a half an hour on the car) Davide is a VERY VERY kind and nice host - we still remember his welcome vines from the coin. Also we are grateful to him for almost emergency reaction on any troubles we got and of course for Wi-Fi - it was a very very useful thing at the moment. Thank you for a nice time and a perfect rest.
