Beds are a little hard. One side had a lump. Pillows are small. We got the deluxe room which faces the parking lot. They do early check in and everyone was super friendly!

Stayed 2 nights and the room was a nice size, bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. Shower had little pressure, but it's the desert and not a lot of water to be found so it was fine. AC in room was great and the mini frig. was ice cold. Casino had a smoking section and a non-smoking section not too far away but I didn't notice any smoke there and that was great.

My 22, 25 and 29 year old children were with me and were CONSTANTLY harassed by security every single day of our 4 day stay. Whether walking to a restaurant, the pool or even just out the front doors! They were asked to provide their ID cards, i wasn't asked even once. When my 25 year old was heading with his younger brother out the front doors and was asked, he didn't have his wallet because he was heading to grab something from the car, so he showed his red room key... the security card told him that wasn't a room key card and he would need to leave! All of this was in front of the guard who had JUST seen his ID not even an hour before this occurrence! For the amount of money we spent on this room, i did not expect them to be harassed throughout the day our entire visit! I do not plan to return to this hotel.

High up in the new tower is awesome. The room is a nice size, bathroom is beautiful, and it has super clean windows, so nice to look out and see the desert, farms, etc.

We had a great time! Rooms were very comfortable and clean! Pool area was awesome! Lots of lounge chairs and seating! Swim up bar was nice. Clean casino area. Bowling alley and theater on premise. Good restaurants and entertainment. We stayed for 2 weeks and basically used it for a resort stay. Pickleball courts were less then 4 min down the road ( if your into that) they had 8 nice courts! Would recommend to anyone!

Very well appointed room and hotel with friendly staff. Lots of parking and food choices on site or a few minutes away by car. Pool does close at 8pm which is a little earlier than we’re used to…but you need proof you were a guest to use the pool which I appreciated. Pool had swim up bar too and tv’s! No daily housekeeping service which is the eco-friendly choice.
Only slight cons were the smell of smoke in the shared lobby with the casino and the mattresses were a bit too soft.

Great venue but attitude of most staff was terrible! Like they were bothered that they actually had to serve you.
Also, hours of operation were ridiculous! Pool hours and entertainment center cater to someone who goes to bed at 8:00pm. You're supposed to be a casino, not a retirement community! We will never return and advise all friends and family to never attend! What a waste of a beautiful facility!

I got to the hotel hours before check-in when I reached the front desk I was told it was gonna cost me additional 50 bucks just to check in early. It’s unbelievable how y’all charge for every little thing when I’m checking in and patronizing your hotel you need to do away with that 50 bucks early. Check in when someone is staying at your hotel. It’s ridiculous.

Weekend entertainment a nice touch compared to other Casino's.
Entertainment Center nice for families with children. Enjoyed our stay.

The bedding was awful. No fitted sheets on the king size bed and flat sheets kept creeping off the bed. Very gross. Pillows were flat like pancakes. Need to go to chriopractor now. Front desk and casino guest services (they were bad mouthing/gossiping with each other about another employee) wasn't super friendly. Will not visit again.

Facilities and staff generally were fine, unfortunately, I was awoken at about six a.m. from a horrible stench of manure (poop!) from the surrounding farmland. I am used to that smell having lived near agricultural so believe me, it was overwhelming to the point where are my eyes were burning and I felt ill. I assumed there was an issue with sewer fas entering the room. When I called the front desk, the person there did not try to address the issue, they just laughed.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Casino is pretty stingy 😒 lots to do though, and activities for kids is a plus, bowling, game arcade and movie theater. All in all nice place to stay.

The hotel casino was amazing, very clean and modern. My only gripe was the AC Heating unit. It sounded like a jet airplane taking off every time it kicked on. Which for a light sleeper kept waking me up all night.

Stayed here to go to a show. The hotel was did not disappoint. From check in to check out. We enjoyed our room, our experience at Chop Block and Brew was wonderful. Good drinks, good food and great service!

The Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino Resort is for the most part a good place to stay for a weekend. Limited dining and entertainment for a Resort, ie band didn’t play on a holiday Sunday evening..
The Casino was fine although no Blackjack video machines seems unusual, it also didn’t have some of the latest machines I’ve seen at other casinos.
The Security is bit over the top as we had brought drinks from our room in Red Solo cups and were reprimanded to either dump our drinks or return to our room to finish them. We brought them back in Harrah‘s coffee cups from the room without a problem…

We rented a king room in the new tower… No food room service, and no bottles of water in the room.
They did not clean our room for 6 days !! We stayed 7 nights and never got our room cleaned till the last day :( They won’t clean rooms till 3 days have past…so We arrived on Wednesday, I asked for Saturday room clean(4th day)…they were too busy, so I asked for Sunday, they don’t clean on Sunday (other rooms were being cleaned Sunday), so I booked Monday (6th day) at 10am…when we got back to our room at 11:30pm, still dirty and not cleaned!! We had run out of towels days before!!!
When I complained that room cleaning missed our scheduled time…the management ignored me, put me on hold, hung up on me, and was very unprofessional. They told me to talk to the night room cleaner…we finally received fresh towels at midnight :(
Our room was cleaned Tuesday, 6 nights, 7th day after check-in.
We always tip our cleaner, but they didn’t take our tip…and no fresh soap bars… 7 days on 2 little soap bars is not good !!!
I travel 150,000 miles a year for business, and I stay in lots of high end hotels…but Harrah’s AK-Chin Casino and Resort needs some huge improvement on management and customer care.
One of our business associates had also booked a king bed room and was given 2 queens…management said that’s what they booked…until my associate pulled up his email booking and it was a king…!! No apology from management, just bad attitude :(

No bell service, nowhere to park while checking in, no valet, no room cleaining, lots of emphasis on 'green' yet they have decorative natural gas fires all night, bed headboard worn, shower looks good but not comfortable to use,

After many stays, we were surprised that we could not check in at 1:00 pm unless we paid extra. At 4:00 pm we had to wait in a line. Needless to say our plans for the day were disrupted. Could be a deal breaker on where we spend our casino dollars next time.
