The resort was quiet and not crowded. That was very nice. They do need to work on insect and bird repellents. Was too many birds and flies everywhere, especially in the dining area. Also 2 stray cats wondering around the dining areas.

The property and staff was very nice. Didn't like the tax you pay at the end of our stay and you could have more vegan options

The property was beautiful and so was the beach. The buildings and room could use some refreshing/updates. One thing I didn't like was there were tons of U14 girls soccer teams staying all week. This is an adults only resort and the girls were not adults. The food was fantastic and the drinks were amazing. I loved the daily activities and entertainment. Don't forget to visit the Outhouse!

Beautiful property and great location for beach fun. I would go here again and again. My only complaint is that the rooms need some upgrading. We spent little time in the room though!! Food was wonderful and all-inclusive 😋 including all drinks

Please do extensive research on this property before booking.I really wish I can get my money back. The pictures ARE NOT what the resort looks like. The pictures make it seem more modern than what it really is. For starters, the WIFI is absolutely terrible. You will only get service in your room (at times) or in the main entertainment area. There are only 2 pools NOT 3 like the description says. There is no room service and everything shuts down at 11pm. If you are hungry or thirsty, you will have to wait until the next day. They do not stock your room with water. Make sure to grab water/snacks at a bar before heading to your room. When I asked why there was no water in our rooms AT LEAST, they blamed COVID. In our room, the tv and the fan did not work. If the resort puts you in the 100 section of the rooms, ASK THEM TO MOVE YOU! The amount of noise and banging that you hear throughout the day and night in that buildings is ridiculous. We asked to move from our 1st room to another room because the people upstairs were making so much excessive noise, moving furniture at all times of night and basically stomping across the floor. Ironically, it was the same EXACT situation in our new room which is insane! The “manager” who’s name is MACK and his “head of security” KEVIN did absolutely nothing when I went to reception to complain and ask for a new room since at this point it had already been 2 days of the noise. They kept telling me to “calm down.” We eventually found out that

The property is large and Very enjoyable with different areas to rest. The beach & greeneries w a massive palm trees and sea grape trees are great addition to the property where they have chairs made with natural trunks of trees and relaxing on the hammocks under the trees were one of the best part. Staff were friendly Nou some may have not well trained to attend the guests needs. However, the overall experience and the value for the money is there.

The staff is the only reason why I’d consider returning to the resort. Rooms are a bit outdated, and not worth the price point. Staff is top notch!! Some of the best food I’ve ever had an an all inclusive and drinks were on point. They did however constantly run out of black label, despite our group constantly telling staff we wanted that. Not much AC in the resort despite the rooms. For an island as humid as Antigua having some more AC would've been nice. Overall pools are a bit small luckily it wasnt too busy but I cant imagine staying here when its busy. Finally wifi wasnt great at all, extremely spotty throughout different parts of the resort, not great at all in the ocean view rooms.

This is a great little hotel with a lovely beach, pretty swimming pools and friendly staff. I stayed for a week with my sister and we had a fabulous time. Some of the rooms could do with a little renovation but ours had a great view of the beach. We also did some really good snorkeling trips. Snorkeling with sting rays was fun and we saw turtle and saw star fish on the boat trip to Bird Island and Maiden island.

Beautiful setting with a friendly, attentive, and professional staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and provided a great sanctuary to retreat to and cool off. It’s hot in Antigua. The dining options were good, and the bar have all the bases covered. The property facilities were very convenient and in excellent conditions. If you want to go sightseeing, shopping, or whatever just let the concierge know and it’s done, no fuss. The nightly entertainment was good and appropriate for the setting. Overall we were very happy with the Pineapple Beach Club. It surpassed our expectations. We’ll be back!

The peacefulness of this property was unmatched by any all inclusive resort we have ever been to. The beach was uncrowded and water crystal clear. The resort staff were kind and helpful. One of the best places in the Caribbean for sure! Will be going back!

My BFF and I went for a gals trip and LOVED it! Beautiful resort with a lovely beach, multiple pools, and great food/drink options at several onsite restaurants and bars. There was entertainment every night and activities all day at different locations throughout the resort. The rooms are well appointed though just a basic hotel room - not a suite or luxury situation, but mini fridge, coffee and tea pots and a safe and working AC which is a must for us! The staff was very pleasant and greeted us with big smiles.
I would definitely go back...and maybe even take my husband. 😆

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and we were very comfortable. My one complaint is that the waterfront rooms badly need to be renovated!

The property was like being in a tropical paradise. The flowers were incredible everywhere. We enjoyed the food, they had such an abundance of options and fresh fruit every meal. The hotel is older but kept up very well. They also had premium liquor. Staff was attentive and friendly, especially in the main restaurant.

The beach was gorgeous, however our rooms were not cleaned well prior to our arrival.

It is a very relaxed, unpretentious resort. The staff is incredibly friendly. That said, the food isn't top notch and the rooms are fine, nothing special.

It was so nice and quiet and comfortable. The layout of the resort is very unique and nice. The food was good and the entertainment was pretty good. The nice warm 80°s were wonderful. We had a very enjoyable time.

We had oceanview room in 900 building: the view was awesome but room was so old & in desperate need of repair. Our building had no hot water for at least 24 hours. Menu at few restaurants was limited (for someone who doesn't eat seafood or anything spicy). Staff were pleasant though & willing to help to make guests' stays a fun experience.

The property is beautiful and very relaxing. No children certainly makes it much more peaceful. The food is good, not fantastic or fancy but what you would expect from an all inclusive. The staff is very friendly and works very hard to make your stay enjoyable.

It’s beautiful.

Most of the staff was excellent.
Facility is a work in progress, needs a bit of cosmetic work. No water for about an hour or so while I was in the middle of a shower. All inclusive snorkeling is not, no equipment provided, COVID was the excuse. Not acceptable at this time, snorkel and masks are easy to sanitize. Lines at the dining room buffet, one person getting room number and seating you. Let people seat themselves. Need more people clearing tables to allow guests to seat themselves.

Very nice resort with lots of activities and water sports. Can be a bit noisy at times, especially when they're cleaning rooms. Smoke from the nearby grill could be a bit annoying if you're downwind (which was us, most of the time). Staff are mostly quite friendly, but there were also quite a few who didn't seem to want to be working there. Overall, a pretty nice place with lots to do, but not a "5-star" resort if that's what you're looking for.

Comfortable room with lovely sea view. House keeping staff were efficient and responded immediately to a couple of issues in the room. ThevTopaz dining facility was quite disorganised with long queues if people waiting to be seated. The serving. Staff were friendly but not enough. The food was poor, very few fresh stations too much in heated containers. Breakfast was probably the best meal with an omelette station. There are restaurants you can book and the Italian was excellent, The pineapple grill was ok. The out look was disappointing we expected freshly bbq food but the fish has been precooked and had dried out. The New Year’s Eve buffet was excellent and had the stations we had expected to see having stayed at other all inclusives. I think it was the only night we saw fresh seafood. The beach and pool areas were well kept. There were plenty of bars but no pool or beac service. Overall a good inexpensive place to stay.

LOVED the laid back small resort vibes, the beautiful beach, the food/drinks, the different activities available, the Mystic Sail and Snorkel, and the people. The rooms are a little dated but have all the comforts of home. Had to get up early to nab 2 beach chairs each day (not sure how to solve the problem of early risers snagging multiple chairs....and often are empty for long periods of time).
Overall it was a wonderful trip!

The staff were amazing and made you feel welcome and right at home. A small resort with authentic entertainment, we would go back in a heartbeat!!

The property has a great location and beach. The staff is accommodating, friendly, and helpful! The food has a lot to be desired the best place to eat was the pool bar and grill and the café with snacks and drinks and desserts was fantastic. Gift shop price gouging at the gift shopped was very unacceptable and disappointing. When the staff knew we were going to get our credit cards to return to buy a shirt an hour later we came back to see that the shirt had been marked up $12. And the staff admitted to upping the price when ask.
