Filthy, disgusting, poorly laid-out, broken fridge, broken curtains, plugs without power are just some of the issues with the room. The hotel itself was a pit!

Needed an affordable place to stay since our place fell through last minute. This place had 2 double beds and a pool which was the basics that we needed. From the outside, it looks like its seen better days. The lobby inside is very new, nice and clean. The hotel staff we encountered were really nice and helpful. When we got they said they upgraded us to a suite and we were happy for that. The suite is the one that you see in pictures...I'd hate to see what a non suite room looks like. The view we had from our room was the back of a building next to the property.
The location was convenient to most of our destinations. My only note is that some of the clientele that were around the building, mostly outside, were a little shady. Something just felt off, however, we didn't feel unsafe.
If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Lots of maintenance issues (missing electrical plates), had to replace room key four times in 3 days, did not have my reservation when I arrived, when I left I was double charged and the hotel would not work with me to correct (had to get with corporate to address). My advice is to avoid this hotel Nothing met what i expected from this brand

I have on video me walking into the room 104 and the second I walk into the room a huge roach ran out of the bathroom a BIG ONE I have video and photo evidence all within 14 seconds of being in the room so I automatically walked out to get a refund but the front desk informed me I can’t refund since I booked through “hotels.com “ ? So your customers have to pay and sleep with roaches ? So he said he can get me another room I said no I want a refund he said he can get me an another room cuz that is what’s they “usually “ do oh ? So I’m not the only one . Okay but I have evidence

The best paet about my stay was how comfortable the bed and pillows were.

Room #323 - The bathroom was terrible. The exhaust fan did not work, the drain plug was broken off, when you turned on the water you had a shower whether the diverter was up or down, the door wouldn't shut, and the toilet was not anchored to the floor.
Apparently, the floor had not been cleaned. I put on a pair of black socks and walked over to my suitcase to get my shoes, walked back over to the bed to put them on and the bottom of my socks were white.
The beds and couch were nice. Lighting was good. Did not use the TV.

Do NOT recommend. Room was very small, approximately 10’ x 10’ & was in a state of disrepair. Floor tiles were popping up & tub enclosure looked modified like it was covering some issue- mold? Plumbing? Looked like something you would rent by the hour, certainly not a $200 value.

The room need some upgrades. The toilet seat was almost falling off. The hairdryer was not working.
The room I reserved for my son’s family said it was a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke.
The breakfast was good.

Hotel was badly in need of renovation, lots of minor damage all over, hard to tell what was stains vs bad cleaning. One chip, tear or stain o can overlook, but everything seemed poorly maintained

We had a total of 3 rooms. The rooms were Clean, but had multiple things wrong. Light fixtures were falling out of the ceilings, bathroom fans in multiple rooms didn't work, bathroom tub in 1 room had a large Crack through the center of the tub and the other bathroom had black stuff all over the spout, the bed frame in one room was broken.

After reading some of the reviews we were a little leary about our stay. Everything was fine and pretty normal. All the Karen’s reporting 1 star because of a bug or less than perfect floor…need to find a better sugar daddy to up your hotel style. 😒

The bathroom shower leaked very loudly, had to close the door to be able to sleep. The shower nozzle I couldn't engage it because it was either because it hadn't been used in awhile or just old, idk. Luckily my husband was there and able to get it pulled up. Their was others before us, hairs in the floor and shower, gross. Also the space beside the bed and night stand wasn't cleaned very well, thus tellsme that the whole room was probably poorly cleaned. The fridge made a awful noise when it kicked on.

Grossest hotel I have stayed in in a long time. Our room was dirty and creepy. It had a key and a deadbolt. Decor was ugly- black velour bedspread and pillows. It was expensive $300 for one night. We booked it because it was near Raymond James Stadium where we went to a concert. Never stay there! 0 stars!

Hotel was an absolute disappointment. The room had stains on the ceiling and the walls. The tub in the shower was falling apart. The room smelled of mildew and the morning breakfast was almost non existent. There are Motel 6’s that look better than the facility. Also the elevator squealed and almost didn’t open. The walls are absolutely paper thin and we heard conversations and activities in rooms above, below and next to us all night long.

Hotel was awful. Smell, cleanliness, no coffee at breakfast, closet missing clothing rack, mold in bathroom, damaged furniture and torn/shredded window curtain.

I will start with something nice. The guys at the front desk were very nice. Ok. Now, I travel a lot. And this hotel was $250 a night. I got it because I was attending the Sting/Billy Joel concert. This looks like a place from a movie when the protagonist has to go on the lam to evade capture. It was so run down, it was shocking. It didn’t look bad at all in the outside. Besides being outdated, the elevator was making a bunch of weird noises and jolting. I thought we were going to get stuck. Next, the room was not only outdated but the beds were like concrete and they were different mattress heights and lengths. This place looked like someone just opened a hotel with what they had. The bathroom was extremely outdated as well. I would never go back. I would never recommend. We made the drive home and ate the cost of the room because it was so gross, and the beds were so hard, we figured we should just drive home and sleep in our own house.

For the nightly price of this hotel, absolutely not worth it. Our room was gross, our friends room on the first level had a broken lever on their window. Not good.

This Hotel needs repairs. It is also leaking water from the 2nd floor into the 1st floor bathroom. There was also blood splattered on the bathroom walls.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. Check-in was pleasant but the room was a let down for what I was paying.
Recessed lights above desk didn’t work.
Bath tub had black mold like substance around it. Shower lacked pressure. Toilet roll holder was broken. Toilet would get blocked every time I used it for.a number two.
Breakfast food was ok. Egg and sausage patties were cold both days, even though I watched the breakfast attendant place them into the chaffing dish less than a minute before hand. Clearly she wasn’t reheating them properly. Only one half of toaster worked. Apples on the buffet were unwrapped and the plastic cutlery not stored with the handles all sticking up to stop other people touching the end you stick in your mouth (both health code violations).
Will not be staying there again.

Property-room bathroom was absolutely disgusting, dirt stains on the wall and shower floor, and big cracks and holes in wall of room.

Our door would not lock, leak in the bathroom. Black things all over the linen

The hotel would have been acceptable if it wasn't for the rude check-in process (staff too busy talking to help customers) and the $100 per night fee for incidentals (in case we smoked in the room - non-smoking hotel) or broke anything. The entire property smelled like cigarettes. There was a hole in the floor underneath the tub that you could feel when you stood in the shower. The check out process was just as rude. Will never, ever, ever, ever stay at another Days Inn and I am a Wyndham owner! So embarrased that I am part of this organization which prides itself in the guest experience.

Room 321 was uo to date, clean, and quiet. The freehand paint job was sloppy but all the appliances worked and werent noisy. The breakfast had many options.

This Property should be knocked down and rebuilt !!! Worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever.

Conveniently located near Raymond James Stadium. The staff was very nice. Room service was offered, but they never changed the sheets, I accidentally wasted wing sauce on the sheets from the night before and all they did was make the bed with the same sheets, sauce and all. We had to ask for face towels each night. Sink water pressure was terrible. The complimentary breakfast was good. They do not put your incidental fees back on your card after checkout like they said. I've been home for 4 days now and still don't have it back. Other than that it was fine ,you get what you pay for.

For the price paid, there were way too many maintenance issues and needed repairs (deferred maintenance).

Building is in a not so great area, also in very rough condition. It is located very close to the stadium, so that’s a plus

this property was awful - hot water issues, key issues & very lumpy beds !

My room was 111. A nonsmoking room. It smelt like smoke. I brought it to the front desk attention, they did nothing. I had no WiFi, they did nothing. The tv didn’t work!!!! I checked out that same night! Would never stay or recommend this property to anyone! WANT MY MONEY BACK!

A dirty place and an unsafe environment. Management needs to do a better job at making sure the parking is safe and that people who should not be there are not allowed on the property. Making the beds does not constitute cleaning!
1.0
Room was in serious disrepair, with multiple broken outlets, a non-functional lamp, a loose toilet seat and running toilet and very loose bathroom sink faucet. The bed mattress was so old and humped in the center, it was impossible to get a good night sleep.
