The all-night lighting from the service station across from our room was somewhat distracting. We had a handicap-accessible room. The room itself was navigational although a bit tight for the transport chair - the regular chair would have given us a problem. The bathroom had horizontal grab bars only - we managed although a vertical bar would have given more support considering my husband's hemiplegia (left side). The sink was open, so his chair fit, but there was no place to put his dopp kit, only narrow spaces that were part of the sink to hold the toothpaste tube and mouthwash bottle. This was our first trip since his stroke, so it was a learning experience for us. In its price range, I would recommend it.

This was an average stay. The room was clean. It even smelled nice. Everything worked as it should. There was a very small amount of mold around the handle/towel rack in the shower. The back of the toilet had a crack but it didn't affect the working order. Breakfast was offered.
Dreama with housekeeping was very nice and should be recognized for her customer service.
Check in was a basic check in. The clerk didn't make small talk, just did her job. That's ok. Check out was quick and easy as well. The clerk did ask how our stay was. Both check in and check out were very efficient.

Overall this was a good stay. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I have to admit I've paid more for worse conditions at other hotels.
The only thing that I would note is that the breakfast was not stocked well. Came down for food 30 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to be over and there were no eggs, two stale biscuits and one piece of sausage. There also was no coffee. I get they are trying to make sure there's no waste but it was kind of disappointing.
That being said, I'd absolutely stay there again!

The area outside of the hotel was very loud after 11:00 pm but seemed to quieten down by midnight. The room was really nice, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The front desk person was very nice and we had no issues at all! Will plan to stay here again!

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Lobby under construction bit of a cliche checking in but it’s ok. 10 am check out seems a little early. Over all nice place will be even nicer when lobby is put back together

Stay was okay. Hotel is being remodeled. Key cards stopped working multiple times during the two night stay which was an inconvenience.
Fridge could have used a wipe down and the window was left cracked so there were a couple stink bugs in the room upon arrival.

I was not too happy with the microwave in our room, and when I asked about it I was told not all rooms have a microwave. I was disappointed with the condition of the area aroung the hotel, ground maintenance of the grounds.They are remodeling the entrance, we were there for two weeks and there was never any workers attending to the issue.

The AC was very noisy; not a normal noise expected from a typical AC unit at all. The floor of the room above me was SUPER CREAKY and whoever was in the room was up and moving around at about 4:30AM. I could hear EVERY FOOTSTEP LOUDLY! If not for the noise, the room would have been okay. But I couldn't rest at all. I won't be back. The AC can be fixed but the floor probably won't be. If you have to stay there, get a top floor room.

Under renovation, very clean but bathtub super slippery to take shower, nearly slipped fell, must take measures to make sure cleaning agents properly rinsed off shower/tub floors or someone will get hurt, badly.

Needs some TLC, to bring it up to be in the choice group, I realize it was just changed over from a Ramada, so maybe given some time it will be better.

This Comfort Inn was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were attending my Mother's funeral, so I was not in the best of moods, but this hotel was still very nice.

The only thing was there weren’t any towels racks, in bathroom. Plus the breakfast was not very good. Some things were pure sugar. We left and went to breakfast.

Most of staff VERY pleasant. Convenient location.
Needs some updates; rooms beginning to show wear & tear. No coffee makers in rooms any more (maybe due to COVID).

Room was dirty at check in. We had to wait till later to check in. Room did not resemble picture of rooms shown when making reservations. Vehicle was vandalized over night. Driver window was busted, and the bed cover was cut with what looked to be a knife.

We had to ask for blankets and 2 extra towels bc there are three of us stay and we only got two towels. Lady that checked us in wasn't very welcoming.

The breakfast area is rather large, but the choices are extremely bland. Just cold cereal, some biscuits and gravy, and muffins, coffee, and juice. I didn't see sausage bacon and eggs, anywhere the entire stay of my three nights.
I was forced to go down to McDonalds and have breakfast. Their was this strange ball going on Saturday night. I got back to the Hotel in the evening and the place was jammed with people all dressed up, and as a guest it made me feel totally out of place, and uncomfortable in my own hotel. All the parking was taken up and took me a while to find a parking spot.
Room service was non - existent, wasn't sure if I had to call down to have my room done or not.
I will be staying at another hotel next trip, and pay more for better service.

I believe my problem with the matress may be because of my bad hips. However, I was alarmed when the night clerk informed me that the door to the outside had to remain open so the fire alarm wouldn't go off. The next morning when we left the room, the corridor was absolutely freezing. This is a good hotel that just needs some $$ spent on it to bring it back up to where it once was.

Carpet in room needed vacuuming there was visible dirt in front of the dresser and desk, bedcovers in non-smoking room had what appeared to be cigarette burn holes. Did not see a housekeeping person during our stay, room was not serviced during our stay.
Front Desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room was clean and was pretty comfortable.
It was convenient to where I needed to be the next morning-and next to restaurants.
I felt comfortable staying there as the area felt safe.

The breakfast was gravy from a can and frozen biscuits.. 😝checkiut was at 10am, NOT 11am on the hotels.com site, and they were strict about it. Diffuser was broken so the pool house was verry steamy and not qell lit, and they let other guest drink alcohol and vape in there around our kids playing in the pool. Hot tub was just hot water. No jets, and a couple made out in front of our kids.. it was gross and we left.. will not be back

We did not get the room we booked. It took over 30 minutes or so to check in only to be told it may be possible we would have to find another hotel. The entire place reeked of marijuana from the front lobby to our room

The room we stayed in was very nice. Had a really nice relaxing time. It was very quiet.We would have liked a little more options provided in the breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Staff was great and the room was clean, but the room and the facility was worn out. Big pot hole as you enter drive. Ramada sign faded and damaged. Room very worn out. Loose wallpaper and molding. Toilet seat worn and missing parts. chipped paint many places, burned out light bulb. No tissue in bathroom. fridge makes noise, hard to sleep.

The first night was good the staff was very pleasant. The room was nice loved the tub. Then the next day my husband started with a rash like lines going up his leg. I thought maybe it was the washing powder they used and over looked it. We was gone most of the day and evening when we came back he looked under the bed found a stray sock and behind the bed a bug or two was found he looked for bed bugs didn’t see any but the next day while we was packing I seen two of them I let the front desk know about it they said they would take care of it. When we got home my husband was broke out all over his back and up his legs. I didn’t make it a big deal but it really is.

Very outdated & showed its age. The smell in the room was terrible, shower curtain smelled sour. Convenient location off the highway, A/C worked well.
