Broken fixtures, bathroom was dirty, water pressure was low. Carpet in hallways were very dirty. Lots of portable dehumidifier and AC in the building. Would not stay again.

Hotel okay for a night. Dirty hallways, smells and trying to mask odors with citrus. The bathroom in room was nasty. The shower head was rusted and no good pressure Check person was nice and room was mostly clean.

Room was nice and clean, only problem the air didn't get as cold as expected. Most rooms get ice cold when we stay here and this room did not. Other than that no other problems. Breakfast was fine.

This was a decent hotel. Its close to food and shopping. The staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I usually try to stay in rooms with a separate sitting area because I have a toddler and a teenager. The toddler can go to bed while everyone else stays up to enjoy their stay and this hotel offered that (Although there wasn't a door between the two. I opened the bathroom and closet door to create one.) The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, pool was nice for kids and stays open late. There were 2 cons, and that is the elevator is old, slow and small and the wondow shade in the room only comes down half way, so the light from the parking lot and sun shine right in all night and early morning. This caused my toddler to wake up too early. Overall this is a good, and cheaper alternative for Embassy Suites.

I’ve seen worse but it was pretty grungy. Not a place I would stay at again. Hair on the bed, lotion bottle in the bathroom was half empty, the place smelt funky, the carpets were stained and gross- it got us through the night but I won’t stay at a Best Western again. Needs to be torn down or have a really good renovation. The guy at the front desk was nice though.

Worst Western. Getting carpet pulled/refurbished, room stank, musty odors, Pool turned into club, thumping music past 10pm.

Great room, plenty big enough for a family of 4. We had a king bed and a pull out couch bed. Comfortable beds and was quiet where we were. Breakfast was good also. The pool is indoors so that's available as well.

The hotel was fine. We just stopped for the night on our way from Ontario to Florida. The pool was nice for the kids to burn some energy. Gas and restaurants were close by.

positive notes: Great location Spacious room space Nice lobby space Areas of improvement: Given top floor when traveling with toddler. Once you leave lobby, strong smell of chemicals, bad for asthma folks. Limited amount of luggage carts. Room had wall damage and furniture damage. Bathroom door handle broken and wouldn't close

Showing its age. The carpet is OLD. In the room it looks depressing and in the hallway it smells awful and shows areas that are torn. The room needs serious maintenance. A loose shower knobs and head.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No air conditioning in the hallways, stained mattresses and linens. Hair all over the bathroom. Dirty toilets, sink, dresser, night table. The whole place smelled like vomit, beer, mold, and something I can’t begin to identify. The ceiling had mold and condensation. There was no vending, no ice, and uneven floors. It was crazy disgusting. Do not recommend.
