Little pillows but soft. Fold out couch/bed was uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable. ( Had a suite). Nice pool.

The staff were nice and the property was clean. When we checked in, our keys did not work. The desk clerk got us in, but the keys never worked for us until the morning clerk redid our keys. The room was very noisy from outside highway traffic. The room worked for us for a one night stay, but wouldn't stay if needing multiple nights.

Limited parking although they own the restaurant next door so you can park there. Breakfast was ok but cold.

The Indian man that greeted me was not pleasant until my husband arrived and he was very different. The whole hotel is like lipstick on a pig. There was poop smeared on the wall in the tiny bathroom. There was obvious cosmetic updates, but it needs a serious renovation. We used the shuttle in the morning for our 5:30am flight. We expected to be leaving the hotel at 4:30 but we went to another hotel to pick up 8 additional guests. We arrived late to the airport and almost missed our flight. Because we arrived late, our luggage did not make it to our destination. *The shuttle drivers were very nice, we just did not expect another 20 minutes to be added to our journey. When we arrived back at the airport, I called EIGHT times before someone answered. We were told they would not come until we were outside waiting at ground transportation. We waited in 30 degrees for 35 minutes before the shuttle van arrived. PROS: It was convenient to park our car at the hotel. However, next time we will probably pay to park at the airport and not mess with a shuttle.

staff was wonderful, shout out to the little boy lending a hand, truly made my stay a great one. the room was clean and very modern feeling! our fridge wasn’t very cold and the hot/cold water was switched, but these are super minor issues

Room was nice. The only complaint I have was that it was difficult to regulate the temp. It was either freezing or 900 degrees. It was also negative temps outside so that might have had something to do with it. The pool also ended up closed, Which we were very disappointed with. It seemed to be running fine, but no one could give me an answer as to why. Room was clean, hallways and common areas clean as well. The furniture in the common areas could use a good scrub. But we’re not the type of family to stay at the tajma hall so we don’t expect absolute perfection. Would absolutely stay here again.

You ever get to a place and think, man I can already tell this is gunna be bad. There are still pumpkins out front. Everyone is so lazy they walk past them and don’t throw them away from 4 months ago. We arrived to the hotel and were told the manager shut the pool down early, total bummer seeing as tho we booked it over others due to the pool. We then got to our room unpacked after 7 hours in a car, went to lay in the bed and the box spring was broke so you rolled too the middle of the bed - it was horribly uncomfortable, we debated asking for a new room but decided to suck it up. We moved the mattress to the floor and slept there. Both beds in the room were similar however one was horrible and the other wasn’t comfortable. Breakfast - well let’s just say don’t worry if you don’t make it - it was very under par. All in all - pick another hotel.

I found cockroaches in my room

Check in was super helpful and understanding when I couldn’t provide the full deposit, my room was overall comfy and clean upon arrival. But as the night grew on, bugs were coming out left and right! Cockroaches attacked my toothbrush. Very unpleasant. Other than that breakfast was yummy and minus the bugs i would stay again in the future!

Served moldy bagels for breakfast, bed sheets still had stains on them that could’ve easily been washed out. Customer service was nice

Cleanliness was excellent 10/10. The experience and staff however was DEFINITELY way below that 0/10... I booked my trip on Expedia for a meeting I had so I didn't have to drive as far the next morning. Get to the hotel to check in and 1st off she makes a deal about my email address not matching my card name, WHAT, why does that matter then told all 3rd party bookings will be charged an extra $200 "hold deposit", said just forget it, no way, I would just call and cancel, she goes and gets a man who then says no cancel we just hold $50 case you smoke in room, get it right back after checkout, told him I'm just here for a work meeting in the morning, nobody's going to smoke in the room. Checkout the next morning, he tells me they DIDN'T charge my card at all, okay that's great, thank you. I leave on a break something tells me to check my card, and sure enough they did charge my card. Go back after the meeting and the guys gone but the ladies back, tell her what he said and showed her the transaction, she said yes I know I charge your card, I once again tell her what he said, that you guys DIDN'T..I asked when she reversed the charges, she said after you turned in key.Here it is 4 days later and still no refund and yes I called my bank, no pending refusal credits for Clarion Hotel. Horrible horrible customer service, he said she said. And not to mention you gotta stand at the counter and tell Hello 3-4 times before someone actually appears

Comfy and a quiet place to stay for the most part.. the lady at the front desk was super helpful and the breakfast was a nice way to start the morning having a decent selection. Would stay again.

I loved my stay here! It smelled wonderful as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable! I would stay here again! The area is quiet and has restaurants close.

Bad place

Superficially nice. Like many hotels now understaffed. It was difficult to find someone to help at the desk or refill things for breakfast. Pool was “closed for cleaning” but felt like it was never going to open again. No light blocking shades made room bright. Biggest frustration was being forced to park in the restaurant lot next door and hope I didn’t get towed. Having every spot in the lot full isn’t cool. Room was clean and pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful when available.

No curtain on window!! - just a sheer shade that does not block out street lights. Heat is either on and too hot - (64 on an evening that is 34 degrees outside) or freezing when off. Loud traffic on freeway. No quilt on bed. Sheets and a light blanket Towels like sandpaper Should have slept in my car

Dead flys,Nats and dirty in hot tub. No tv remote. Fridge was not cold and had no adjustment knob and could not give us another room do to the only other hot tub room the tub was broke. At the end i wish i had just got my money back and slept in my car

The good: Room was clean and parking is well lit. The bad: Bathroom floor tiles were all completely loose and moved as you walked on them. Tv/remote did not work. The in room hot tub only had extremely hot water going to it so we were unable to even enjoy it. None of the doors to the outside locked and couldn’t even find the receptionist when we went to leave in the morning

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Parking was easy and loved having the shuttle to the airport.

This property shows online that they have queen beds and they don't. they only have double beds. When we asked management, they said you asked for two beds we gave you two beds. The blankets had massive yellow stains all over them. the pool was filthy and 8 Am in the morning the "hot breakfast" was nearly cold. They have renovated and while the first glance looks nice it infact is still very dirty and run by lazy people.

I liked the fact they had an indoor pool although the area on the patio outside behind the pool had lots of junk stacked up on it it looked pretty tacky. The beds and pillows were comfortable and bathroom and towels upgraded, pretty nice in the rooms. None of the outside access doors stayed locked and secure people able to come in and out at Will

Shower didn't work correctly, too much chlorine in the pool. Small lampshade looked like it had blood on it. Broken down vehicles in parking lot. Loud music from outside.Did not feel safe at the property. Will never return

Great location front desk super nice but hotel rooms need work.
