2nd stay at this hotel within 2 weeks. Still a great breakfast. Green peppers are a nice add to breakfast. Watch out though, they are hot.

I wasn’t allowed to stay because of their policy of not letting those with a local address stay at the hotel. We were trying to check in around 1am after driving hours hours. Yes, I have a local address on my DL only because I moved about 2 hrs away.

Good breakfast. Clean room, though no luggage rack to keep the suitcase off the floor. The bathroom was a little musty smelling, but essentially clean. Comfortable beds.
Need to freshen the mops for the bathroom.

The rooms were much smaller than expected. The indoor pool air was absolutely freezing they kept every single window wide open. January winter weather. Tried to close them and employees came in and closed them. It was NOT as nice as we hoped for our son's birthday weekend stay. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!

Very friendly and professional staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Enjoy my stay and will be back. I will use this hotel only when in Farmington and my friends. Only one thing to suggest is the tub is slippery . I had to put a towel in tub. This will help the disable and older group. Still love my stay.

Beware: this hotel charges $150 incidentals fee & has 2 pages of paperwork to initial. Bed ok, pillows ok. Sink outside terribly cramped tub/shower & toilet room. Breakfast ok. Only cheese omelet svailable for egg choice. Usual other stuff.

Awesome place. Great staff. You should know the temporary hold for accidentals is $150 tho… seems like they’ve had many accidents in the past!

Prejudice by staff and uncomfortable. First time staying at best western but i think we'll stick with Marriott after this. Figured it was a good place after reading reviews and the store surroundings but i was wrong i guess. Not once were we greeted by any employees. They seems like their just there for a paycheck, no care for the cusomers staying at the property. Front desk lady sonia is the main one, only nice to the caucasians. -1 star did not enjoy our stay

It was such a nice stay! Beautifully clean rooms, pool and hot tub. Delicious breakfast every morning and in such a convenient area. The property is very clean safe and beautiful!

I liked that the staff were kind and there are a ton of places to shop and walking distance. The down side of the hotel was when I arrived and checked in, my room was it ready and I ended up with a room not what I paid for (paid for king size). There was nothing they could do since I didn’t get what I paid for.

The hotel beds were terrible, hard as a rock. Pillows were so thin, blanket on bed was old and thin. The water pressure in shower was bad. We were also charged over $100.00 more upon arrival than Expedia told us our total was going to be. Was very disappointed!!!!
