Not great. Pool was drained. No indicated at booking. One ice machine in entire hotel working on the 5th floor..no signage to indicate so. Super fun scavenger hunt to every floor of the hotel to find ice. TV remote didnt work. No air conditioning functioning despite a 30° day and windows dont open. Incredibly uncomfortable.

The hotel, staff and breakfast was excellent very happy with everything except for the beds. They were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. The hotel was quiet and friendly so the experience was extremely nice minus sleeping

Had to check in late. Had no issues with that. Parking was a little crowded, but the parking attendant was super friendly and helped me find a spot. The staff was awesome, and super friendly! Room was clean and comfy.

Bed was not good. Parking around hotel is limited but I was helped by night security and was directed to an overflow that they monitored during the night so nobody would break into vehicles.

Our go to hotel in Winnipeg. Right in downtown. The free breakfast is decent. Room is always nice. Staff is friendly. Parking is not free, but there’s a night security and it feels like a good deal for your money.

It was good overall. If you want breakfast you have to be down to the kitchen early. It ends at 10, we were down at 9:15, there was hardly much left. The kitchen staff was no where near. She came back at 10 minutes to 10 to clean up. Security guard was awesome at keeping an eye around the building, and helpful with parking.

Parking at the hotel is a challenge - lot seems to be filled with vehicles not staying at the hotel. Had to park in overflow lot across the street which is problematic with luggage.

We had the top floor with the king size bed and a jacuzzi tub, bathroom and all amenities like fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I really love that i had access to coffee 24/7 down in the cute lobby. Great staff. Security was present and friendly. One downside is we stayed facing Main and the trains that go by are quite noisy and the traffic and sirens are always blaring through the area. I enjoyed my stay.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the Canada Life arena and another venue nearby that we had an event at. The hotel itself was in good condition and clean, and the provided breakfast was good also. The final night of two night stay was a disaster. Three times between 10pm-2pm we called the front desk to complain of drunken people in the hallways loudly knocking on doors and trying each door handle down the hallway…unfortunately staff could not reach our floor before these individuals found the right room and left the hallway. I believe increased patrols by staff or actually noticing people entering the elevator when there is a known problem would have helped. Yeesh.

Nice place to stay when attending an event at the Canada Life Centre. Friendly staff, clean, big room, nice breakfast. Staff were great and even put out hot water for tea or hot chocolate for when people game back from the hockey game. Dislike extra charge for kids over 11 as they are considered adults (usually over 17 or that’s how it is anywhere else we’ve travelled), the extra charge for parking and also when we got there found out pool and hot tub were out of service until further notice. Would have been nice to know ahead of time as that was a draw for the family to that hotel. No discount or anything for this.

Great staff, very helpful in every way. From answering questions, providing recommendations, bringing items to the room, storing our bags, and just greeting us every time we entered, they made our stay very positive. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and was different each day which was much appreciated. And the location of the hotel is ideal. Near to everything we wanted, including bus routes. We will happily come back.

Im very disapointed in expedia advertising tht they had a pool and hot tub. It was one of my musts when booking and come to find out its been closed since covid!! Will never book with expedia again after the false advertising!

Positives were clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was decent and convenient. Negatives included being charged for parking without a prior notification and we could hear street traffic during the night. Also, the exercise room was small and lacked any weights or weight training machines (and the pool was unavailable - I don't need the pool, but it is nice if available).
