The man at reception helped my husband with a problem with his truck key fob. He found a key and lock business still open after 4 pm on Sunday we could call if we couldn't get our belongings out of our locked truck.

It was pet friendly and still really nice, not just a scratched up destroyed room.

Property had a dog in next room that barked for long periods over 2 days. Called a reported to the front desk twice. Nothing change. I will not be returning.

Spaciousness, comfortable beds.
I wasn’t pleased to arrive so tired I just wanted to check in and go to bed. I had to ring the bell 4 times and wait for the front desk staff because they were outside smoking.

Towels were thick. Bed was comfortable, not hard. Bathroom was a good size. Our puppy didn’t find any trash on the floor. So cleanest hotel by far on this trip. Breakfast was ok and nice area for taking pet out at night. Only complaint would be dog area could use a bit more light

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent. Megan at the front desk was extremely helpful and Patricia in the breakfast area was very committed to all the guests. It is right beside a recycling station so it's not picturesque but that didn't bother us.

It was a short stay. The hotel and room bathroom was older and could have used an update. The hotel location was off the beaten path of the newer restaurants and shopping.

Overall, the property itself is great, as were the staff. The problem is the area. It’s far from everything. There is nothing around there, wxcept casinos - no restaurants, shops or activities. It’s right behind a recycling plant, and the train tracks and on a main road. The area isn’t even somewhere to take a nice walk.

Explore Glacier National Park, Browning, and hiking to see waterfalls. Clean park, could use more parking at the visitors center. Great choices for restaurants close by. Very quiet location.

Had a room that was wheel chair accessible .lt was on the main floor but right at the far end of the hotel. There was an entrance at the other end but you had to climb 12 steep stairs and there was no ramp.

I wouldn’t have been able to find this place. It’s tucked away. Nice facility. Staff wasn’t friendly at all but it was late in the evening. I just wanted to go to bed.

The room was perfect but what made this hotel exceptional was the staff. Everyone I encountered was fantastic. They were helpful, courteous and friendly. They are amazing. Probably the best experience I have had with hotel staff.

Dryers set at 20 minutes. Drying needs 50 minutes at least. Staff was very nice, breakfast was great, liked that rooms were made up daily. Are room was right by air conditioning outside so was noisy sleeping. Overall was nice stay. Wish prices weren’t 450 dollars a night though.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that most restaurants and the main part of downtown Kalispell were a bit too far to comfortably walk in off-nominal weather and also that the hotel is located next to a junk yeard...not the most scenic, per se, but they do a great job with the flowers and landscaping immediately around the hotel!
