I booked at this hotel and suppose to stayed three days vacation with family. Problems started the first day, when we got to the hotel and checked in the front desk clerk had to move us two times in order to find us a good room, when getting ready for bed, we found out that we didn't have any cover for the sofa bed and the front desk clerk was unable to get any type of covering for the bed. The next morning the power went off and we were there for approximately sever hours without power. So I went downstairs to see any updates and find there is a lovers fight going on between two of the front desk clerks and at this time we now have police around the building. Now at this time they find out that they didn't know when they would have power, so they decided to close the hotel, so we had to leave. I asked will I get a refund for the two days that I would and I didn't get an good answer. After two hours and finding another hotel, the clerk at the new hotel tells me I would have to pay cash for the two days I needed,

Hotel needs remodeling. Pretty run down. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was sad, only one side of toaster worked. Not much choice in food although we could see fruit and cereal in the open pantry door. We went down around 8:00 am and it was like they were already putting things away.

Staff speak very limited English, maid never came to my room in three days, I had to go ask for towels and put my on trash out. Breakfast ran out in less than a hour, and they refused to give me a receipt for my stay. I still haven’t gotten one.

We wanted a hotel near the airport as this was our final leg on our overall trip. The hotel was for the most part clean and comfortable. No other disturbances from other guests. Staff was friendly and helpful

They told me there was no more rooms .. after I already made a reservation! Then gave me a room the lack was cracked on the outside then inside the battery was hanging from the door he said it wasn’t fixed yet .. I didn’t have a coffee pot .. the sheets looked like they wasn’t clean .. I was very uncomfortable I had to make a secure lock behind the door cause I was there by myself ..

The only complaint I have is our comforter was ripped in a few spots and it was rough.

I had a great stay when I was overnight in Houston before my next flight. The hotel is a bit older but everything was spotless. The staff was exceptional, from the shuttle driver who picked me up, brought my luggage inside, and made sure he would come to pick me up again at the correct time in the morning, to the desk clerk who was friendly and efficient, and also the young woman in the breakfast room. I had to leave before the breakfast was officially open but was able to get some fruit and yogurt and a coffee. The bed and curtains were comfortable. And it was only a 5 minute drive from AIH airport. One comment on the light coming in the window…the sheer curtains don’t keep the light out. Overall excellent stay though. I will definitely return.

The property was good especially for the price. Room was clean. There was a burnt spot in the carpet, but it didn't bother my rest. Bed was comfortable and room quiet. Breakfast was also included. The only reason I do not expect to return to this hotel is the shuttle service. As is mentioned in the description, you need to contact the hotel in order to be picked up from IAH airport. I contacted them over an hr before arriving at IAH, but the best they could offer was making me wait at least an hour at the shuttle pick up door. The next morning the shuttle arrived at the hotel half hour later than scheduled. The property was good overall but because I also rely on airport shuttle service, I will try to find something better next time.

The beds are really uncomfortable and I request to change it or change the room and they said all the room are the same.
I had to sleep on the floor it was better than the bed.

The key card experienced multiple malfunctions, requiring us to request replacements to access both the gym and our room. The male front desk attendant was consistently rude, nonchalant, and sardonic. Additionally, the restroom had spiders and ants, and the room itself was quite small. Despite these issues, the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the airport and restaurants within walking distance. Only recommended for short stays.

Supposed to get free airport shuttle. When i didn't get it, front desk person was rude and wouldn't give me any room discount. I waited at airport more than an hour. I made 3 calls and was told twice he'd call me back, but he didn't. He first said he was busy, then he said he did call back (he didn't).

Clean. A little older looking in the room. Pretty shabby paint job. But the bed was comfortable and clean. I was comfortable in my room with no issues.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay here, the staff was nice and helpful, my room was clean upon arrival, and they would check in with me during my stay to see if house cleaning was needed and did a great job of cleaning around my kids and myself.

Unfortunately the breakfast area was dirty and they didn't have enough breakfast at 8 am. There are no dishes available. In 5 nights they only provided room service once and because I requested it. Very much disagree with EXPEDIA and my stay at this place. I hope that if you stay here for the convenience of the airport, you have a better experience than me and everyone else who was there those days. luck!

I arrived at 3:30 p.m. to check into the hotel. I was notified that the room wasn't ready and had to wait till it was cleaned. We waited for 45 minutes and were told that we could get a room on the third floor. Mind you I was traveling with my elderly parents and the elevator was broken, so they'd have to climb stairs to get to the room. We opted to keep our room on the 2nd floor and had to leave for an event. We returned after 9p.m. to a room that didn't have any comforters. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to get us some blankets. I've never experienced anything like this.

I booked 2 room and they both had no sheets. I went to the front desk nobody could find the key to the linen closet and we never received fresh blankets. Then there was no breakfast even when they told us when we checked in there would be. When i asked for a refund or even a partial refund, i was told they could not do anything about. By far one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in and not to mention the sheets we did have had stains on them, thus the reason for asking for new sheets.

Elevator did not work. Washing and drying machines were in terrible condition. Room was missing a fire alarm, and parts of the bathtub were broken. The staff were as helpful as they could be, but the property was quite dismal.

The staff at front desk is so nice we felt so bad for the lady working due to an employee pulled a no show and she had to work a double we brought her something to eat also elevator was broke we switched to first floor second day from third floor. The breakfast was the bomb first day but we go to breakfast room next day there was nothing put up I was so looking forward to it. The rooms are very very clean

Nothing works in this hotel literally stay anywhere else but here, tvs don’t have any channels, elevator doesn’t work. Any other hotel would be better than this one. Only reason I chose this one is because a job event will be taking place here so I decided to stay here but had I know it was this bad I would rather have stayed somewhere else

Our flight was delayed so we checked in late. The women at the counter wasn't friendly and tried to say we had no reservation, but I called hours before about being late. The lobby smelled old and of weed. Elevator buttons were broken. The room was clean though.

My family was disgusted with the smell in the hallways and rooms and the breakfast was not good at all and the staff were not there half the time and when they were they didn’t want to help me out and I would never recommend that nasty place

Shuttle service was very limited and do not provide shuttle from airport. I booked because I needed the advertised shuttle service. They did not deliver. The breakfast trays were empty halfway through breakfast time and were never replenished. No milk for cereal and no waffle batter. Check in clerk was rude. Overall a terrible experience.

Terrible experience.
the driver who was supposed to pick us up at the airport did not want to take our suitcases onto the bus, he said it was not his job and he left us at the airport, we slept on the floor due to the lack of responsibility of this driver.
My husband was in a lot of pain because of the sciatic nerve, he couldn't get on it because of it, and the driver was so rude.

It was the first time I stayed in a hotel like this, but it was a slum. The place smelled like mold, the elevator was broke, (I was onnthe 3rd floor), warm breakfast was nasty, I did not have bath towels in my room upon arrival, the front desk girl was rude, the same beer bottle caps where on the carpet floor, in the common area, for 4 days, seemed like hopeless people where allowed to hang around the common areas, sleep, and eat. There were roaches in my room. See attached pictures. Never again will I stay there or use Hotels.com
