Checked in and turned around checked back out within 15 mins of being there!!! HORRIBLE!

not only the accommodation also the working staff is arrogant.

The standards at this place are low: worn and tired carpets and, wallpaper, decor. As I walked down the hallway to my room at 1:00 am (late flight), I could hear people partying loudly, children crying, doors opening and shutting. I felt unsafe. And the deadlock on my door didn't work. There was no remote in my room, and the WiFi didn't work.

Staff was friendly and helpful and were hard working decent people. Motel was plagued with rough types of characters A mouse came into the room. Very noisy at night with neighboring room occupants trying to drown out what seemed like suspicious sounding activities with the tv blaring. Constant door slamming.Looked like a one decent hotel now suffering.

There was mold in the air conditioning unit and a big huge stain under the matress!! Almost like blood

Didn't like that someone was running a vacuum cleaner at midnight and woke us up. Also lots of noise fro the room above us. I asked why they put us in a room on the 1st floor right near the lobby. The person didn't know why because there were rooms available on the upper floors.

Got immediate refund after looking at the room. They have bed bugs

I never write reviews. However, the entire front lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, and the staff were smoking inside the building. The picture on Hotels.com has to be at least a decade old. This hotel is literally falling apart. Rust and decay and shabbiness all around. The staff were friendly and the linens were well cleaned though. Everything else was horribly disappointing, I would look anywhere else in Florence and will probably avoid Wyndham again for any stays. There is a photo, this was one of any hundred examples I could’ve taken. But everything is basically that level of “hospitable.”

Once again I was NOT let down when I came to check in here at Microtel Inn. Nikki had my keys and receipt ready to be signed. I walked into a clean room and had zero issues while I was there. Every shift was polite and quick when I needed a key remade or if I needed change to do laundry. Great stay....

Great stay. Once again extremely quick and easy check-in. Nikki (employee) was ready for my arrival and room in tip top shape. Great, quiet, and clean trip. No matter what time I have a request for the front desk I get polite and swift responses. Great stay again.

Microtel Inn is great. Nikki (employee), is always extremely polite, courteous, and prepared when I arrive for my stays here at the Microtel Inn. I'm always treated as their priority and making sure myself and my family have any and everything we need. If there is ever a request, no matter how large or small, I know that the staff here are going to do everything in their power to grant our requests. I recommend this hotel for any short or extended stay that you may need.

The staff was excellent. The property definitely has some wear and tear. But it is clean and has the things I require for a stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES AND DOGS URINATING IN THE LOBBY. HALLS SMELL LIKE CIGARETTES. I HAD TI ASK FOR MY REFUND AS I WAS NOT GOING TO HAVE MY FAMILY STAY TGERE.

Running kids upstairs all night. Had an early flight and no sleep. Bathroom door didnt even fit and the tub was all creaky and "soft ".

The worst Microtel I've ever stayed at, among the many. The front lobby was full of water from a ceiling leak. The room, which was non-smoking, absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke. We walked out and went to another hotel just 45 mins after checking in...

Upon check in the hotel itself was already in disrepair with buckets everywhere in the lobby due to a leak in the plumbing or sprinklers. We were assigned a room upstairs. While walking down the hall to the room I notated that the carpet, walls, and everything were in a state of severe disrepair and the hallway had a faint smell of pet urine, cigarette smoke and mar!juana. The sign on the hotel lobby wall says no pets but we were clearly barked at by several dogs in rooms at the hotel. Upon entering our non smoking room we noted damaged carpet, peeling paint and a strong stale cigarette smoke odor. Inspection of the room further we foundwhat looked like burn marks on the desk. There was also an ashtray provided. The fridge was partially frozen over. Calling around we found everything else in the area booked up so we decided to tough it out. Sunday morning as we woke up a roach ran across our TV. Sunday night after our day with our friends we came back with a plan for an early bedtime. We took sleeping meds and got ready for bed around 930, but barely slept because after we turned the lights off, more roaches started coming out. Unfortunately since we had medicated we couldn't legally or safely drive and we were stuck for the night. I reached out for a refund and said I was not happy with only one night but it was better than nothing. They told hotels.com I refused their offer which is not true. If I could rate no stars I would.

Good for a very short stay but wouldn’t want to stay longer than a night or two. The was holes in the walls, the mattress was filthy. The bathroom shower got stuck on and had to call maintenance. Floor was stained and dirty needs a deep cleaning. Smelled very heavily of weed and cigarette smoke.

The shuttle driver was very friendly. I overslept but the front desk called me and I was able to make my flight.

I didn't care for the atmosphere of the property. It seemed very outdated. The room smelled of stale smoke and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by wires, bathroom fan did not work very disappointed with our stay we had the room above us stomping on the floor thru the night very hard to sleep we contacted front desk 2 times but didnt get any better. I would not recommend this place.

The elevator and hall smelled like pot everyday. Even though it says it's no smoking, cig smoke everywhere, doors open with music blasting, internet lagged because of their internet TV, heating element, desk and lamp were broken, bugs in the room, building is in poor repair.

Room was FILTHY. Legit looked like a room people did drugs in. The room was equivalent to a jail cell as far as cosmetics. There were ants everywhere in the room we left!!! Staff was pleasant but when we told them we were in this specific room and the guy said “they put you in there” so apparently that room wasn’t supposed to be used I don’t know! Either way avoid this place at all cost!!! We ended up going to Red Roof in because everywhere else was sold out and we had just came from a concert so we just needed somewhere clean to sleep for the night nothing fancy. Red Roof was a 10/10! I was surprised! Don’t waste your time here!!! We did get a refund for the nastiness!

The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, the room above us was very noisy late into the night, the bathroom door didn't close well, and the continental breakfast had a few appliances that weren't working.

Convenient to airport, reasonable price, and comfortable bed. Very impressed with the shuttle driver and the breakfast attendant. Very disappointed that there was no cable tv or internet. I had returned from a 10-day trip and was planning to catch up on some work and there was no internet!! Staff expressed their frustration in getting it fixed!!! Also, the hot water was lukewarm.

Our family arrived around 8pm to the hotel, we booked our room about 30 minutes before we arrived. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. They didn't have any rooms left and gave us 1 queen bed with a sofa. When we got to the room it was dirty. It was a non smoking room and there was a half burnt cigarette on the night stand with ashes in the floor. We left and did not stay. We were given a refund. The hotel staff was nice and did apologize. They issued a refund without any issues.

Very very outdated. Room was very dark, few lights. Gap in door frame let in hall light so not sure about safety. Whole place had funky odor and even though rooms had no smoking symbols my room had definitely been smoked in. Could not get local channels on the tv. Would have left had I not prepaid through 3rd party app. “Breakfast” was laughable.

1 room reeked of chemicals. They make have just cleaned the carpet, drapes? The 2nd room we had reserved smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk had no more rooms so offered us a refund and we went to another hotel. The clerk at the front desk, Michael, told us to contact Expedia for the refund and he would approve it

Expedia should have updated pictures for hotels! I trusted booking through Expedia and the hotel was nothing like pictures. Nothing at all! Dirty, weird red stains on the carpet, stained sheets, bathroom is just falling apart! Breakfast is just very limited selection. If you had updated pictures, at least people wouldn’t have decent hotel expectations.

The hotel is in shambles, don’t stay here if it isn’t an absolute necessity. The whole second floor reeks of smoke, and my room as well. I had to ask for an air freshener because that was the best they could do for the smoke smell. The breakfast is very limited and made with the cheapest ingredients, I wouldn’t recommend eating anything. The staff is helpful but the hotel conditions doesn’t favor them. 0/10 for everything other than the staff.
