It was very comfortable.

The receptionists were great and very engaging. The place was nice, quiet, and clean. But the breakfast was very upsetting. There were just a few options, and they did replenish it. They should clearly indicate that it is a grab-and-go breakfast.

Beds are not that good especially for my husband who has a back problem. Shower water pressure is not good either. Staff and cleanliness is good.

Hotel was ok clean staff wasn't that friendly asked for just 1 extra towel for the money i paid for the night while my house hardwoods we're getting stained.got a flat out no if a hotel cant provide a towel that seems like a problem, could been a little more friendly and more convenient but room and sheets were clean other then a stain on the mattress maybe they keep up on cleaning the linens and not towels not sure...if your gonna pay the money theres other hotels in the area that are 10 times better.

Pros: Newer Rooms, Well located, clean.
Cons: Rude staff, "breakfast" should not be listed, because 1 pot of coffee for the period of 6:30am and 9:30am, and stale muffings its NOT breakfast. Thin walls=you hear every step on hallways, uncomfortable bed.

This hotel has no coffee maker. The coffee bar downstairs is minimal with no regular creamer or milk and there is no breakfast. They offer only half an hour late check out which was not adequate at all. There was noise and lots of foot traffic in hallways throughout night.
Those are our basic needs for travel so our stay was unpleasant.

. Our first night was really a disaster. The noise in the hallway throughout the night including the fire dept being there for hours to control a cell phone fire. We did not sleep the entire night. We had to extend our stay and the second n ight was better. I asked that the first night be fully comp due to these outrageous circumstances. Also, when the fire dept made all that noise, our wine bottle fell off the end table due to the jolt of the noise causing wine to spill everywhere. The food in the morning was disgusting, eggs were rancid.

It was an amazing stay from start to end service was great. We checked in and 2 minutes into getting into our room the front desk called us to ask if we are ok. This was 10 out of 10

Although I was there just for a quick overnight, when I travel alone, I like to fix my own meals rather than go to a restaurant by myself, and wind up overeating. So, the kitchenette with the full-size fridge and microwave and extensive counter space are a real plus. The room I had would be ideal for a longer business or leisure trip. The only inconvenience was, as a result of COVID, the kitchen is not stocked with any cookware, plates, glasses, or utensils. You have to go to the desk and ask for them. Also, there is no coffee maker; you have to request one, and in my case, they didn't have any available. This was disappointing, to say the least. If every room has a microwave, why not a coffee maker? So, Extended Stay America is not quite as well equipped as I had been accustomed. The grab & go breakfast items were OK, as was the coffee. I do recommend this place, as it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with the above caveats.

My room was clean and fairly quiet. The staff was friendly. I appreciate that they are pet friendly. The coffee bar in the morning is a nice touch. I stayed here to visit Bally's Twin River, but getting there was very challenging. Maybe that will improve when all the highway construction has been completed. My only negative is their appeared to be a lot of trash and they parking lot. I would stay here again.

The room has an odor to it when you first open the door. Other than that, the room and property are clean and well maintained. Has every amenity for those staying for a bit.

It was for a 1-night stay. The hotel is located in a safe, decent place, the hotel room was very clean. Very happy with the service offered.
Only disappointment was there was nothing to have for breakfast. Even the coffee has to be made with coffee mate which was terrible. It was mentioned as free go-to breakfast and there was nothing available.
Other than that, it was a very good experience.

We were very satisfied with the accommodations. I especially liked the countertop space. It was large enough to spread open my two suitcases.
The midnight staffer who greeted us was wonderful. The only problem we had was the smoke alarm going off that caused us to have to exit the property for safety. But the staff was great and they knocked on all the doors to make sure we exited and were safe.
I would stay there again.

The front desk employee that checked us in on Friday night was professional and friendly. Parking was easy and accessible for entry in various locations using the hotel key card. The hotel is convenient to dining options. We did not need to cook, but if you need any cooking ware or utensils, you will need to go to the front desk to request these items. These items should already be placed in the suite and ready for guest use.

Great attitude from all the staff from checkin to checkout. Smiles and a willingness to help from every employee.
Rooms are very clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds, large shower and a huge flat screen tv. Very comfortable rooms. Include refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. Lots of drawers for your belongs and a closet area for coats.
I travel with my dog and therefore paid $25 per night for her. Their pet policy is reasonable to me; have your dog use the pet area for toileting, clean up after your pet, do not leave them alone in the room and they should not disturb other guests. If you try to sneak your dog in for free and get caught, it's $200. I felt comfortable having my dog there and $25 is better than many motels/hotels.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Extended Stay America if traveling in this area.
