It smelt like a 5 star hotel. Very welcoming after a 15 ride on motorcycles. Very pleasant staff.

After traveling for many hours, I checked into my room. When I got into the room, I immediately noticed that the sheets were dirty and had blood on them. I inspected the sheets & also saw hair so I knew they weren’t fresh. I went to the front desk to ask for another room & was told they were sold out. I then asked if someone could change the sheets, and I was told housekeeping was gone and RUDELY with an attitude then said you can change them yourself or you can leave & I will refund you! I was LIVID be I have my child with me, it’s late at night, and there are no hotels around. I had no other choice but to change my own sheets but the rudeness and level of unprofessional left me speechless and the guy was the manager! He almost seemed to be very racist as well and I didn’t appreciate the lack of consideration AT ALL! I’ve stayed here multiple times with no issues until this time and I will never stay at this location again!!!!

I have nothing bad to say about my one night stay there. Everything was clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was no noise or disturbance of any kind. The pillows was practically new and fresh as were the bed. The see through sheer curtains will be my only complaint. I think there should be blinds in the window also for more privacy but being that I was on the second floor I was able to rest my mind and not feel uncomfortable. Might I add I traveled from Tx, forgot my hair dryer and to my surprise they have a hair dryer in the rooms so that was a plus. The staff was all smiles, respectful and outspoken. The breakfast wasn't the best but I give and A for the effort. I will surely be going back to this hotel in the near future. Thanks for the service

The bed was very comfortable and slept well. The room was comfortable and cozy. Service was friendly.
It was great having breakfast at the hotel which is included with the room.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. Both queen beds were very comfortable also. The bathroom and shower were very nice also. The morning breakfast was absolutely delicious with many choices and lots to eat. The dining area was well organized and very clean. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. And the price was great too. I highly recommend this motel!!

The room was very clean and fresh. Staff upon check-in was very helpful. Only downside I had, I needed to check-out at 3 am and there was no one at the desk or another way to check-out. Maybe at a kiosk or drop box could provide a way.

No one was in the lobby for a long time when I got there. The place looked run down in some areas. It was noisy all night. The room was clean, safe and comfortable though and the breakfast was good.

This is definitely a great value for the price. The bed was super comfy. It is not fancy but for an older motel it definitely looked like every effort is made to keep it up. Very friendly front desk associate.

The hotel was clean,comfortable, and pleasant but my only complaint was the noisy people down the hall and upstairs who kept me awake most of the night.Also they gave me a room that was right off the stair exit so there were people coming in and out all night long constantly walking up and down the stairs and slamming the exit doors.

The only place I will stay at when I come to Jackson. The older gentleman that works here I forgot his name has been so friendly and kind every time I come and stay. I hope to see him again on my next stay

Front desk staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean as well as the rooms. We have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. We have an upcoming trip west and will stay there in February. My wife left here favorite robe and I believed she left it there and I called and sure enough it was there. The nice front desk man said he would hold it so we could pick it up in February. Great place and a very reasonable rate as well.

The hotel was nice, but the other guests were extremely loud and inconsiderate. Not the hotel's fault, but could hotel designers engineer the doors to close quietly?? People banging doors all night does not make for restful sleep.

The staff was very professional at check in, the room was clean and the breakfast was good with many choices hot and cold. Check out was a breeze.
The walls were thin heard noises all night. My room was cleaned and the towels was taken, I had to call the front desk and then I was told to come get them😞
