i arrived ar 12:00 am. Front door was closed but receptionist let me know that I can come through the side door. I did and she registered me and gave me my room card. I went out to park the car, and when I came back my card did not opened side door. Receptionist helped me out again. When I get to the 3rd floor and to my room in the end of the hallway the card did not open my room. I get back to the 1st floor and receptionist reformate my card, and we together get up to the 3rd froor. it turned out that she programed the card to the wrong room and so on... By 1:00 I get into my room.

Staff not allowed to check in when I show up by 5am the next day , told me to come back by 8 am . I have to go to do my things at plan so I leave !!

Although it's a bit of a "bare bones" kind of hotel, the rates are reasonable, the rooms are comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff was pleasant. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable place to lay your head at night, this hotel fits the bill.

Convenient to San Jose Airport and Levi’s Stadium. Golf nearby. Good food a short drive away. But most impressive was the staff. They were all friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

The staff is amazing but the property is terrible. The 1st room (king bed) was very noisy as it is above the street. 2nd room the toilet is not working, keeps flushing in the night. 3rd room no hot water. Thw staff is amazing and helpful. They’ve helped me to exchange the room. But the facility itself is beyond repair.

Stayed one night on 4/13/23. No problem. Stayed one night on 4/29/23 not sure what was going on before we arrived but the night desk staff was unnerving helpful but a little loud and abrasive. Stayed in room 215, loud fan sound was running for the first hour I was in the room. Carpet was stained, needed cleaning unlike the first time I stayed there on 4/13/23. I did not feel comfortable in the room I stayed in on my second visit on 4/29/23. Only needed the room for a few hours rest. Had a flight out early in the morning.

Location was tricky to get to and not very safe to merge off the freeway onto another very busy road and make a quick turn into parking lot. Once in the hotel it was great
