Little bit older establishment but our room was clean and the beds were comfy and the staff were pleasant. Easy access to highway 80. I'd stay there without hesitation.

This hotel was basic but clean. It was an excellent value for the price. The breakfast is basic, but got us going in the morning. The staff was very friendly. They could use new towels--the towels we had were thin and worn. However, they gave us 4 of each kind of towel/washcloth so that was very nice! We'd stay here again if we pass through Lincoln.

It's an oder hotel with no frills. However, the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was standard. It was a great hotel for the price.

Totally reasonable place to stay with an excellent price makes it a great value. Clean and reasonably comfortable. Has had some very recent upgrades (new carpet, new beds, etc...). Some small issues like a sink that didn't have the stopper connected to the rod making the sink drain slowly and a rolling swivel desk chair that wouldn't raise up in height (may have been ok for someone who is 5' 2" - but I'm 6' 2"). Breakfast was nothing to get excited about - but hey, free breakfast. At the price I paid, I would definitely stay again for a quick overnight in Lincoln.

When I put my butt on the bed, it was a little hard. But when I laid down on the bed, I was in heaven. The bed molded to my back and I slept like a baby. Staff was awesome! So nice, so courteous. Breakfast was what I expected. Basic but that’s what I paid for. It was yummy. My wife said it exceeded her expectations for a motel. This reminds me of growing up and traveling with my family. Great job guys!!!!

While participating in a speech and debate tournament for our son, we stayed at Horizon Inn for three nights. As is always the case, there are always pros and cons. CONS: -A few walls could stand to be wiped down as there were washable marks on them. -The shower walls were also not thoroughly scrubbed as we were able to scrape gunk off with our nails. -The breakfast bar could have used some non-break varieties like yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and fruit. Also, decaf coffee and hot water for tea. -One night, there was a late middle-of-the-night check-in and these guests were very loud and inconsiderate to the sleeping guests. This is not the hotel's fault, of course. Maybe they could be more proactive about reminding late guests to be quiet though? -Beds and pillows were not incredibly comfortable, but they still worked and we were able to rest. PROS: -Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. -We felt safe and it was mostly quiet and peaceful (see above). -The heater worked nicely and kept our room cozy. -Everything was pretty clean, especially all linens and surfaces. -No noise from the street or nearby freeway. -No bugs or any other unwanted critters. -Breakfast bar had a great bread selection, including the option for fresh Belgian waffles. -Close proximity to various places. -Very easy check-in and checkout processes.

The hotel was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk was friendly, funny, and helpful! The couch in the room was kind of gross, I'm glad we didn't need to to sleep on. The location wasn't awesome. It's between the airport, a liquor store, and an "adult" store- but i knew that when i booked it. For the price, it was a good place to stay for a short time. And i would stay again.

Perfect stay if you’re stopping to sleep then to get back on the road the next morning. Right off of I-80, quiet, comfortable. Simple breakfast. The coffee was great. Inexpensive. Just what we needed.

The staff was very attentive when I was checking in and out. It is very convenient as it is right off of the highway as well as right next to the airport. There were also several gas stations conveniently close by. The room was spacious. The bed and pillow were not the most comfortable in the world. Several of the provided towels in the bathroom had significant hole or tearing in them. If you are looking for a convenient and cost-effective place to make a quick stay, this place will do the job just fine. If you are wanting to stay in Lincoln for anytime longer than one night, you might want to consider other options.

If you are looking for an inexpensive stay near the Lincoln Airport, this is it. Nothing to rave about. It simply lived up to its billing: an inexpensive option with a free breakfast. Staff was friendly. The only negative aspect of our room was that some of the plug sockets couldn’t hold anything. Whatever you plugged in would just fall out. Which mean the hair dryer had to be plugged in an inconvenient location, my phone had to be charged away from the bed.

Check-in was quick and easy. Attendant at desk was friendly and nice. Room was clean. It is an older hotel, so some of the repairs were not necessarily professional level. Hotel area is a little sketch, but we didn't feel unsafe at all. Very affordable price and super easy to access location. The room was a bit on the cool side when we arrived, but I appreciate the environmental efficiency of not heating an unoccupied room. The bed is firm and the so were the pillows. Not what we prefer, but that's a personal preference. The blanket is lightweight, but I was comfortable overnight. Breakfast Options: Waffles, Bagels, Cream Cheese, Milk, Butter, Cold Cereal, Peanut Butter, Grape Jelly, Juice, Oatmeal, Coffee and Tea.

The area is little sketchy looking but close to the highway and a gas station so that gives some peace of mind. The staff was great at accommodating us. Slept great and very quiet.. so I would come back when on the road for sure.

Checks all the needed boxes for a short stay in Lincoln. Pillows weren't the best for me (might be fine for others) and you can go ahead and skip the breakfast but, everything else is good and beats all the budget chains that likely cost more.
