The bed needs replacement when you lay on the bed you roll in middle as it is old and has to be replaced the bunk beds had to put one mattress from other bunk on top of other one has it is paper thin the toilet leaked all the time. We could not find parking as they had parties and the party took all spots

Good housekeeping service. Poor quality towels. Very poor acoustics, can hear people from adjacent room talk. Can hear all noises from the hallway at all time in the night. Bed was creaking even on slight movement when sleeping.

Did not even get the room, they did not accept the same card i paid for the room with for the security deposit. Was aggressively and verbally attacked at front desk by manager and desk lady when I got mad that they took my money off card but wouldn't take deposit off same card. And it was non refundable. They were not helpful at all in my situation. Said we dont have your hotels.com has my money, making it seem the roomwas for free. Very unprofessional and immature comments. Made me feel very embarrassed in front of other guests. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they act fancy. There was drunks yelling and fighting in the lobby, reminded me of airport motor inn.

The stay was fine. Bed sagged towards the middle. Room was not set up very well. There was lots of space but the desk, dresser, and TV were all crammed together leaving 1/5 of the room empty. Shower head was really low and I’m 5’8.

My only issue was the street noise and being under a flight path. Maybe being on Portage Ave and acoss the street from a fire station contributed to the noise but I wish the windows were sound proof.

The hotel is aged, and not the cleanest ever, however the service and commitment to such by all encountered front desk staff, restaurant staff and even staff in the hallways, was over and above. Very safe, very accommodating, very friendly.

Room had an empty plastic water bottle under the bed. Obviously the floor wasn’t recently swept.

While the hotel was clean, the whole building smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The moment you walked in the lobby, the smell was quite noticeable. It was everywhere. Our room also smelled of it. When I checked in, the clerk at the desk literally said 3 words to me - “ID, credit card”, and then handed me my room cards.

Hotel had all that I needed for an overnight stay. Due to the high traffic area it was a bit noisy.

The building is old, could use an upgrade in the decor, beds are old and could use an upgrade soon. The rooms are poorly and sparsely decorated. The cost of the room is high compared to value of the space. Positive: staff we accommodating and helpful, the Sunday Brunch in the restaurant was very good

Construction started early in the morning and no maintenance personal to fix the toilet we were giving a plunger to do it ourselves

We had rooms in the older part of the hotel it was very out dated rooms were clean but nothing special at all, we tried to call down to order phone and no one would answer , only the lounge was open had my daughter with me and she could not go in so I can not leave my child in to order. It’s very frustrating. Over it was not the worst hotel just not the best we have stayed at.

Front Desk Staff not available for early morning check out causing us to be late for airport arrival, rude and confused how to cancel hold on credit card. Left some items and been 6 hrs n still no update if they were found in the room

Terrible called us last minute to tell us we can't pay with with a different card that the one we reserved the hotel with. Drove 9 hours and was almost with out a place to stay with my children albevause the fine print. You guys need to step you game up AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Toilet got plugged early in the morning, phoned down to get a plunger sent up. Was told by the operator that she was alone at the desk and could I come and get it. I went down at 6;00 am and there were three people behind the desk. I was then asked to bring it back down after I was done with it. I paid to stay here for 4 nights and I was not happy when this happened on the 4 night. Won't be going back there again unless I get maintenance wages!
