Room was spacious and comfortable. Older refurbished motel. It was suitable for the price.

The staff are very pleasant. The hotel is under renovation so there is a lot of plaster debris tracked around. The room was comfortable. AC/heating unit looked like it was on its last legs but it worked. Facility is conveniently located. Breakfast was adequate...waffle maker, cereals, fruit cups, granola bars, juice.
No security locks on the door, lime scale build up in tub and on fixtures.
Given that they are working on this stuff, it will look better in a year or so. Price was right for a 2 night stay.

They have last minute booking on but they dont have an employee between 10pm and 7am so you cant even check in
And they set it to not refundable so you cant even cancel once you find out
Ive been told this isnt the first time this has happened. 0/10 recommend

I felt very uncomfortable and not really safe. The place looked run down and secluded and smelled like mold. As a single woman I did not feel secure there and couldn't sleep and definitely didn't shower there. Trying to attach pics but this app is not letting me.

The place really needs some repair. I don’t have any real issues with the wear and tear of older places, but my room had moldy ceiling tiles from a leak above the shower. I couldn’t shower in that bathroom. It was a low ceiling too with a fan that screamed so loud it hurt my ears. Looks like it was last redone in the 90’s. The breakfast wasn’t too bad though.

It is an old fashion block building and the parking lot is rough but dont let that fool you. My room was carpeted so a bit of that old carpet smell but extremely clean. The room was large and the bathroom was spotless. The best part was the staff. I got delayed by a snow storm and highway closure. They worked with me on staying two extra nights. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

First Choice was a fair price and a laid back place to stay with my 2 dogs. Highly recommended. No complaints.

the access getting in was terrible from all the ice. Checked in and got to room and it was freezing. I had turn heater on to the highest number and then left for an hour to let it heat up. Did not heat up very well. Took all the blankets off second bed to put on the bed I was sleeping in, but still froze all night

Front desk lady was amazing and very courteous when we checked in. And for a local motel, let me tell you, most comfortable bed i have ever slept in compared to a high dollar motel pr hotel. I wanted to steal the matress.

The room is relatively clean, but…the hotel itself has has disgusting carpet, doors to building don’t lock, doesn’t smell good, the bathroom was nasty, tight, light never shut off, and even though they claim breakfast…it’s not true and no one tells you till you’re hungry and expecting it. Beware

There was no Continental breakfast like advertised, it was even from a receipt. For some reason Expedia charged more than the receipt for our room. I never did get any response someway that was. Couldn’t find anybody in the office the morning after a stay when we couldn’t find any continental breakfast or enough, coffee made, nobody was in the office. Was a frustrating time for us!

Do not believe pictures! It was disgusting, no garbage cans carpets were horrible, when you walked in smelled like mold! Do not stay there!

Strange place. I just needed a cheap hotel to sleep and shower. It wasn’t dirty or loud. Bed was fine. Breakfast room wasn’t too good. Staff was nice.

A bit dirty in the bath with oil on the floor and handprints on the shower wall plus marginal hot water but comfortable bed and good continental breakfast.

The Inn is an old building in an industrial area. It’s a bit unsightly and needs updating. However, the room and linens were clean; the mattress comfy. It was quiet and the internet worked great. These are the 5 most important issues for me as a business traveler.

First room was the wrong one. Staff was very nice and fixed the mistake. Second room was absolutely horrible and not fit to be stayed in with no lock on door and TV missing and exposed electrical and no comforters even on beds and horrible smell. Third room was almost ok. Beds horrible and ceiling tiles missing in shower. Standing in the shower looking at the bottom of the bathtub above. Very much run down and not maintained.

A basic room with a decent price. Overall, for a place that is older and could use some improvements, I was not disappointed. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast had cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee, hot water, and orange juice.

If you book at 1st Choice it is because you want a cheap room with clean beds, and that's exactly what you'll get, so keep your expectations at that level and you'll be content. We had some issues with our stay but Orlando at the front desk went above and beyond to fix the situation! Big props to him for his help! This is a no-frills place but rooms are quiet (with cinderblock walls) with comfortable beds and we had a good night's sleep.

Outside appearance of building looked like a dilapidated warehouse. Inside wasnt any better. Carpet was worn out and dirty. Our commode wasn't bolted down well. Bathtub was dirty. Microwave didnt work. Two lamps didnt work. AC was blowing dust and needed the filters replaced. Outside was like a frat house on a saturday night. Loud talking and clanking beer bottles. If this hotel is an example of all First Choice Hotels; God help them . It should be renamed " Last Choice".

The cold water faucet did not work in the sink. The tub control for the shower did not work. It only was set for shower. The tub had black stains on the bottom. The orange juice was thick as sludge. Management said they would get someone to look at the problems in three days. This was a totally awful experience.

I left something behind & tried to called them several times! no one answered, the answering machine said it was full. I called Expedia & they received the same response, no answer!
I’m displeased that Expedia would have a hotel on their list as poor as this one. Holes in sheets & bedspread, crack in window, a/c cover very loose to fall off easily, shower repaired poorly! Terrible shape! I have several other hotels booked thru Expedia on my current trip but I will consider other means to book hotels on my next adventure! Unfortunately I’m done with Expedia, apparently you don’t check up on the hotels you advertise. This being very important as a single woman traveling.

When we arrive they didn’t have our reservation upon check-in, though they gave us a room. However, when we went into the room we found it to be disgusting. The bedspread had cigarette burn marks and other large worn holes in it, the tub’s floor was black from dirt and the toilet had stains in it. The overall appearance was dark and dirty. We didn’t stay, they did refund our money. I would highly suggest that you avoid this place at all cost!!

If your toilet floods feces, prepare to clean it up yourself. Also be prepared to wait at the front desk because staff hide in the back. And also be prepared to get locked out of your room multiple times.

Room smells like 40 years of smoke, I left for lunch and my room key won’t let me back in my room and nobody is here working the desk. Just a sign that says “Back at 3pm” It’s 4:30 and nobody is here. Phone is ringing, I rang the bell on the desk and a few people have come to try and check in but nobody is here.

There were several men standing around front door smoking n drinking. Room was nice but little musty which surprised me since hotel was totally full..

so i’m 22 miles from Rawlins and get a call from front desk & they tell me i don’t have a non smoking room, i can either cancel or take a smoking room, the front desk guy said they would give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience, ok , well the 10% never happened, i don’t have any use for liers , talked the the morning desk guy and he said nothing he can do about it , really?? old outdated motel wouldn’t recommend it !!!!
