Just a short overnight to weather flight delays. Was serviceable for a few hours, but wow not cheap. It was clean, efficient, and basic.

I had a 12-hour layover so I only stayed in the room for a couple of hours. Just to rest before my 5 am flight. The hotel is nice place. I didn't get to enjoy all the amenities they offer, including breakfast and a ride to airport since I had to leave a 3am

The Hotel Aura is a budget hotel with the heart of a luxury one. We used the shuttle service from the airport - free, efficient no hiccups. When we walked in the door, we were greeted by a solicitous gentleman who was genuinely interested in our comfort and was eager to be helpful. Our room was spotless and the decor contemporary. The free breakfast offered many fresh choices (waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits...) We will defiintely stay here again and highly recommend it if you are looking for a high quality, lower cost hotel.

We gladly recommend Hotel Aura SFO. Everything about our stay was exactly as needed: from the spotless, quiet room to the friendly and helpful lady at the desk to the easy parking to the 10 minute drive to SFO to catch our flight.

Parvina was great. Friendly, efficiently, and attentive. She handled the very busy front desk efficiently and gently. And later when I had a special request, she was very gracious. She was good with other guest that arrived at the same time with their own special request. Above and beyond.

Booked it because it's near the airport and has a free shuttle there every hour, which was useful and fine, and it's relatively inexpensive. But the room wasn't super comfortable and while the bed was clean the walls and parts of the bathroom were dirty (and the sink barely drained).

Was only here for a night because I arrived late into SF. Parking was in their basement, check in was swift and easy. Room was ok. Breakfast was simple but does the job.

The hotel is older but well maintained, clean and reasonably priced. Front desk very polite and gave us great dinner recommendations within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast is minimal so we skipped but location was close to the airport so great choice for us.

We wanted a hotel relatively close to airport since we were arriving after midnight and it fit the bill. Complimentary breakfast the following morning was adequate. Nothing fancy or special. Solid 4 out of 5 stars.

This place is about 15 minutes from SFO on the free shuttle bus, which also serves 3 similar budget hotels. The pricing of all hotels in the area has gone up significantly since my previous trip, and I switched to the Hotel Aura from the Holiday Inn Express (where I stayed previously) because it was a little bit less expensive. Everything was perfectly OK. Check-in was smooth and efficient and my room was spacious and immaculate. Breakfast was a bit carb-heavy, and maybe not as good as the Holiday-Inn, but the room was actually better.
The front desk staff were polite and friendly. I would recommend this place to travelers wanting a one-night stop-over.

Property was perfectly serviceable: it put us up after a middle-of-the-night arrival, before we could comfortably go to our friends' home in San Francisco. We arrived after the hotel's last shuttle of the day, so had to take an (expensive) Uber, but once we arrived, check-in was easy. The room was dimly lit but very comfortable and clean, and that is what we needed. Shampoo, soap, etc. were fine; the hair dryer worked well; the shower had some force and the bed was comfortable. Manage your expectations and this place is spot on.

This was a nice and affordable option when my flight got cancelled until the next day. The bed, sheets and pillows were so comfortable. Clean room and I felt safe and secure for the night in an unfamiliar place.

Reasonable price for hotel with shuttle service to SFO. Property in a sketchy neighborhood is getting shabby, but room was good sized, clean and comfortable. Staff was indifferent and bending machine didn’t work but it workedfor quick overnight stay.

Room was basic but perfect for our needs (sleeping) during a long layover at SFO. Included shuttle service made this a handy place to get some much needed sleep. Pass on the continental breakfast- the offered fare pales in comparison to the food on the plane.

The hotel was older looking than the photos but was clean, quiet and had a nice breakfast. Our party had 2 rooms and we all enjoyed our stay and agreed we’d stay there again. There’s several restaurants nearby but many close early. If you have a car there’s lots more options

The room was very comfortable and large. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. Staff was cordial and helpful.
One problem is shuttle to airport doesn't run every hour of the day.

The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. My room was very clean (unlike other places).
The only suggestion I have for the hotel management is to check the mini fridges in the rooms and have them serviced for them to be if not silent, a little more quiet. The fridge’s motor noise can become annoying.
But I believe this is an easy fix.
Great experience overall. I will return.

The place was ok , we only spent few hours to sleep before our flight. I definitely feel a little nervous because of the area, but again that’s kinda normal nowadays in the Bay Area.
