Place smelled like mildew. Bed was extremely lumpy...I do would not recommend this place to anyone.

Well for starters it took them 3 trys too find a room that didn't smell of mildew and of rot is what it smelled like to me and as I was renting it for helping a friend who has feel upon difficult times and was accosted in an parking by some weirdo doing a sexual act in front of her I just wanted her safe and so I booked here but I must add that during this stay the room they finally found happened to be next to some gal who was obviously on something and even was arguing with someone in the hallway at like 3am of which nobody came too stop it or shut it down. I never saw anyone vacuum in the what was supposed to be a 4 day stay which was really weird and the carts that they have to use for taking luggage up to your rooms were all in sad shape as well. And.. their hot tub had a film on the top that looked as they were raising frogs in it. Lastly I'll add that while I was there simply helping a beautiful soul be safe they decided somehow that a guy who was helping someone without ever even being romantically involved was somehow inappropriate with others and made other guest feel uncomfortable in some way as they called the police on me and when i asked how this was so I only got that we cannot disclose this information! Unreal as I'm pretty sure anyone who is simply accused has a right to know why but they gave nothing and even trespassed.me from their stinky, dirty bag motel for a year. I've heard they've done this to others then rented the room after kicking them out!!

Hotel staff was nice. The hotels definitely dated beds were uncomfortable. There’s lots of vending machines. Pool was in good condition. Breakfast was ok. If you stay on the north side, there is a train.

This hotel is clean, efficient, and has nice extras like outdoor pool and free breakfast. We appreciated that it is dog friendly but wish there were a location in walking distance for walks. The hotel is really dated with unimpressive bathroom, road noise and very limited room lighting.

The water pressure in the bathroom was insanely good! The fan couldnt keep up with the fan, though, and there was a little rust on the metal bits and a little mold on the walls above the shower. The bedskirt had something spilled on it and the mini fridge had mold in the gasket. We were told none of the doors had deadbolts after we noticed our room didnt have one. Some of the light fixtures didnt work. Looked like they were in the middle of a remodel, so hopefully it gets addressed. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was clean outside of issues mentioned above, and the bed was comfy. The view of the river was pretty and being downtown, youre close to the 2 best restaurants in lewiston

Our room had tons of hair in tub & bathroom. Stains on bedspread, looked like it hadn’t been washed in long time. Will never stay there again!

Front desk staff is very friendly, I recommend not placing the room coffee makers in the bathroom. That’s just unsanitary.

In need of updates. Outside doors are not locked at any time. People in the area behind the hotel warned us not to “be there”. No hot water for two days.

The worst experience I’ve ever had .. the manager female with short hair and big round glasses.. was extremely rude .. your in hospitality services .. u lack both … very rude .. kicked me and my 15 year old son and dog out … accused us of smoking in the room .. with no prof .. canceled my sons card so he couldn’t get back in the room .. my son was outside waiting for me to get back from work.. I booked for 6 nights and got kicked out on the second day.. or third not sure… she then charged my card for smoking also .. $100.. u can’t just accuse someone because they look a certain way .. I’m a tattoo artist in a very white conservative town.. the only Hispanic in town .. and this is how I was treated … your attitude was disgusting… u had no right canceling my card so my son and dog have to wait outside .. u have to be an unhappy person or hateful person to do that.. my son did nothing to u.. we did nothing to deserve how u acted when confronted with my question as to where is your prof of me smoking? I was working and my son was out walking my dog .. how did u know we where smoking? I wouldn’t doubt u went in to my room while we where out.. I don’t recommend anyone stay here .. especially if your of culture ..

A little difficult because disabled on the third floor but fine

Dark and dingy, not enough towels, hair in bathtub, dirty windows, paid extra for a balcony and there wasn’t one, garbage behind night stand and under bed, roll of toilet paper had about 6 squares for 3 people one tiny trash can. Staff had several reasons and excuses and did nothing to correct the situation. Would not recommend or stay again.

Right next to the train tracks- thankfully the trains don’t blow their horns every time it goes by. Rooms not very secure- no extra locks on the inside. No room safes. The whole motel has an odor that isn’t very pleasing. Bed was not bad though. It’s a low budget motel I overpaid for. Thankfully it was a quick overnight trip.

Rundown and dated property. Door did not close automatically in to the room. Door jam was damaged and Jimmy rigged back together. The morning after my one night stay, found soiled children’s underwear. Alerted front desk and they did apologize, but would not work with me for a refund with Hotels.com. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it and they would not help. Worst experience I’ve ever had!

Dated property that has had "band-aid" maintenance, but when I look into the bathtub drain and it's rusting out, it's not enough. Venue is very noisy both from inside and out and it lasts all night; likely machinery and traffic. The included breakfast was a one star; the biscuts were great, but the sausage gravy was like syrup. Real stick to your ribs stuff! Oh, and no OJ; the dispenser was broken.

My room was infested with either fruit flies or aphids, especailly in the bathroom. I asked for insecticide application because another room wasn't available. Even after staff complied, the number of flies was totally unacceptable. The included breakfast was unpalatable to view with the exception of the dry cereal which was oriented to children. The coffee wasn't bad.

In the room I found used Qtips, items behind the night stand, and over all a 3 out of 10 for cleanliness. The noise level is high from the train tracks directly behind the hotel which had trains going through most of the night.

My room was not clean. For my safety, I slept fully clothed. The staff were very cordial and I appreciated that. However, I cannot stay at this facility ever again.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and guests were friendly. It is an "on-your-way" hotel versus a we're going to stay here for a while type. It is right next to a main road and there is road traffic. There were a couple of dogs next door who barked every time we entered our room. That wasn't so bad, but they also barked at 3 am and pooped on our shared balconey. Lewiston appears safe, but the hotel had outside doors that weren't locked at night. We had a pleasant enough stay.

This is a hard review to write. The property itself is old, rundown and probably run on a shoestring budget. The staff is great, and bent over backwards to help. The first room we checked into, the A/C was not working. When we checked into the second room, the bedskirt had not been washed in a very long time, it was stained and dirty. This is a very old hotel, with one elevator, very slow. The hallways are long and dim, kind of like the shinning. It just feels like skid row there. Won't stay again.

Since you asked, I couldn't stay there. There are no stairs! And no ground floor rooms. Perhaps this is something you might think about warning people about before making a non refundable booking.
Clerk in the evening was not much help (maybe not empowered to make decisions?). Manager was most helpful the next day though.

Was hesitant due to some not-so-nice reviews, but it was really good. There was a biker gathering but they were friendly old dudes. Adequate parking. Front desk friendly and most of all, it was clean. I'd stay there again!

Property is a little run down but staff was excellent and the room was clean and tidy.

The service and personal were wonderful, and the facilities had been updated. They were decent for the price, and certainly not dirty. However they weren’t super clean either. Areas around bathroom fixtures were discolored with mildew, wall behind the toilet wasn’t clean and toilet bowl was stained beneath the rim. Handle of the iron was dirty. Details weren’t attended to and the men’s bathroom off the lobby had a sewer smell.

I understand that the hotel is old. But it is in great disrepair. It’s apparent that it’s been neglected for a number of years. My bathtub took a long time to drain. The sinks took a long time to drain. The outlets were pretty scary, looking and had extension cords, extending from them to plug-in the lamps and the refrigerator and microwave. There was nowhere to plug in to charge my phone or anything. This was a business trip. I was only able to use my laptop. The luggage carts were filthy, dirty. I don’t think they had been wipe down for months and I was concerned about the possibility of viruses. I felt like I needed to wear gloves the whole time I was inside. The breakfast room was dismal. The chairs were filthy. We had to fight the chairs from spiders. I was just extremely disappointed. And I won’t be back. I do believe that this property with the proper care, and some money could be fixed up to be a beautiful place again like it used to be , the outside was not taken care of cigarette butts trash. It just was disappointing I felt like I was in the ghetto.

I would not stay here again. The front desk was very rude while checking in and tried to make me pay 2x for 1 room. Also very rude about dogs being there, my dog is well behaved and quiet but I was frowned upon for bringing him in.

Light Bulbs and shades missing in room. Shop vacuum and tools left in hallway two out of the three days we were there. Vending machines empty or near empty. Dead Cockroach in pool. Juice machine broken , no butter In Breakfast area and lack of variety. Poorly maintained property. Not recommended property.

Stay was ok, the hotel is old and had some hard use. Looks like the owners are working to improve on it. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a horrible odor, even in the elevators. The room they assigned us had a door that had been kicked in and inadequately repaired and insecure. The room was filthy and the beds unmade and the smell was foul. We declined the room and stayed at another hotel. The desk clerk said she did not have authority to refund our money and the manager was not and would not be available for several days. Hotels.com could not reach the manager either and therefore declined to refund our money.
